B&B is hands down the best place! My Pepper Gets so excited when I say "daycare" she starts to wiggle her butt when we pull into the drive. They are all so sweet and kind to my baby. I couldn't ask for better care. I feel so at ease when we board her there also. These pups get treated like royalty.

Our pup absolutely goes crazy for bunk & biscuit! She is high energy and daycare is a perfect opportunity for her to socialize and let off some energy. The facilities are great and staff do a wonderful job. The live webcams are also a major plus! Love to check in and see how much fun our Stevie girl is having <3

My 2 GSD were boarded here for 5 days. No cages, their suite was big enough for both dogs, and they had a comfy bed to lay on. I really like that they have web cams, and I could see my dogs at different times. We got them groomed on the day we picked them up and they looked and smelled great. I would definitely use them again. The two dogs in question 😁

My dog has gone here for daycare, boarding, and grooming. I’m leaving a review specifically for how great the grooming is! I have a really fluffy Australian shepherd, so grooming her is no small feat. I’ve taken her to places that have cost 100+, but here it was $85. They did an amazing job! She was nervous at first, and they were so patient with her. When I came and got her she was one happy pup! She was so soft, smelled great, and her fluff was all combed out. 10/10 experience.

My friend and I took a tour of this facility and although the accommodations and facilities are nice I didn't get great vibes from the staff. No one smiled or really acknowledged us when we walked in. I had questions and they were answered, nothing really stood out to me. At one point the person giving us the tour (I believe she was one of the managers) started speaking poorly about a competitor, which gave me a red flag. If you're the best in the business you shouldn't need to put other businesses down. Professionalism and client interaction could use a bit of an upgrade.

We love taking our dog, Ahsoka to Bunk and Buscuit for daycare! She loves going and making new friends and we love when she come home tired from all the playing. I love being able to watch her one the camera and seeing her run around having fun. I love the fact that they open at 7AM and pick up is around 6PM, it’s very convenient. I appreciate all the things they have out for her to play with!

Bunk has been like a family to us for the last 8 years. My boy, Silas, has grown up going there each week since he was 4 months old and still gets so excited on the mornings when I wake him up and say, “it’s daycare day!” We appreciate the staff and the care so much - it’s a relief to know you have people you can trust to leave your pet with while you need to be away. I can’t say enough great things - we would be lost without them! Thank you guys! Silas loves you all! 😉

My dog has come here for a daycare a few times to prepare her for boarding while we went on vacation. The daycare and boarding experience have been amazing for her and us. The staff was friendly energetic and loving. I was able to check on her via the cameras whenever I wanted. I could see her being hugged petted and and coming out of her shell and playing with the other dogs. She always comes home happy and worn out and I'm pretty sure she didn't want to come home after boarding.

I take my American Akita there to get groomed a handful of times a year. He hates baths and getting his nails trimmed so it's hard for me to do it at home. He always comes out of his grooming very happy and excited to have all the shed off and smelling good! And he has a cute bandana every time. The ladies that usually groom him are always sweet and love on him extra for me.

I'm so unhappy with the grooming services. I had high hopes for this place based off their talk of years experience grooming. I have a miniature schnauzer which are known for their beards & eye brows. I asked the groomer to cut her legs low and she cut the beard way low & eye brows completely off. Needless to say, we will not be using their services again.

As someone who just moved to Indiana after living in Florida her whole life, finding a dog daycare in which I was 100% comfortable with felt impossible. My dog has been attending daycare here since around mid-January. He has boarded here twice, all for 4+ days and I've never felt more comfortable. My pup is an almost 2-year-old rescue who has diabetes, and they are so on point with giving him his insulin, I never have to worry. The cameras are always working, and when I watch them, I just smile at all the love my pup receives from the workers and how happy he looks being there. They do an amazing job sorting dogs in groups for the day based off energy levels, and never have too many dogs in a group to the point it'll stress the staff out. The pups get the perfect amount of rest time during the day, and they provide meals..... WHAT A STEAL! Loki loves this place, and as an obsessed dog mom, I couldn't ask for a better daycare.

We’ve been bringing our Doberman, Hank (aka Hanky Panky) to daycare since he was roughly 4/5 months old. He also spent about 6 months at the training facility & the TLC/Misfits group due to us waiting to neuter him for a year. When I say Bunk & Biscuit has saved our sanity, I mean it! We work from home and it was almost impossible with a working breed dog demanding attention and play 24/7. I don’t know how we would have gotten through winter of 2022 without this group. We take Hank about 2-3 days a week and he cannot get out of the car and inside fast enough to play with his friends. I love the webcam feature and often see the team there giving all the dogs love, kisses and pets. You can tell they really pamper to these pets. We haven’t boarded yet, but when we inevitability need to I know beyond a shadow of doubt he will be well cared for. With a baby on the way for us, Hank will be a frequent guest of B&B for the foreseeable future.

This is hands down the best pet boarding facility in the world!🤩 You can tell each tech is a true animal lover. Our English Bulldog, Rockne, spends multiple weekends there during the summer & we know, without a doubt, that he is being VERY well cared for. Their website is super informative if you have any questions. Whether it's a phone call or email, they are VERY quick to get back to you. This is a very well run, super clean facility with beautiful grounds and is the only place we will ever take our pup. 🐶

I highly recommend Hal at Bunk & Biscuit for any of your dog training needs! I took my 8 month old puppy in and Hal transformed him over a two week period. You can tell that he and the staff are all very passionate about what they do. My dog not only LOVED going there, but after two weeks, was trained and obedient. Hal works closely with you and your specific needs and walks you through the commands/training he has been working on so you can practice at home. If you need any assistance with training and transforming your pup, look no further!

Would NEVER recommend this company to take care of any of my animals. The other day, I called last minute to see if there was room for my two dogs for the day, because of last minute circumstances. On the phone they said there was room, which was awesome given our situation. When we went to pick up our two dogs,they had charged us for boarding instead of daycare. When I had called just recently, the CSR that had answered my phone call had even stated that there is a significant difference in cost between the two amounts. I had asked if there was anything they could do, since THEY had not given the option of daycare. Which in the end is their problem. A consumer should not have to pay the price for a businesses mistake. All in all this is terrible business practice.

Bunk and Biscuit is great. My 2 beagles go to the doggy daycare. I can't say enough about their wonderful staff. They nicknamed my 2 little beagles as the "Bea Gals". I also love that they have webcams so I can peek in on them throughout the day. And whenever I do, I see their tails wagging nonstop!! Sometimes I see they are inside, but when weather permits, they get to spend a lot of time outside, which my 2 like. The indoor and outdoor areas are incredible. There are several indoor and outdoor areas so when they transition from indoor/outdoor they shift to different areas with different equipment and views. When I pick them up at the end of the day they are so tired!! They fall asleep on the ride home!! If you are looking for a great doggy daycare I recommend Bunk and Biscuit.

Would NOT recommend. DANGEROUS. From the website this place looks like a dream and even when pulling into the facility it looks so cool and well kept but that's where the good ends. When scheduling, they asked us three times to fill out the checkin form (that we had done digitally since that was how it was sent to us upon scheduling) because they kept "misplacing it" aka not checking their system correctly. It also detailed medical instructions that were not followed (see later comments on that). The office area is small and loud and smells like urine. The people were friendly enough but then they lead you into the different out buildings where our dog was at pickup. The room was a good size but not nearly a calming suite with two walls made of glass and very little sound dampening as advertised. Getting into medicine stuff, our dog gets VERY Car sick so she is on medication. We detailed the medicine instructions very carefully for HALF a pill 2 hours before we were scheduled to pick her up and to not feed her that morning. These instructions were also relayed to them upon drop off and on her pill container. When we picked her up she had a bowl of food in her suite and we were given back the pill container, they GAVE HER THE WHOLE PILL. Luckily, it's not a medication that is easy to overdose so she was fine but if that had been any other medication type she could have been SERIOUSLY SICK OR DEAD. It was also the last pill we traveled with so we had to get the vet to approve more before we could drive back to Ohio. Lastly when we talked to the woman who was in charge of feedings, she said our dog had not eaten at all and that she bribed her with Vienna sausages but it didn't work. On the report card it was marked she ate and played fine. Would not ever trust my dog there again.

After just moving to the area and coming from an excellent dog boarding/camp in Delaware, it was very important to us that we find another great boarding/camp in the South Bend area. Our dog had a wonderful first experience at Bunk and Biscuit The staff was extremely nice and caring. Our dog received a report card after her first night which we truly appreciated because we always wondered how she did in her "cabin". Our dog had a smile walking into the facility and left with a smile. The place was very clean. Thank you so much to the staff for providing such incredible care for our dog and for being so helpful as we transition to South Bend.

The only place I board my fur kids. The staff is always good to them and us. The pups get excited when we pull in. They have a great staff that I know watches over all the animals to make sure everyone is getting along well. Also a nice note of how they did. Lot and lots of amenities and add ons to make sure you pets gets what it need. A friend refered me here and I can say we haven't looked for another place since. To the owners and management keep up the good work. What your doing seems to be working.

Used to be really good. Last time we boarded our dog there (Dec 2022) she came home with a parasite and was severely dehydrated, due to vomiting and dyahrea, to the point of seizure and hospitalization. They said nothing about it. Some exaggerate but this is fact that I can back with Vet bills and timing of stay and infection.They make you prove your dog is up to date on everything before boarding but apparently don't clean up too well after other dogs from dishonest people.

The staff is overworked and under paid. The quality of the training program is far from satisfactory. The grooming environment is toxic.
