Today..after nikki say the review..i went to return cans. Was prohibited from the store for the bad review and reprimanded for the bad review by the morning cashier. What a rediculous horrible way to to treat a regular customer that shops there and goes there daily. Thought customer service meant leave with a smile..guess i was wrong.

The fridge's in the back have been hot and full of drinks for 2 and half months, leaking plastics into the drinks. Why don't they just take the drinks out?Nice people working there but if you ask me that's ignorant producthandling.Even under ideal conditions, vitamins normally degrade over time, but this process is accelerated by poor storage.soda looses its fizz and flavor, exposure to hot temperatures

There was two women that are very rude and they told my husband to have me call and then when I called they did not answer and then they told my husband did you see the line how was she suppose to answer the phone and he was waiting over 15 minutes

Just wanted to say that I love the girls at the rite aid store in New Haven. Brandy and Kara were so kind and helpful tonight when I stopped in. I appreciate all their help and kindness. The store is also very clean and well stocked.

I want to compliment Donna at the New Haven Rite Aid. She provided the ultimate in customer service today. She listened and was very pleasant. After going to 5 other Rite Aid stores to look for the Loreal excellence shade 5 AR that was on sale, $5.00 off two. No one had two boxes. No one would honor the coupon. She took excellent care of me and made sure I was happy when I left the store! Thank you Donna.

Katie is an awesome pharmacist. She’s always working hard and has taken the time to know my family and our medicines. Always helpful with insurance problems or whatever else. You aren’t paying her enough I’m sure haha!

Have been a customer for years. Needed a script filled that if I don't take can feel pretty miserable and if I go a day or two without can get very sick.. Was told "I understand that but we are too busy, just being honest" by the pharmacist..

Everyone that works at this Riteaid is more than happy to help with any questions. And the pharmacy is amazing! They are so knowledgeable about every question and will look up any questions you may have. I can't thank them enough for making my experience so awesome!

Stood outside for 10 minutes after they were supposed to open at 8, waiting to buy my daughter cough medicine on my way to work. Watched the employees walking around without so much as acknowledging me. Didn't have time to stop anywhere else, so now she has to go without it for 8 hours.
