I normally don't review random businesses unless I have an issue, but I need to share how fantastic the pharmacy statt are at this location! They are fast, friendly, helpful and non-judgmental for whatever you are prescribed or need their services for! I really appreciate this Walgreens pharmacy!

Be careful on what you were purchasing here at Walgreens. The at home Covid test is being offered for $23. I found it at Myers for $10 and Walmart for eight dollars. The exact same test.

Had an excellent experience, a young lady named Haley (might be spelled differently not sure) served me and she's helpful and polite every time I shop here, her and a woman named Heather got me all taken care of.

Good pharmacy help, great people at the pharmacy. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic place to go for all of your health needs! I highly recommend it for the pharmacy alone, but the store is well stocked and has a great selection. Go ahead and check it out, you will love it!

Not sure about price competitiveness, but the service and customer appreciation are extremely poor.Stopped to pick up a prescription for a friend and waited a somewhat reasonable 10 minutes to be helped. The prescription had been packaged but could not be found. About 15 minutes later it was located, all while customers waited behind us. The person behind the counter gave little eye contact, no smile and no apology for the inconvenience.If possible I would give less than one star as this type of service has been characteristic of this store on other occasions.

Went for flu shot. Nurse gave me the shot very high on the arm. Asked her why. Said it needs to go into muscle. There no muscle there its all bone. Its been a month and I still can't raise my arm. Worse of the worse. Never. Again walgreens

I recently went to Walgreens in Plainwell where I wanted to get a Flu Shot. It was advertised on TV that they had them and they were “Free”.. I was told that I had to have an insurance card to get the Vaccine. I have them my VA ID which was supposed to be accepted. The results were they would not give me the Vaccine.I made an appointment to get my Covid Vaccine Booster at the same place. Once again the same thing happened. How many hoops does one have to jump through at this place. I will never return.

Fair to mediocre service, will receive a text explaining how prescription is ready and it in fact is not. If I ever go through the drive through, and the person in front of me is waiting on theirs to be filled, that person is not asked to please move forward so the next in line isn't waiting forever. When they say it will be about 15-20 to fill... I e found they should have said minimum 45 minutes. I dread coming here

I have little good to say about Walgreens Pharmacy in general but last night's experience was the worst ever. I have used Walgreens to pick up prescriptions for friends and to get flu shots and every time it has been a very unfriendly experience with no eye contact and hardly any friendly words. Each time I have waited and waited with no communication or explanation. Last night we went to pick up a prescription for a friend and after 10 to 15 minutes there was no eye contact and no words were spoken to us behind the counter. The young man zoomed around trying to find the script. The pharmacist did not communicate with young man when he said he couldn't find the prescription. The pharmacist really didnt care. It was the craziest experience . My husband said, "I felt like I was in purgatory it was so depressing and frustrating and it was like we weren't there." Walgreens pharmacy always has people like this behind their counter .WHY????Now the front desk to check out is usually very pleasant.

My exp thence with the two pharmacists working tonight were awful. Usually the girl worker have been amazing but my experience tonight with the male pharmacists were awful. They weren’t helpful at all. They wouldn’t fill a prescription my doctor wrote neither. This was completely unhelpful. It’s pike rush and roulette with who you eat for a pharmacist.

Love this pharmacy. The technicians and pharmacist are nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I love how you can refill online and then they text you when it’s ready. Pick-up in store is super quick and easy.

Nobody knows what they are doing in this pharmacy got told 3 different times by 3 different employees that my prescription was ready to get told when I get there that it is unfillable until the next day and the one pharmacist is a complete joke total incompetence.
