I have never been to another vet that shows as much compassion, empathy, and love toward clients and client pets.The doctor here, takes the time to explain in detail everything while the staff is beyond friendly and makes you feel at home.My 19 year old cat came here for an emergency, and we don’t be going elsewhere.My cat had a stroke, and the male older gentleman doctor was the only one in 3 vets to find that out and not offer euthanasia, because of his age. Instead told us how healthy he is after his blood panel, and gave us so many options to further whitemans life.Thank you, this cat is the only family I’ve ever had and you guys treated him like family. I will leave 5 stars everywhere, and tell everyone about you guys. Amazing. Whiteman and I love this place!Edit: I just realized this is the same vet I took my pet too a few years ago for the end of life care. This vet is amazing, truly amazing, and loves the animals and clients. I’d leave a million stars if I could.Edit 2:Quite a few days after the appointment and my 19 year old is thriving better than ever.

I've taken various pets and random animals here for years. The staff is always warm, accommodating, and care about the well-being of everyone involved. They do not price gouge and are always fair with pricing, only doing the necessary. Every Doctor I've seen has been knowledgeable and comfortable with anything from a 0.5 pound kitten to a 140 pound Cane Corso. Highly recommend these guys! ❤️❤️

I was so impressed with this vet. I was there 3 times and had each woman vet. They were so thorough and caring. The receptionist is great too. Very positive and kind environment. I highly recommend them.

All visits( emergency as well) are handled efficiently, with a kind attitude. Dr Huff has treated my horses and dogs over the past 20+ years. The current staff is extremely competent and friendly, as well.

Loved them! Our mastiff is quite unpredictable around strangers unfortunately, however he loved the guy (vet tech.? Possibly the vet assistant?) Here and was even doing tricks for him shockingly! They're totally awesome 👍 loved all of them and can't even think of anything negative overall!!

Not very professional. When you arrive, they have you call them and then you wait in your car. And you wait and wait and wait some more. It took over an hour for someone to finally come and get my wife and cat. Then after another hour of very expensive blood work and other things they did, they say there is nothing they can do. 2 1/2 hours and $300 wasted. And I wish I could say that this was the first time this had happened here, but it’s not. I will never take anything here again.

Staff are very nice. Our cat seemed well cared for, but a couple of weeks after her procedure she suddenly passed. We can't be sure what happened, unfortunately, but we will always wonder in the back our minds if something should have been done differently to prevent her untimely passing.

I called after getting a refer from another vet for end of life care for my dog. The website seemed very helpful and that someone would be compassionate about the situation. I received quite the opposite from the girl (Kelsey) who answered the phone. It was like I was scheduling an oil change and that my call and questions bothered her. I have NEVER experienced a more horrible experience in over 20 plus years of owning animals. I called back to ask for a manager and after being told "she left for the day" I said I would call back and was laughed at before being hung up on. This is a very difficult time for my family that was just made worse by the first person that anyone calling your business has to deal with.

Knew exactly what my cats issue was after being at another clinic spending a good bit of money. I drove 1 hr n 10 mins to take my cat here n would do again. People very friendly too!

Always a pleasure to do business with. Very caring staff. They give you options and honest opinions for situations you may face with your animal loved ones. Super helpful.My family has gone to North Branch Animal Health Care for many years. We have been to other facilities but they still don't compare to North Branch. The staff are very informative super caring and compassionate about what they do.Never had an issue. They take cash, check, card and care credit. Discuss your options with them. They do not make you feel obligated to purchase their products or medications if you're not sure you can afford them.I give this Veterinary clinic a two thumbs up for sure.

If your looking for a vet who will take care of you and your pet from beginning to end than this is the place to go! It has such a great atmosphere and all the vets take time with u and make sure your leaving there satisfied! They also do all the shots on your puppy/dog, which is great! All the staff is Very friendly and knowledgeable who work there! Suzette the receptionist is Amazing! You can tell she loves her job and loves every animal that walks through that door!❤

We were in North Branch for the summer, visiting my parents farm. My dog got really bad allergies. I called them, half expecting them not to see him, since he's not a current patient, but they didn't. They got him in first thing the next morning. Because of the pandemic, they had curbside service. You call when you get there, and they come out, get your dog 🐕, and the vet calls you from inside. The staff was wonderful and courteous. The veterinarian was kind and didn't push other services like most vets. The entire appointment took less than 40 minutes. When they brought Comet back out to me, they also had his prescriptions filled and ready to go. Very reasonable prices. I am very thankful for them. Comet is doing so much better, and they called a few days later to check up on him.

Started going here 2018. My dog had a lot of allergy and hip issues. Sadly we had to put him to sleep yesterday. They are very caring and respectful and a great friendly enviroment. We couldn't have made it through this with out them. I am so grateful to the all of the staff there.

Went in here with our ferret knowing they dont see ferrets however being an emergency Dr. Huff brought my daughter's ferret back and removed the lodged food from the edge of her mouth/throat area!!!! Absolutely above and beyond 100% these guys deserve a big ty from my family as the nearest vet that actually See's ferrets is a 45 minute drive.... God bless you and ty !
