Was rudely treated by staff when i returned my jack. At purchase, was not asked about a free membership and was applied to my checkout. I've been coming here since opening, i shouldn't have to go to the flint store because of rude people. I was not coarse towards these people at all and this is what i get.

To the rude "shift supervisor" or whatever he called himself wouldn't let me speak to a manager about a faulty product that is missing parts and just thrown back on the shelf for the next guy to get dooped with. It was used, broke, and missing parts and the kid on the phone told me to return it quit wasting time and go shop somewhere else... very professional bud. My 7 year old son speaks to adults better than this kid does. I'm halfway tempted to drive the 40 minutes back to this Owosso store to have this punk kid acknowledge the lack of professionalism and lack of customer care.

The store has only been open a short time and it seems as though I am there every other day. Great deals on tools and accessories. The employees could not be friendlier or more helpful. So far I have bought the 60 inch wooden workbench and the multipurpose workbench for my shop in the garage and in the basement. You can’t beat the deals especially with 20% to 25% off coupons. Not to mention the free stuff you get. LOVE this store.Don

Quality of the merchandise just keeps getting better. The store is clean and well organized. The selection is impressive. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Recently I was very pleased to learn a large item which was shown as special order on the website was actually in stock ready to go in the store. Took it home that day when I expected to have to wait a couple of weeks.The Owosso location is top notch and the mgmt should be proud of this one. This store brings the once sketchy HF into the top tier equal to any other big-box.Yes, some items are clearly built to a price, but most of it represents not only fantastic value but actually is objectively better than the versions sold elsewhere for higher prices. Harbor freight is killing it as a "disruptor' exposing the gross overpricing by big established names that have off-shored their production. If I'm going to buy Chinese tools, I might as well get them from HF because I know the quality will be better and the price lower than the similar item sold elsewhere. They are doing a darn good job keeping overhead down and service up, unlike certain tool-truck outfits that need gigantic mark-up to cover the cost of fancy trucks, expensive sponsorships and inefficient organizational structures. People used to laugh at a HF brand on a toolbox. Now I laugh at suckers who overpaid and got less buying trendy names!

My local Harbor Freight is virtually empty. Not their fault, what with the virus & everything going on. But I needed a new floor jack and some tools and they didn't have any. Literally not one jack in the store. So I called around, this one said they had plenty of jacks, so I made the hour & a half drive. They weren't lying, they had every model of jack in stock and lots of colors too. A huge store, well stocked & very clean. Nice people. You can use their coupons right from your phone too, I saved just over a hundred bucks on my purchase!!! Get the HF Coupon app from the app store for the very best coupon deals. Would recommend highly, thanks.

I am just glad they decided to bud one closer to where I live. Granted the other one wasn't too far, but this is a welcomed addition to the area. I enjoy the sales and low prices. The store is nice and bright too. It's funny how the stores as a kid I was drug around town to are the exact stores I enjoy as a adult. Funny how that works. I always look forward to the emails and the catalogs in the mail to see what they have on sale.

Sure aren't giving the deals they used to. I still have things they have me just for shopping their. Where is my mailed coupon booklet gone is that also to fade into history? It encouraged me to go to harbor freight.

If you're looking for cheap tools and equipment this is the place to go. I buy a majority of mine here. I usually have three different quality levels of items. I've had good luck with their generators so far.

Helpful and organized...however research and learn about the quality of some of the products sold here. Some items are great for the money others are a total waste. Know what your buying and how it will hold up and your success shopping at Harbor Freight and Tools will be amplified. They take tools back but some items will require purchasing a warranty. Again....research and know what your buying.

I walked I to the Owosso Michigan location to purchase some items.1. Piston ring compressor2. Mechanic picks3. 1/4 drive torque wrench4. Feeler gauges5. Misc itemsI was there just shy of an hour. The employees went out of there way to try and keep an eye on me and my son but never asked if I needed any help. When I walked up to check out the first words out of the woman's mouth was well you have been here for awhile. I said yep.... maybe it would have been a shorter visit if the people following me around asked me if I needed help finding anything. As I walked out after my purchase I said maybe you should post time limits on the doors if you don't want people looking around. I wont be back to thay location.

Good place for your money like the saying is you pay for what you get. I gave it a three because the people working there watched me as I tried to carry two sets of jack stands a Stool and a couple other thing to the counter. Help your customers.

Good store in owosso. Watch what you buy though. A lot of harbor freight tools are getting to be more expensive than name brands like dewalt and makita . $200 dollar wrench sets at harbor freight, priced over gearwrench, dang near SK American made wrenches . Generators and power washers more expensive than Generac,champion, and other well known brands which is absolutely insane. Just be weary because the deals aren’t actually deals half of the time .
