Our experience has been quite unpleasant. We spoke with the salesman back in June, 2021. We selected a custom door and were made aware that our payments for the purchase of the door would start before the door would actually arrive. We understood and agreed. So far, that's the only part of this purchase that hasn't gone awry.By September 2021, we've made a couple of payments by now and no news on the door. I call our local store, and they have no information but give me a couple other different numbers to call. Ok then. It ended with calling their Home Office. It's eventually determined the door hadn't even been manufactured, at this point.The door arrives and is installed in late October. The technician tells us its missing pieces for around the seal, and has the wrong insulation piece on the bottom, its too short by about 5". He says he'll order the parts and be back to install them as soon as they come in.The middle of November, the door starts to show signs of bowing from the frame. The light is visibly coming through around the frame. We call again, asking about the ordered parts and informing them of the bowing.Our local Home Depot said they couldn't help us, this was on the manufacturer and out of their hands.December rolled around, and a different technician came out and installed the new parts and took pictures of the now very obvious bowing of the door.The same tech came back in January with a whole new door panel to install - We were excited to finally put this issue to rest. Until it was realized the door was manufactured upside down. It had to be returned.Unsure what to do at this point - we can't return it and have our old one back lol but, knowing this pretty door requires extra material to be closed in it to keep the gusty winter air out may change your mind of making this purchase, or any entry door purchase through The Home Depot.Pictures below:Original installation, inside and outThe gap that began in NovemberAs of March 2nd, a full bath towel fills the entire gap across the top and down the side to keep the cold air from coming in

They just don't stand by their customers. They have an excuse for everything. I have purchased a lot from Home Depot in the past but not anymore. Stand by your customers not the people who install your carpet.

Needed help deciding what leaf blower to get and Jager in the garden center was a great help! I got one of the echo backpack blowers as he recommended and used it to clean the leaves up in my yard and it works great! 100% recommend this home depot everyone that works there is super helpful.

This is my favorite home depot to visit. Staff is friendly and easy to find if you need help. They'll always get stuff down for us if it's not stocked which is rare. We've had a couple visits where the only checkout lane open, the cashier would be having personal conversations with friends visiting and would not be ringing anything up and we stood there for over a half hour before finally going out to garden, so we just use self checkout now. That's been our only issue.

DO NOT buy carpet from home depot. We are sorry we did. We brought high traffic carpet and good pad. It was not even one year old and I put in a warranty claim as the carpet was already matting down. I had it professionally cleaned. Home depot wouldn't even come out and look at it. They sent in a price of carpet and said it was normal wear. Home Depot will NOT stand by their warranty or claim.

Home Depot is a magical place that I could absolutely accidentally spend thousands at every week. JUST NOT THIS ONE. It has got to be a requirement to be the grumpiest, most useless person imaginable, to work at Owosso Home Depot.I could build an entire house and live in it rent free for a few months before anyone would have the audacity to even ASK ME what I was doing or If I need help.No one can ever be found. When you do finally track someone down they "don't know, not sure, ughhh, or pretend to go ask someone else".Absolutely the most useless staff imaginable. ZERO customer service.NEGITIVE 500 if I'm being completely honest. Every single time I go there it just adds to the absolute distaste I have for the Owosso Home Depot.I'd rather drive to the ghetto Burton one just for a can of caulk, or a welcome rug, than to waste 3 hours of my life even attempting to find a worker who won't help me anyways in Owosso.

I come here often for home projects. I have to say, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of help that they offer. They don't seem to have enough staff because I always have a hard time finding someone to help me. I've used their their pick up service and that was also a horrible experience. The service always seems to not be working because I have to wait forever for them to come out with my stuff or I have to go in and ask what's going on for which they tell me that their pick up service isn't working properly. I would also learn that my stuff wasn't ready to go because no one had bothered to bring it up. I don't even know why they bother to offer a service that they cannot manage appropriately and don't get me started on customer service.

Had a mishap with receiving two different colors of red mulch. Didn’t realize it until the mulch had dried. They replaced the quantity of bags of mulch that were incorrect within minutes at no charge. Great customer service.

People are helpful.all seem nice...I do wish they always had say a 11% off like lowes do on anything you buy without having to get a charge card...the prices have went so ungodly high as it is...I also am not happy that I am 5 minutes away and when I needed 3 sheets of drywall and a sheet of breadboard they said it would be 79.00 for delivering...are you serious!

I went to the store today to find a couple of things and team member Jim was so helpful. He cheerfully helped me find my items and went the extra mile to put together a foot pedal trash can for me. Sounds easy but the trash can was kind of a pain in the butt. He saved me a lot of frustration at home. Thanks so much for the help. Great job,Jim. You make hometown shopping so pleasant.

I ordered cabinet knobs online, and was sent a completely different knob than what was ordered. It made for a very difficult return/exchange in store, but the employees that handled the issue did a great job and were extremely helpful. Anna was very patient with the situation and did everything she could to rectify the issue. Ultimately the assistant manager Lindsey came in to help as well. Both of which I would want to deal with again if needed. Customer service is huge with me, and they definitely went above and beyond.

Great selection of building materials and power equipment. Currently understaffed like most places but the workers in other departments work hard to help all customers in all areas. Management is friendly, professional and also work hard to help customers.
