I tested positive for COVID and because of the holiday I couldn't fix a glitch with my medical coverage. When the lady at the pharmacy heard that she worked some kind of magic and got me my prescription. Wonderful customer service in a big time of need. Thank you all in that pharmacy.

I couldn't be more pleased in the friendly and helpful staff of the Lapeer Rd CVS. I ordered next day photos through the online service. When I picked these up, I had several more photos which I wished I had ordered as well. Carol was so kind in assisting me with the in store scanning and equipment. She is precise, efficient and personally tended to every detail. Thank you!

Complete clown car of incompetence. I booked a Covid vaccine a week in advance of my appointment, showed up for my appointment and was told they had run out. What's the point of making an appointment?And they couldn't bother to call me and let me know before I showed up?Went to Walgreens instead, which is where I should have booked in the first place. 👍

I used to get my prescriptions filled here without any issue. Yeeeeah... that was a month or two ago. I tried calling a few days ago to reup one of my medications, and was told that delivery was possible and would be done, just got to add my card to my CVS account. OK, fine. 3 days later, nothing. This was on an early weekday, not a weekend. So, of course, I called the pharmacy back to find out what had happened to my order, and I didn't even get a chance to speak to someone. I was hung up on 6 TIMES. Tried a day later. Same result.Apparently the pharmacy has blacklisted my number. For what? Needing to ask a question about a problem on an order? Definitely switching pharmacies after this. I've worked in customer service for years, and this is no way to treat a customer.

I started getting my prescriptions here when my insurance changed and the staff is absolutely amazing! Always smiling and very courteous, but I do feel that they’re a bit understaffed. And every time I go in, that kid always has me cracking with his jokes

I dont know who this lady is but she is rude and very nasty. Have used CVS for years. Next doctor visit I am going to change pharmacy.Never had any trouble til she showed up.Have received 2 text saying pills ready and boy that was wrong I guess. Not til tomorrow will they be ready which is fine but I live 20 miles away. Better get your system fixed.

They somehow conveniently close the pharmacy anytime I need to come get my meds. Whether it's 20 minutes to close, 5 to close, and even bank holidays. Why does a pharmacy close 7 hours early the entire weekend of memorial day?? Why do they have a 130-2 PM lunch break on a Sunday when the pharmacy closes at 2 o'clock on Sundays?? Make it make sense. I'm so tired of this place. I only come here because my insurance makes me.

I am very frustrated with the Lapeer Rd location. I told them I was out of my medication and needed them quickly. They said they would get with the Dr to refill.Both Dr's said they aprived them 2days ago. I called CVS back 2 days in a row and was put on hold. Then I could hear someone pickup and then hang up. This happened several calls. I could never get through. I called the Marysville location and Mickey took over on the meds I need, with no issues. I wonder if others had similar issues with the Lapeer location?

So I went to get a covid test today at this CVS. I was waiting in line for like literally 20 minutes, I don’t know why, but I wasn’t bothered by it. But, I already don’t feel good and have 5 cars of people behind me honking at me. The car directly behind pulled up next to me and started screaming at me. I started crying. The pharmacist unlocks her window and yelled at the cars behind me telling them I’m trying to take a covid test and if they don’t like it they can get out of line and go inside the store and wait in person where there’s no line or wait. She then looks back at me and says “ain’t NOBODY gon’ scream at you today” I just want to applaud this girl. I don’t know what her name even was but she was amazing and made me feel genuinely safe. Then one of the women in one of the cars behind me CALLED the pharmacy and started screaming at her. It was ridiculous. If said pharmacist gets in trouble for this review I’ll be upset. She made me VERY happy and deserves a raise for dealing with Karen’s day to day. This is my CVS from now on that I’ll always go to.

I needed a COVID test for a hospital procedure. Made the appointment. Had to change it - EASY!Arrived, CVS took me early. Most ORGANIZED experience. Done at drive thru. Excellent people and preparation. I was worried about getting the result as it was a holiday weekend. It came by email 48 hours later!So glad I went to CVS, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Trippy: Are you absolutely sure that Ali had a bad attitude? I know of Ali, and he has always been pleasant to me and to others in the store. I have only ever had problems with two people at that store, and one of them has left and are not returning. I'm not sure if the other one still works there or not. All I know is she has red hair and is probably in her late 30s. They do have restrooms in the store, but they're not public restrooms, and there is a reason for this. Someone screwed it up for everyone! I'm sure if you were the manager of CVS and people were caught in the restroom cooking up and selling drugs you would make your restrooms closed to the public too. I am more shocked that there are no chairs (to set on) over by the pharmacy anymore. I have more than one disability and have lower back problems, so if I need to sit down (when I'm there) I have to sit on the floor. If they don't take your insurance for your prescription try Port Huron Pharmacy. The address is 515 10th Street Port Huron Michigan. I made a joke with Ali one time. I said; "CVS got rid of the cigarettes, but they've kept the alcohol and the drugs!" HA!HA!HA!HA!

Apparently staff can just grab your wallet and do whatever with it and expect the person not to get mad. Then when they do they refuse to fill your meds because her "feelings"" got hurt lol no worries went somewhere else and got it filled :) way faster and did not just grab my wallet

The staff in the pharmacy is extremely rude and hostile. I was there to pick up two pharmacy prescriptions. The pharmacy technician Ali and store manager Brandi were siting there chatting about an interview or whinning about something else. Both completely ignored the fact that I was standing behind Brandi in the line AS A CUSTOMER. I continued to be ignored and finally decided to speak up. Brandi turns around and in a very hostile tune states "Well excuse me, I don't have eyes in the back of my head." Both her and Ali clearly saw I was there. Ali was highly unprofessional and lacks basic customer skills. He pushed the order through quickly to "just get me out". I strongly recommend NOT going to this CVS location if that is how patients and customers are treated. A call to the corporate office will be happening as well. Plan on getting both of those two fired.

I've never had a bad experience with the employees of CVS!Always a reminder thru text message my meds are ready for pick up.Drive-thru, walk-in or delivery service.All wheelchair accessible for parking/shopping.

I was told on phone by a pharmacist that insurance would cover entire amount of prescription. Come to the drive through and “Ali” tells me otherwise with a poor attitude. Clearly the pharmacy needs management help after letting associates talk to customers that way. Won’t be coming back and will be sharing my experience with everyone I talk to about this type of subject. Everything in the store is outrageously priced as well.

These people seem to be unable to answer their phones. I could not get info on my prescription, I was put on hold and hung up on 6 times. They ask for a prescription number and you don't have a prescription number for a new prescription. No matter how you try to navigate their phone system or try to get through, it is impossible. PLEASE if you don't have to use CVS, ho to another pharmacy.

Waiting to cash out and the worker is busy stocking the shelf. An older lady is at self checkout has multiple items. I have 1 item. All cash registers are closed and only you scan open. When I stopped the employee and asked if she could cash me out she told me no. I put my one item down and walked out. I will be calling the store

okay they got everything, especially that fav hair color and skin care. Medical supplies is the bomb. They didn't have the latest make-up, like from commercial's like selena gomez. Good magazines, great wine selections. Awesome simple office supplies.

Their pharmacy is full of clowns when they not taking 8 hours to fill a script because they playing basketball with pills they busy hanging up the phones, wait on line get hung up on call back get hung up on Jesus didn’t think it was that hard to operate a phone.

I understand not having a public restroom for non-customers but when you are waiting on a prescription to be filled and there is no restroom to use that is extremely irresponsible and rude.
