This location is much like many of the other Family Dollars. They're more like a mini-Walmart than a dollar store.Despite having launched their digital coupon service 8 years ago, the system doesn't work properly and creates an exhausting struggle of jumping through hoops because you're forced to use their app to "clip" coupons, instead of offering a pleasant sale experience.The app shuts down constantly, the "smart" coupons are a struggle to find, and sometimes aren't even available despite the signage, and then don't even work in the end.The staff were extremely unhelpful in this regard, and couldn't even tell me if the coupons loaded to the order properly until I paid. I ended up losing out on nearly $20 on items I only purchased because of the FALSE sale price.I'm once again reminded why I don't go to Family Dollars.

Their shelves are almost always empty and don't buy and of the "eatz" chip brand they're always stale corporate does not work well with the staff they've employed here. However my boyfriend and i love the staff we're in here almost daily. They love their customers make you feel welcome and important

One older employee at this NB store was incredibly rude to us. She was speaking to another cashier when we approached the counter to ask where a product was located. The older employee ignored us and kept talking while the younger one politely took care of us. The old employee rudely and loudly started complaining about us and was obviously angry with the younger employee for "interrupting" her conversation to provide customer service. We won't be back. I feel bad that the nice employee has to work with that awful woman. I really hope for her sake that woman is not her boss. She shouldn't have authority over a stuffed animal!

Found everything I needed even gift cards. The store was in good condition. Only issue is cashier called me honey, dear, sweety. I know she might have called me worst names but I find it offense. I'm old.

Nice employees but they need to learn to answer the phone. I called 4 times in a row to see if they carried a product i needed and no one answered. I shouldn't have to waist my time and gas to go see if they have what i need when i should be able to call and find out. The marlette location is the same way.

I love going there, I get treated awesome every time I go there, the store manager is a great Lady and that I feel trickle down to the employees which are very awesome also they always greet you with a smile and will help you with anything that you need

Too much clutter & the prices went up quite a bit since they redid the store. They don't carry a lot of things they had before & they really make you feel like a thief by following you around the store. I don't shop there anymore. I go to Dollar General on 24. Much friendlier!!!

Somewhat rude employees. Act like you're not worth their time of day. There is one middle aged employee I thoroughly enjoy seeing- otherwise, no.

This is my favorite thrift shop. There are beginning to stock more home goods,(lamps, rugs, linens etc) and their clothes aren't all bad either, just for hangin out!

Very uncomfortable with all the people who were not wearing mask inside. Aisles are not very wide. Why put notice on door if not enforcing it. Probably be long time before I go back
