Food was great. Had a meat pizza and a supreme with extra cheese. Completely expected a good but greasy pizza. It was good and one of the least greasy pizzas ever.Service was friendly and efficient.*disclaimer The atmosphere I rated 5* because it's a small college town pizza joint privately owned for many years. It isn't fancy. It's small. A bit outdated. Perfect for what it is.

I am OBSESSED with the food at Tim’s. I always order a pepperoni pizza, mozzarella breadsticks, and ranch. My order has been the same for over 4 years and it is always top tier. The staff is so kind, even offering to open the door on your way out when you have too much to carry. I’ve once driven 5 hours roundtrip simply for this pizza, and I bring all of my out-of-stater friends here when they’re visiting. I once lived across the street, which was tragic for my bank account as I ordered once to twice a week. Now living out of state, I come back to order every single visit. I told my family that if I ever won the mega-millions, I’d be giving Tim’s 10% of my winnings just because they are THAT good and I couldn’t imagine my life without their pizza. Stop ordering from cottage inn or little ceasers and give your business to Tim’s!!!

Ordered 2- 16 inch pepperoni pizzas and also garlic cheese bread.The garlic bread isn’t pictured because it was gone before we got home, so good!The pizza was cooked to perfection, just the right amount of sauce and meat. Our new favorite pizza place!Just wanted to add the staff working around 7:30 on 12/14 were awesome!

Great mom and pop place to grab some food. Best pizza in the area. Cheeseburger pizza is a must. Cheese bread with garlic salt is good too and we love that they sell ice cream. Always has had friendly staff.

Not my favorite, unfortunately I was not a fan at all. Staff was not very friendly. Taco pizza was supposed to be on thin crust which it clearly was not.

This is our go to place for subs and Yes it's pricey but if you haven't tried tims pizza yet you should. I usually get the nacho Supreme. They also have multiple types of ice cream to choose from. 😋Parking: It’s street parking and like 4 spotsKid-friendliness: Yes remember there’s no dining in at the moment

It used to be delicious and cheaper but I understand because inflation but you pay upwards of 80 bucks to feed a full family and the pizza is either over cooked or under cooked and the bread stick are getting chinceyer and chincryer. I really wish they would change for better because they always have had a spot in my heart

This place is yummy!We came in and had to order the mozzarella bread sticks so yummy, I'd recommend extra cheese! Not to mention I read the reviews first and saw some one recommends the triple bacon cheeseburger pizza, so we tried that and with caution ordered half with just bacon in case we didn't like it. Let's just say notice in the picture only the bacon side was left, even my picky (cheese only) 5 year old ate it 😳 YUMMY!!.Did I mention they have ice cream? You can buy the triple, ask for a lid and take home what you don't eat here 😉.The guys behind the counter were great! Super friendly and helpful!Lastly I noticed a review that mentioned something about this place possibly being racist... I mean seriously?!? They have a guy who is half black working the front counter! Get real people... That is all! 🇺🇸

Out of all the Pizza places in Mid-Michigan this one is not all that good, so here is the story - On August 26 of this year I was with my family and we were going to pick up dinner here after the Olivet vs Charlotte football game and I got home and tasted the a slice of the pizza at I was not impressed with it. The pizza crust looked very white-ish brown the bottom of the pizza was more whiter brown and the pizza was not all the way done the inside of the bottom crust was like rubbery and that’s how I know the pizza was undercooked.

Just paid over 40 dollars for a veggie pizza add 2 items and everything was in the middle, not much toppings and about 2 inches of bland crust .. would not recommend

Tims is the best part of Olivet. Old school AF. Better then most Detroit pizza places. I recommend 1/2 pineapple 1/2 jalapeños over pepperoni.

Bread sticks where terrible, wasn't sure what cheese they put on it, definitely not done!Pizza Crust was very heavy. wasn't done all the way! I should have taken a pic. This place doesn't do pizza or bread sticks that make you want to come back for more.

This used to be an awesome place. Friendly service. I have had them deliever to my address hundreds of times in the last 10 years. In fact just had pizza delieverd 2 weeks ago. Tried to do delivery today and according to the owner, they don't deliver out this far. Not even two miles away. Why don't I just pick up.... because toddlers, and I always tip at least 10 bucks. Welp they just lost our business for good.

Came here with 40 or so other teenagers. Everyone had their food within an hour and a half of arrival, and let me tell you, it was worth it. Their pizza is absolutely phenomenal. I would like to consider myself a pizza enthusiast, and this is high quality pizza. Prices aren't too bad either.

Hello. Personally I have never eaten at Tim's pizza as I have never been to Michigan or Olivey. Go eagles. But from how it's been described from my good buddy tanner I can only imagine I would give this place a 5 star review. I hear the service is beyond belief and the pizza is hot and delicious. One day I hope I get to be lucky enough to have a few beers with Tate and get us some hot and yummy Tim's in our gobs. Keep trucking big dogs. Woof woof

We drive all the way from Marshall to have Tim's Pizza. It's very good and worth the wait which is usually 20 - 30 minutes. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful when trying to figure out what to order. Definitely recommend if your in the area to stop and have some pizza.

Family owned pizza parlor with historical elements about it. Locally famous for quality. Delivers. Prices are a bit steep but from the amazing sauce to delicious crust and great ingredients, this place will have you talking. Stop by on your way up or down I-69, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered “hot wings”. They came without sauce, completely naked. I called to let them know and was told they would send new wings out. They sent me a cup of hot sauce 20 minutes later. That’s great, I’m supposed to put hot sauce on my now cold wings. Brilliant.

Omg! Every time I come through Olivet, I always want to stop here, my schedule rarely allows it though. This pizza is amazing and enough to share with several people. Staff is always super friendly and bathrooms are always clean as well as the dining area! Careful ordering extra cheese because they are very generous with it

It is strange to describe this pizza. It is like combining the words average and unique together. It isn't the best amazing pizza in the world ever, but it has its own special taste that is pretty good. And it isworth getting again if you are able. Its pricing is fairly fair. It is also the home to other options other than pizza. It has breadsticks. If you want them to taste like any other average breadstick, don't get any sauce. If you want them to taste great, get a sauce that tickles your fancy. Ice cream is also available. Plenty of flavors and to my knowledge waffle cones are available as of now. Has your basic fountain drinks for thirst. Its is overall pretty great.

We were seated and our orders were taken immediately. My order was on a separate ticket and was a cold item, a taco salad. I was served my meal promptly. My daughter then received her side salad. The rest of the order was 3 nachos. We waited for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, other customers came in, ordered and were served piping hot pizzas while we were completely ignored. Finally my daughter flagged the server. He told us there was a problem in the kitchen and the rest of the order had to be canceled. He would be us our checks. He didn't give them the opportunity to order something else on the menu which only left us the option of leaving but not before he charged my daughter for her side salad. We came away from this experience wondering if the problem in the kitchen was the fact that one member of our group was black. She is an 11 year old, well behaved child, but she was the only black person in there. That's the only explanation we can come up with to explain why they weren't given an opportunity to order something else on the menu because the "problem in the kitchen" wasn't preventing anyone else from getting their food. I'm disappointed.

Update: Food has improved, and love the service. They take good care of us at OC. Miss them!The staff is friendly, and it's pretty good, considering it's the only pizza place in Olivet. Sometimes, however, the food is hit or miss.

worst place ever waited 2 hrs finally when we asked when it was going to be that was when they brought it out. the guy was busy talking to girls and not even caring about us. i told them didn't want it i just wanted my money back. he told the girl that and she said not suppose to do it. he was nice enough to give me the pizza and bread i ordered for free and my money. then i forgot to say they tried saying we didn't order it. i said well they took my money so it better be. they need to be getting rid of people or be a lot faster
