This used to be my favorite store. Now there constant long lines. It’s not cashiers fault-it is district and direct management. There is exactly one person being a cashier. Management needs to step in and open up and work a register! Customers first!!

Kroger just lost a $200 sale every week. We will NEVER shop at any Kroger again.They withheld $300 for 10 days from me for a $30 gas purchase (that had already cleared from the account)When we asked how to fix it, the managers surrounded us in a VERY threatening way.Kroger is a complete joke. The store is constantly disorganized & disgusting. You always find raw meat in the various isles where it does not belong.Also, watch for expired foods as well. Multiple times we’ve bought expired food.Walmart & Meijer are definitely the way to go!

Homeopathy is BUNK. And homeopathic products have no place in a proper pharmacy section. An entire aisle dedicated to vitamins is one thing, but "wound gel" that contains "one part per million" of "???" Right next to the bandages is dangerous! I don't care how much money tricking people into buying snake oil makes you. Get that hocus pokus garbage out of there! Instant loss of respect for Kroger. And despair for humanity.

Good news, starting May 28th kroger will not send paper advertisement paper.Nice selection of fruit, vegetable, sea food, meat, diary and others. Decent size with good selection. Parking is easy. Check out usually is fast. Bottle return area can be a little smelly. Gas station is quite new, but I feel the price is in the high range in the area.

Kroger's a good place to shop sales. It's one of the best places in town to buy meat. But if you're not shopping sales it's a little pricey. Google ask for an update. Still one of the best places in town to buy meet hand fresh produce but they are not cheap. You have to shop the sales add.

I shopped for a couple items in the Ad that had lower prices than a competitor, and bought a couple more regular priced items to try. Store was well stocked. Two cashiered lanes open at 11:30 am on Friday, but Self-checkout lanes closed. Only took 5 to 8 minutes max to checkout.

Absolutely horrible! The cashiers and customer service are the worst here! Spent over $250 on groceries and my tea dropped out of my hand and went everywhere all 24 bottles while in line! No one helped me I had to grab it all over the lane on the floor and they just watched, even had to ask for a bag! It was so embarrassing and the cashier was mad I had not cashed out yet, well buddy I was cleaning up my bottles of tea while you watched me! Stay far away! This has been my 4th really bad experience here! This was my last straw with this place!

I have been going to Okemos Kroger for over 20 years and lately I have notice the price for vegetables being marked incorrectly; today the broccoli sign said $2.99 but then I am charged $3.29. I only seem to catch this when I am buying a few items. It was my understanding that this would fall under the scanning law and I would be reimbursed accordingly but Kroger said that is not the case. They didn’t write it down the item’s price that needed to be changed in the system. While $.30 may not be very much money but if it is the case on 10 or more items in the produce section, think about how much money they are scamming out of the customers.So disappointed in Kroger! I have never had this issues at other stores with produce, not even the Kroger in East Lansing off of Lake Lansing.

You can find the same items somewhere else for cheaper than at this Kroger, plus you probably won't have to squeeze through the claustrophobic aisles to do so. It wasn't worth giving this place a shot this morning on a whim. I put the few items I had back and purchased them down the road for dollars cheaper. The store was fairly clean, so that's why I gave the second star.

Always able to find what I'm looking for and usually have a quick check out process. Typically we use the self check out. I prefer Kroger over the other stores in the area for groceries.

Check your receipt! Things advertised at sale prices ring up at regular price, now has happened on multiple occasions, so it’s starting to look like this bad mgmt at this particular store and not oversight

The Kroger in Okemos Michigan is a fun place to shop. Employees are nice. The meat department employees are very friendly and helpful. The self-checkout lines seem to work better than the former ones....JFS October 2022

For a few years now I have been wanting to take my future wife to the Cherry Bowl Drive In Movie Theater...While I was working at Okemos Kroger, I seen Cherry Earrings!!!I got fired there!! I also found a car on the parking lot of Okemos Kroger that had s Seattle Kraken license plate!!God is real!!! \o/ !!!

I have never had a bad experience at this location, it's always clean, the staff are always friendly. I've been shopping at this Kroger for many years so a lot of the employees faces are familiar as I am to them, I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. I won't shop at any other location!

I love this store and it's location. Great selections and always well stocked I would suppose for anybodies satisfaction. Unfortunately though, more times than once, "some" of the cashiers feel the need to yell across to other cashiers to discuss things that leave them not paying attention to my needs as a customer.Most times too, because I'm right there hearing this unnecessary at the time conversation, it isn't even work related...all-in-all it's happened more often than not lately...and I don't appreciate them yelling in my face!!!

Only one lane open that wasn’t self scan. 7 ( full ) carts deep and manager says she can’t move anyone off of self checkout- including herself . Literally told me to post on social media and to corporate . Insane !

I love Kroger. People are always friendly and the customers always seem happy. The reason I did not give them five stars is because a lot of their specials were out. That's not the first time that I've noticed this.I would have spent more money by purchasing more sale items had they been there and available. Sorry Kroger, only four stars today.
