It's a good thing they have a self checkout otherwise you would be waiting around all dang day for a cashier at night. During the day you're lucky if ONE employee knows what they're doing when it comes to fixing the self checkout.

i came in here to get 6 balloons blown up for a small wedding i was attending, there were 2 cashiers, 1 other person in line, when we got up to the girl and asked for the 6 balloons to be blown up, she rolled her eyes, proceeded to “call for backup” for another cashier to come up front (even tho there was only 1 other person in line). when the person came from the back, they said “next time you need to call in advance” with attitude. so i’m sorry that blowing up 6 balloons is such an inconvenience for you, when it literally took 2 minutes to do, not sure why you needed extra help from the back when there was only 1 other person in line, but y’all need to get ur act together and be a little more friendly. customer service was trash, if ur life is that miserable that ur gonna be rude to customers at work, just quit cus nobody wants ur attitude sweetie.

There is a little girl in the store who is very rude. Asked a question she told ne to go downtown they have more workers. Need to find a new gal who is customer service orientated

The cashier Fortune is absolutely rude. I went in to purchase items and when I reached the cash register I realized I didn’t have my card with me. Fortune seemed very irritated by this and I had to put all my items back myself while being stared at by other customers. I was extremely embarrassed. After finding my card shortly after, I went back and got the stuff I originally went in to get. Upon entering Fortune told the other employee something along the lines of “they were just here and now they’re back”. My apologies for shopping at Dollar General! I continued shopping and upon paying for the items my card was declined because I forgot that I locked it from when I lost it. I apologized to her and received a blank stare back. I got my card to work and as I was leaving she approached the other employee and made gestures towards me. I apologize for being such an inconvenience to her. I will not be coming back to dollar general unless she is not working. this isn’t the first rude encounter I’ve had with Fortune either.

I waited in line for the two people in front of me with one register open. When I was next in line a cashier opened up another lane and helped the people behind me. A cashier with dark hair was very rude, didn’t greet you, and had poor customer service. Looking through the reviews it sounds like someone named fortune and that many have had the same experience. My experience here the last week was terrible.

They are new in munising this year 2021 and they are so much better than the over stocked dollar tree in Marquette very clean store and the workers are ALWAYS HELPFUL!! Love family dollar and dollar tree combo stores!!!

Horrible just Horrible...could not purchase gift cards took over an hr to get 2 gift cards when I needed 8. They canceled the purchase thinking it was fraud than the cashier could not figure out how to cash back the cards on my CC. Lacks mgt and being out in the middle of nowhere it figures.
