Super disappointed. Stopped here because it was busy and seemed like it would be a tasty bite. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a vanilla milkshake made with chocolate syrup which was confusing considering they have chocolate ice cream, when I asked apparently they have two kinds of milkshakes and I was supposed to know to order with actually chocolate ice cream. Instead of just fixing it and giving me what I ordered they rather give me a refund which is fine even though I offered to pay the difference and I gave the drink back... I'll grab one from somewhere with better customer service. Also, what is this mess!? Like I paid for this and this is how you give it to me. I should have gotten a refund on everything

Shakes are Very good. But the matzorella sticks? We're so bad we couldn't finish them; the marinara sauce was like a salsa, the cheese tasted awful, and they were undercooked or they forgot them and they were mostly solid cheese by the time we got them. Tbh if you need to eat, I suggest a meal elsewhere and ice cream here (bubblegum is the best flavor and they have it unlike most places!!)

Been here a couple times now that Oinks doesn't serve Sherman's anymore. Nancy's sells hudsonville ice cream, which I have been quit pleased with. The portions are decent and they have a nice little outdoor seating area too.

Great staff! I ordered a mango smoothie it was delicious. I was surprised how fast I got it considering there were three employees and they were very busy. It was my first time their. I will defiantly be back to try their food. I hear they are famous for their hot dogs. They have nice outdoor seating

Nancy’s was the best ice cream I’ve had. I tried Oinks but Nancy’s is way better ice cream. Their chocolate peanut butter is to die for. The staff was amazing too. So kind and friendly and cared for my dog as if she was their own. I cannot say enough about it! It was our first stop when getting into town, and it did not disappoint.

Place was super busy. But they moved through us really fast. I felt like I got more than I normally get for what I paid. Like the prices were actually decent here and the ice cream flavors were pretty unique.Stop by here. It'll be worth it.

We ordered a kid's scoop of Raspberry Frozen Yogurt and a double scoop - one scoop each of Vanilla & Tennessee Toffee. It ended up being almost the same amount in each bowl. Too much for the smallest size you can order and not enough for the other. It was right under $11 and it was just okay. We ate some and ended up throwing the rest away. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.

My friend and I stopped here on our way back from swimming at Warren Dunes all day, and this was SO good. We wanted fries and shakes and this came up first in the search (we’re not local.) All the staff are incredibly friendly and the food came out quickly and fresh and hot. The milkshakes are also so good. Bonus points for the cute outdoor tables and quaint small town vibe. 10/10 recommend, hope to visit again soon!!

Really wasn’t expecting this place to be this good. I was pleasantly surprised. Not the best burger we’ve eaten, but still a respectable taste. Wish they had mayo/ ketchup condiments out. Liked the cheese curds, but fries were sub par. Milky Way ice cream was impressive. Fresh made to order, hot burgers and hotdogs. Would come again.

I just wanted to say this place’s customer service was outstanding, they had been closed for a half hour the two employees were cleaning and doing the closing procedures. I had two kiddos that were pretty disappointed they were not going to get ice cream. All of a sudden the guy opens the window and says do you just want ice cream and said yes that’s what the girls would like. He allowed us to order 4 dishes of ice cream without any complaints. This is an example of amazing customer service experience. Thank you to both the young gentlemen and woman working tonight to stay just a little while longer to make two little girls quite happy.

Hands down the best strawberry milkshake I have ever had. My daughter and I come here after every beach day for our cool down ice cream. I strongly recommend checking them out when in New Buffalo!

Was in town for a much needed getaway and just wanted something easy for a late dinner. Since I was staying at a hotel around the corner I walked over to Nancy’s at 8:20 pm on a Wednesday to grab a hot dog. After standing in line for about 5 minutes I am told the grill was shut down and they are only serving ice cream. The hours say you’re open until 9:30. Why is your grill turned off an hour before you close?? And if you want to do that why not post a sign letting people know??

Nancy’s is a definite highlight of my trip to michigan. Tons of ice cream flavors to choose from, and all of them delicious!! portion sizes were perfect and the price was reasonable. the staff was also beyond friendly, and provided great customer service. 10/10 ice cream, and i will be going back to nancy’s every time i’m in new buffalo!

Ice cream was way too soft for it to be melting as fast as it did. Temps were not even a factor. Hubs cone was cracked all through, so basically we both had a mess in a paper wrapped come.I was happy tho to see Strawberry Ice Cream made with real cane sugar and real chunks of strawberries. 😋

My wife and I took a brief trip to New Buffalo in the middle of the week based on a recommendation from some friends. Nancy's was right down the street from our hotel so we had to try it out. I saw the sign for Famous Strawberry Shakes and thought that that was probably just a gimmick because strawberry shakes aren't anything special. So, I had to try one and I am a believer-it was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty and the strawberries had the right amount of tart and sweet. Also, the shake was creamy and there were plenty of delicious chunks of fruit. It had the perfect blend of milky and fruity.

We are spending a long weekend in New Buffalo and wanted some ice cream after dinner. It was about 10 minutes past closing but when we got up to the window they were more than happy to help us! This was soooo appreciated!! Such a bonus that the ice cream was AMAZING!!! Thank you for being so kind!

Fun little ice cream shop. Its also an inexpensive place to grab lunch. Their burgers are quite decent and they even have Chicago dogs! Outdoor and indoor seating is available (indoor seating is temporarily closed for covid-19).Not a bad place to chill out after going to the beach, grab a shake, then take a walk through the shops.

We visited Nancy’s on Sunday June 19 2022 at 9:40 pm. The sign said that they were open until 10. When I knocked on the window they pulled the blinds down so I went to the window that didn’t have the blinds down. It was an older lady with a Chicago cubs had on who was telling the younger employees to pull the blinds down on me. There was a young black girl who was laughing. It’s amazing how people treat their customers today. As if we are not the ones that pay their bills. Whoever the owner is should be embarrassed of the employee wearing the Chicago Cubs hat

This place is amazing! Pretty damn tasty Bacon grilled chicken wrap. Really good wide mouth straws for chunky chocolate shakes of any kind just about. Highly recommended 👌

I highly recommend a trip to Nancy's. It's located just a few blocks from the beach and carries a wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors. They have a large menu of fast food options that are especially appealing to kids. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the employees are friendly and helpful. My family was so happy to find this place!
