Melissa, the owner and groomer, at Scruffy to Fluffy is amazing! She always takes the time to make sure our doodle is properly taken care of and goes the extra mile whether it is coming in on a weekend or taking extra time to de-mat and brush out our pup. She makes herself available and goes out of her way to work with my husband and I with our busy schedules. Easy to contact and give us updates throughout his appointment. Our pup always leaves smelling fresh and looking dapper. I would 100% recommend Melissa and her team to take care of your furry family member!

Fair prices and they treat each dog as their own. I have a pittie mix who is scared of everything and Melissa treats him with extra care to ensure he is comfortable. Highly recommend!

I think MELISSA is the best ever! I have been with her for years and all I see is jealousy on how good she really is. She is such a great provider on information that I need on my dogs when it come to personal needs and with any questions I do have! She has great hrs and always keeps the same price for all my Dogs! Ty for treating me and from what u see ALL ur clients with the up most respect! I couldn't imagine goin anywhere else!

I absolutely loved this place! I brought my little Yorker-poo in for his first groom ever and he absolutely loved it! The women are so nice and welcoming, the price is perfect, and the experience for my pooch was awesome! I could not have asked for a better cut! Will recommend and will keep coming back.

We absolutely LOVE this groomer Melissa and her shop. Everytime my Zoey goes shes excited and doesnt want to leave. Not only our pup loves Melissa but our 4yr old daughter does too!!Everytime we drive by the shop she begs to go!!All and all Melissa does an amazing job and I would 100% recommend her!!!

Melissa always does a wonderful job with our cat! It certainly isn’t an easy task to shave a cat, but the end result is always excellent. We also know she takes good care of him, even when he isn’t on his best behavior... thank you for everything, Melissa!!

They do a good job grooming but, they jacked the price up every time I go in. The first time they said it was because she grew a little. Last time it was because she had been camping for 2 weeks & needed some extra work. This time they gave no reason why it was $10 more than I was promised would be the maximum price due to my dogs size/weight. I’m going else where.

I have been taking my Yorkiepoo, Samson, to Scruffy to Fluffy for the past two years and have always had a pleasant experience! Samson always goes in scruffy and shaggy and always walks out fresh and fluffy. The groomers are both very accommodating and the new location is super cute!

My daughter in law takes my Lily to get her nails done. Lily was traumatized as a puppy. She is a bit of a hard case, Not used to other dogs either. With that being said.....daughter in law always calls ahead and/or goes in without Lily first to make sure it's ok and no other dogs around. Today I drove and saw the eye roll from the owner and Lilys nails are not trimmed even and some are still to long. Not the most friendly either.If you don't want to take care of my dog say so. Lily is usually more talk than anything and is a sweetheart. I guess I need to find someone that truly loves all dogs.
