At first a great place. It's always hard to get appointments. Very expensive other than the initial visit cost. Used to be 5 stars until just recently when they cancelled my cats emergency UTI appointment and never contacted me to inform me.

They have always been great to my boys. Very kind. Never had an issue. Doctor was very down to earth, and seemed to understand my cat's issues when I was there. He had the same thing happen to his cats after taking his advice. My cat is healthy and back to normal. Thank you all!

I love this vet, he is very compassionate, very caring, they just adore animals and seem to understand them. The one reason I love this vet is because he is a no fuss, no muss kind of guy. He looked at my elderly dog boots for a skin condition at one point and I explained to him he was just itching all the time and couldn't figure out why. He offered testing but told me that honestly giving him a benadryl a day would stop the itching and control it. He also told me it was probably dry skin due to the cold weather (It was winter.) Went to him just this last week with my old dog and my puppy and he was just very helpful and offered only my puppies first shots. I got a free heart worm supplement and a free flea medication for the puppy also. He said this is typical at most vets but it still made me happy that he offered it. He was very kind, considerate, and answered allll of my questions (I'm a concerned mama.) I love this vet, please go to him!

I brought one (of 4) of our cats in to have a routine shot given, a shot Dr. Hassle has given him multiple times (we have been with Companion for almost 5 years). When entering the exam room Dr. Hassle acted like he had never seen us before, opened the file and it was empty like they didn’t have an ounce of information on our cat and asked why were there to see him. When I made him aware of us being a regular patient he excused himself from the room, came back 5 minutes later claiming he found the file, gave our cat a shot and yet another shot (one he’d never given before). Long story short, our cat plus 2 of our other cats came down with a URI. After both being treated with an antibiotic shot(Our 3rd was treated at the ER) when calling back to inquire still concern over how one cat seemed worse Dr. Hassle proceeded to tell me I don’t listen, the reason my cats are sick is because I didn’t vaccinate them from the URI and to take them to the ER. The only good thing I got out of my last visit at Companion is confirmation that I should’ve switched vets a long time ago.

I have been taking my dog here since at least 2015. They've performed both routine and surgical care for our dog. I've purchased his heartworm and other medications from them as well. They have never been the most timely operation. I had always been led to believe that was because they were accommodating unexpected situations. I felt that over the years we had developed a pretty solid relationship and I could rely on them when needed. I no longer believe that to be the case. Our 12yr old dog was unable to stand and I called them around 10:30am on a Friday hoping they would be able to take a look at him. They asked for our info, looked us up in the computer and then promptly told me they would be unable to see him but maybe next week. I reminded them the dog could not stand and we were longstanding patients and was told to "have a better day."

The most comfortable vet i've ever been to. I've taken my dog there many times, she loves Dr. Christina. When she comes into the room my dog runs right up to her and leans on her like it's her best friend. The whole staff is friendly, they really care about your pet and they have 2 very convenient and very clean locations.

The staff at Companion Animal care are professional and caring. My dog was feeling ill and they got her in the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem and I received meds there. This office saved my dog's life. He had been misdiagnosed at another office. He actually had cancer and needed surgery. They referred us to a specialist and our dog is still with us nearly 2 years later because they caught it early. I will not take him anywhere else and recommend the office to everyone. The staff is wonderful and work very hard to make sure you can get an appointment at a convenient, timely manner for your pet.

Unprofessional. Told me a prescription for a months supply for my dog was $85. Ended up only being a 2 week supply, when I called for verification they did not apologize for the confusion, or explain why. They also informed me that I needed a follow up appointment with my dog, which was never mentioned when I picked him up from the procedure OR when I went back to get more pills. The two ladies on the phone were not apologetic, confrontational, and told me I was rude?!? I’m going elsewhere for my animal care.
