Absolutely a terrible surprise.......used to be amazing desserts, in fact used them for desserts at our wedding. My wife stopped and picked up a brownie and cheesecake for our 2 year anniversary dessert. What you see left in the picture I threw out as the brownie tasted like it was a week old - just terrible. The cheesecake.....right there with it. Wow guys, do better.....

Cupcake and Kisses NEEDS to be who you choose for your wedding cake or cupcakes!When we went in for cupcake sampling, we were told that no reservation was needed and to just come on in (which was really nice because we were living in Seattle at the time but our wedding was in Michigan where our family lives), so it was nice to be able to not feel stressed with a reservation. That... and we had our little pup with us too! The samples - full on cupcakes and up to 8 flavors to really see what we wanted. On top of that, we could speak with the Manager who bakes the cupcakes to see if we could do a specialty flavor for our wedding. We absolutely adore you all.The process of booking for our wedding was so easy, and you all were right about having 4 different kinds and having additional cupcakes. On top of that, when they found out that we did not have a wedding cake, they assisted us in providing a last minute wedding cake that would be just for us for a cake cutting! So last minute, BUT IT WAS THE BEST CAKE THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD! I mean.. look at the pictures! I was stressed and down to the wire in the last month of the wedding as I am finalizing the order, and all I could fathom to say was listing some decor items for our wedding and kind of the theme, and the cake was perfect.We are eternally grateful to you all!

Stopped in the night before work to buy cinnamon rolls for my employees. When I told the gal working that I was buying for all my employees she offered up a whole box of goodies for free since they were the day olds they had and were going to be donated.I genuinely love this place. The day after my grandmother passed away, I came in teary eyed, in search of a singular sweet, and left with a six pack of cupcakes for the price of one.Every time I go in, staff is friendly, and generous. I love the point system you have! At this point, I am a regular! Love that we are right down the road from the best bakery in town.

Our cupcakes and cake were phenomenal! We are long time patrons of Cupcakes and Kisses and it was very cool to have them do our wedding desserts. It was awesome to be able to offer vegan cupcakes to guests as well as there are a few of us who are lactose intolerant!My only recommendation is to check in by phone a month or so prior to make sure your paperwork is still on hand! This bakery is appealing from the moment you pull up in front of the building.Once you’re inside, your sweet tooth is assaulted and teased with an array of yummy treats pleasing not only to the eye, but to your sweets craving tastebuds!!!Seriously though, I Love how cute it’s decorated. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The woman ahead of me ordered a lovely sounding 3 layer unicorn cake with a twisted color mane for $40! The staff offered her so many choices and options!!!While I was there, a woman came in to get more of the daily lunch special because her mother raved about it to her for 15 minutes. (Backstory I witnessed was that elderly mom has her lunch delivered most days from cupcakes and kisses.) The owner overheard the request, stopped decorating her cupcake, verified who the mom was, went into the kitchen to bring out a generous portion of bbq and buns and GAVE it to her! And thanked her mother for having given them the business for the last year!! Amazing!!!This bakery has my business 100%!I bought cupcakes for my old coworkers, but I bought cinnamon rolls with buttercream frosting for myself. Hubbs, who is very critical of cinnamon rolls, was impressed how even the outside of the cinnamon roll was soft-not hard like other bakery’s. We both enjoyed our rolls, and I’m restraining myself from going back for another!!!

AT one time this place was wonderful, but of recent it appears in my opinion, to have gone downhill.The inconsistency in pricing, as well as pricing 6 inch cake ( gluten free) at $42 is a bit gratuitous and unreasonable, especially being a frozen non- fresh product. I have ordered 9 inch cakes last year's Birthday and didn't pay this ridiculous price point.Gluten free is an up charge in any food service, however this is just plain overcharging customers.They have lost a faithful customer for sure, as I would often go here for cupcakes and macaroons for various parties and events.I will take my business to Saint John's or Rochester Michigan Gluten free Specialties.A friend of mine who works in a nearby factory told me the company has them at the business, and they a horrible and dry and aren't as good as they use to be (says they taste like cornbread).I concur.

Stopped at Valero gas station heading home and picked up a cherry cheesecake cup to munch on but when I tasted it it did not taste like cheese cake. It tasted like something that would be on a bagel with bits of cherries on it. I’ve had other products from here that have been tasty but this one either wasn’t made right or just simply doesn’t taste good. Kind of harsh when a prison cheesecake taste more like cheese cake than one out in the free world.

Absolutely loved our wedding cake from Cupcakes and Kisses. It was beautiful and just want we wanted. They did an amazing job and were so great to work with. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for any occasion. Will be a returning customer ❤️

This place is my special weekly treat!! Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. The lunch changes daily and is an amazing price for the amount of food that you get. So far all the baked goods I've gotten have been delicious (cake, cookies, etc), especially the rolls.

I am the wife of an EMT/Fireman at Owosso City.. so many times I have walked into my husbands work and seen treats that looked fantastic for the whole crew. Sometimes given, sometimes bought, but have ALWAYS tasted amazing. The kindness and compassion towards the local emergency response is a huge thing for me, and the amazing flavors are the cherry on top. Highly recommend supporting this business

Went here to pick up some quick items for a spur of the moment tea party for my 4 year old. Great selection of items to choose from and very well priced. A 6 pack of assorted cupcakes of my choosing, 4 chocolate covered strawberries and a mini cherry cheesecake were all very well presented and tasty. I will definitely be back!

Not as good as they used to be. I've been hospitalized about 3 months and we were out for my first outing, dinner and desert. We opted for C&K for our deserts. My wife opted for a turtle cheesecake and was not impressed with the whipped topping and the chocolate ganche did not carry over the sides like it used to. My order was for cheesecake with lots of fruit and chococolare ganache. What I got was a cheesecake with cherries on top and chocolate all over. The last time I ordereed this it had strawberries, cherries, and a few berries too, along with a few spirals of creme and chocolate ganaches atop some of the fruit and dripping down the sides. I was amazed at what this business could accomplish with so little space to work upon. It used to be a work of art!The cheescake is still good, and the chocolate yummy, just too much of it. I wish I'd opened the bag and looked before we left. When I'm stronger I'll give ya'll another try!

We recently were introduced to Cupcakes and Kisses when Colony Market in Grand Blanc started carrying an assortment of their baked treats. Oh my gosh! Absolutely to die for! We have only tried the lemon bars and the peanut butter balls but two out of two absolutely out of this world goodness and deliciousness. Can't wait to try more of the treats, especially the cookies and the cinnamon buns!

I’ve only ever had their Oreo cinnamon rolls that they sell at Horrocks in Lansing, but OMG! They are the best I have ever had. I can’t stop eating them. I make sure to get one whenever I go to Horrocks. Definitely recommend trying their cinnamon rolls, and warm them up as instructed on the package. I’ll for sure be getting my birthday treat from here 😋YUM!

I've been to Cupcakes and kisses 5 times, and they have yet to disappoint. Great staff, FRESH FLAVORFUL SWEETS, SO GOOD. But I work on the other side of Owosso and thought I would try "Defying Gravity Bakery" in Owosso and although the staff was nice and respectful but the 5 different items I ordered were very BLAND, Cold (not fresh) Hard, and just not tasteful. I will continue my business at Cupcakes and Kisses. Sorry I strayed, definingly learned my lesson ;)

7 minutes in heaven 😍This is a good borderline great bakery.+ The staff is understanding, inviting, and down to earth.+ The store has a warm and rustic feel.+ The treats are fresh and obviously created by someone who is both good at baking and sincerely enjoys it.- Customizations did not allow us to add a filling or use whipped cream frosting (not the end of the world). Wouldn't recommend it if you wanted something out of the ordinary.

Went in today after having moved away a year ago. Super excited about the new location and offerings. Bought a pack of cinnamon rolls as a treat. They were so doughy and had a strange yeast after taste! The icing was hard and overly sugary. Not sure what happened to this place. The food used to be so good. My toddler wouldn't even eat the food. Money wasted. Such a shame.
