Shoe Sensation in Owosso is the best. The staff is always so accommodating to my Autistic non-verbal son. They are so caring, understanding and helpful! They have a good selection of shoes and sometimes there is cupons to use for a deal. My family will always buy our shoes from this store.

I went in to this store on the 10th of April. When I entered the store the employees asked if they could help me, then told me a woman that I would have to go into the men's department and find my shoes. Being a woman I don't know the difference in sizes between men and women's shoes.the employees just stood at the counter the whole time and talked about their personal lives instead of actually seeing if I needed help. When I got what I thought was my sizes one decided to see if I wanted them to carry my shoes up. That was the only help I got, and to my dismay one pair is too big and I can't take them back cause I had to wear them to know they didn't fit. I do not recommend this store until they can get their employees to do their jobs.

They were having a trunk show today! They have so many different shoes and sizes available, and at sale prices too. The staff was plentiful and Incredibly helpful. They were cheery and seemed genuinely happy that I was there. An all-around great experience!

Very kind and helpful staff super friendly and an exceptionally clean store. They also carry plus size men's shoes 14-18 in some styles and are willing to order anything they don't carry! Very satisfied will return to make future purchases for me and my entire family.

Its a shoe store. However I was having a hard time finding shoes for son & daughter in thier size. when my daughter finally found a pair of shoes that she liked but it was not in her size but we were told that they could order it in their size so she got excited and then once we got to the register they realized that that particular shoe could not be ordered in her size. That was disappointing. Otherwise customer service was great They were very helpful when asked.

I liked it. No high-pressure selling. The clerk pointed me in the right direction and left me to it! If you want someone hanging on your every word and holding your hand, this isn't the store for you! Great selection and comparable pricing. Name brands, too!

I’ve bought many shoes from Shoe Sensation, so when I saw the Black Friday BOGO boots sale I was very excited. I was told all the boots in the front qualified for BOGO, but when I was finished I was told none of the boots I had selected qualified, though all but 1 were right from in front of the window. When I inquired why this was I told the first 6 styles in the front were the only ones that counted as well as fashion boots. In fact, not one winter boot style qualified, only fashion style boots. I feel like I did reasonable due diligence by asking which boots qualified upfront and feel deceived. Caveat Emptor.

I stopped into Shoes sensation a few weeks ago to get a pair of flat black sandals. I could not find much in my size as summer is coming to an end and a lot of it was picked over. After looking around for over 30 minutes I finally found one shoe that I absolutely loved and fit me perfectly but there was only 1 in the Box. The staff and I searched for a quite a while for the other one but was unable to find it. The young man (whose name I forgot) Took down my phone number and told me he was gonna search relentlessly until he found that 1 shoe. In the mean time I went to a few other stores trying to find a pair of sandals that I needed for a wedding. I was at a loss, as I did not find anything that I liked compared to that 1 Sandal I found earlier. On my way home from running my errands and being bummed out that I had no shoes to wear to a wedding, my phone rang and it was the young man telling me he found that shoe for me! I was extremely happy and turned the vehicle around and went straight out there and got my pair of shoes. I want to thank this young man because he refused to give up and went above and beyond to help me. I have never had this great of customer service ever in my entire life. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service. 😁

Meh....🤷‍♀️ The store is close to where I live. NOT my first choice for shoe shopping.Plus side the store does offer a type of layaway plan. Not sure how it works, but there is promotion material in the store.

They didn't really have my size and were really expensive. The shoes I wanted weren't even as comfy as I would've thought. Could have better organization. Decent if you have a normal shoe size though.

Many of the brands have comparable pricing to elsewhere, but there's a great selection. However, I found a very nice pair of Avia athletic shoes, for under $25.

Order and paid for shoes during Clark trunk sale over a month ago, no one has followed up...no one answers phone when I call...very disappointed!!! Must add that Casey and her manager once they found out what has happened went over and above to make this right! Changed my entire outlook!

The young ladies who helped me were super kind, went out of their way to help me find what I couldn't anywhere else. I'm going back to buy 2 more pair of shoes. I'm very difficult to size due to my EEEE Width and being a diabetic. I say thanks to the ladies who helped me. God Bless you.

They have a quite a lot of shoes to choose from from just every day shoes to hiking shoes to walking shoes and comfort shoes all depends on what you are looking for I'm for comfort
