I ordered a pizza an hour ahead of time on a busy Friday afternoon. They said no problem and it would be ready when I got there. I even heard them quoting people about 35 minutes while I was still on the phone.I get to the shop 10 minutes ahead of time so I didn't expect it to be done yet, but I let them know I was there. I ended up waiting 25 minutes past when my pizza was supposed to be ready!I didn't get a "sorry" or "thanks for your patience" or anything.I would have been able to overlook this if the pizza was amazing, but it was just okay. My wife said she didn't really like it that much. The price isn't terrible though. I got a 20" pepperoni and large cheese bread for under $20.

I ordered last week and the food was great. I picked my order up because I didn't know they delivered. I asked if they delivered to my address when I got there and I was told yes. I called today for a delivery order and was told first she couldn't find my address and then a flat out NO! Even though we are on M-36 between Kane and Dutton. I've seen deliveries past my house. I thought she was rude and not sure I will go back

To forgo any problems, I went in on Saturday(12/16 ) in the early afternoon to place an order for Sunday @ 3pm (the next day.) I decided this was the best route to go as the last time I ordered, had to wait an additional 45 mins. I mentioned this before I ordered. The lady apologized for that and I went ahead and ordered. Bill came to over $73.00. I left after being assured it would be there by 3pm. WRONG-O! At 3:10pm I called ended up hanging up on staff. ITS NOT LIKE THE ORDER WAS A SURPRISE!. Finally should up at 3:18pm. Now, I hadn't put a tip on the order, because I wanted to see what happened. T.I.P.S. means "To insure prompt service". I wanted to make sure I got prompt service before I tipped for it. Driver got MUCH smaller Christmas tip. The only way that this place can get a delivery order on time is possibly a 6 months advance order, don't pay for it up front, but tip for advance service..??????? 3rd time was NOT THE CHARM.. won't be back and you can't be profitable if you continue to treat customers so badly. Please don't respond as I've already had the lip service.

My family moved to the country and this is one of the only places that delivers to us. AND HOLY MOLY AM I HAPPY WE FOUND THEM. They have amazing food. We enjoy their burgers, pizza, and cheesy bacon ranch bread. They are always super nice whenever you call or go there. When you call you may have to hold for a bit, but that is due to how popular they are. We have opted to do pickup now over delivery (as we found delivery did have a bit of a wait.) But that is expected with how busy they get and we do live a little bit away from them. Picking up is easy and fast though and even if when you get there your food doesn't happen to be ready, they will bring it out to your car for you. Can't say enough good things about them and hope you give them a shot!

My husband works down the road from this place but we don't live in Munith. His coworkers have been raving about their menu and telling him to go down and grab one of their cheese breads. My husband kept saying he wanted to wait and bring me and the kids. We went Saturday, early afternoon after a 30 minute drive and the place was just off the road, quaint, scenic and plenty of parking. You go in the maintenance store entrance to order and you pick up, outside at the pick up window. Its a few steps from the parking. We ordered the bacon ranch cheese bread and it was perfectly baked! It was a 15 minute wait, that felt like 5 minutes because the small town, country view, gave or family wonderful chit chat in the car. The flavors were outstanding. It felt sinful, tasting how gooey, toasty, ranchy and bacon-y (yup, that's a word) it was. We don't usually eat in the car but we were not going to wait, 30 minutes back home. Suddenly the parking got full as town folk came driving up so we drove away to give our parking spot to someone and we were happy campers, driving back home, my husband passing slices of cheese bread to us all. So yummy, you've gotta try it. We can't wait to try their pizza!

The food is amazing and almost worth the 2+ hour delivery wait. We didn't mind picking up, so we avoided that all together. The person running the window was extremely friendly, and even though it was closing time, she helped the individuals behind me in line to place an order. The food here is absolutely delicious!

Big Chuck's is a family owned restaurant full of great food, excellent staff, and the best food around. This is easily my favorite restaurant in the state, and I could not recommend them enough. Don't forget to try the bacon ranch cheese sticks, and ask about their everyday specials!Parking: People forget their is parking on 3 sides of the building. 25 - 30 cars could easily park there.

Have driven by here many times on our trip from Brooklyn to the Flint area and back. Decided to order a couple sandwiches to take home for dinner. Absolutely, satisfying experience. Everything was really tasty including an order of deep fried mushrooms!! Staff was friendly and courteous. Going to have to try the pizza next time, as there was quite a line of people picking them up while we were there.

Pizza fold/Calzone, Big BBQ burgers and yummy onion rings…. all superb from crust to bun, to fresh meat to low price. Not salty or geasey. We will keep coming back to this take-out joint Big Chuck does is a delicious good value.

Hands down one of the best Pizza places out there! The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the Bacon Ranch Cheese Bread, BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Meat Lover Pizza. We ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 Bacon Ranch Cheese Breads, my family of 5 usually puts away some serious food but we could only eat 2 of the pizzas and had half of cheese bread left over. So if you are looking for a place that will fill you up and has friendly staff definitely come to Big Chuck's!
