I went in to purchase flowers for our church altar on Sunday.It took almost 45 minutes to order the flowers, The girl who was running the register I had to explain to her several times what the address to the church was what street it was on which FYI is two blocks from the store. My sister was with me at the time because we were buying the flowers together and she ended up. She walked away. She couldn't handle it. It was so frustrating trying to explain to this woman where the church was and what time to deliver.I got a call from the church few days later that asked if I could have them delivered a half hour earlier than I expected. I called Owosso floral. She said the order was there and they would be delivered on time.I did not pick the flowers. I asked them to pick something and just paid. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful.

We are located in a different state so we had to trust that our order would be take care of. The plant we ordered was beautiful & delivered on time! We were very pleased with Owosso Floral & Gifts!!!

I had to purchase an item ASAP for a relative who needed a replacement. I was glad that Owosso Floral had what I needed. But, because I had to order online and use my card (I'm 7 hours away), there was a $10 wire fee (my product total was $50). Shipping wasn't even that much. I sucked it up because this was for a relative who lost a loved one, but that's a ridiculous fee.

I was lured in off the street by the sales sign! As soon as you walk in you smell the freshness of the flowers and plants housed inside. There is a nice selection of boutique clothing at boutique prices. They have a pond set up in the store with very appealing statuary. There's a candle display, they looker wonderful but i didn't take the time to smell them. There's also a large selection of blingy purses and wallets. It was love at first sight.

Have used Owosso Floral for the past several years. Have not actually seen the arrangements that have been delivered but have always received a "big thankyou". Have always been delivered on time and their website is very easy to use.

So, I purchased these flower's for my wife for valentine's day. Bought them on the 13th, it's now the 20th and they look terrible. I paid $106.00 for these, figured they would have lasted longer. I've bought flowers from another florist in town, just this past September, and paid good money for those, but also got flowers that lasted 3 plus week's. I'm extremely disappointed, I could have went to Meijer for less than half the price I paid here. The only reason I even gave them 2 star's is because the customer service was great. I would not recommend.

The saving grace in this 4 star rating was Lisa. I understand some colors where not available. I just wish there was a way to update the website so when people order flowers in a color shown on the website and then get a call the next day stating they don't have the color you ordered. I was suppose to receive a call prior to the flowers leaving the shop from the driver. That never happened. But thanks to Lisa for her great time and effort into this that the where delivered within an acceptable amount of time when I was finally able to get through to the florist shop. Lisa gets the 4 stars the place is self maybe 2 stars.

Came in last minute to get a corsage and boutonnière for a daddy daughter dance. By all means they should have told me to plan better and they had nothing available because prom is tomorrow, but they didn’t. Both of the lovey women working were so kind and figured something out for me. If I could give 10 stars I would!
