Name is ascend cannabis. Great prices. And great selection. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable about their products. But for some reason I wasn't able to use my chime debit card. Don't know why. Had to take money out of the ATM they have on site. All in all it's a great place to get your cannabis needs. If I lived closer I would be here weekly.

Budtenders are usually unhelpful. They have few great ones but they're over shadowed by how unhelpful the others are. Cant see or smell what you may want to buy but SOMETIMES you can. Seems to be extremely based on if the budtender likes you or not. Same with the amount of help you get as well. Sometimes able to get what im looking for but most times not because of not being able to see it. I hope they start putting stuff to the side for that exact purpose like almost every other place imagineable. Hope the best for the place and hope others have different experiences.

This was my first visit. I was super impressed with the facility. It was decorated really cool. Once we went in I was surprised at how big it was. I was teamed up with Brooke and she was amazing. Very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and gave me her expertise opinion. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely be back.

They are falling off. How about hydrating the flower. So dry that you can tell they've been sitting on it for a while. Display flower looks good but when you get the bag of it, it's dry and potency isn't what the bag says. Smh I'll only stop here for edibles for now on. Smh

When it was just Pinnacle this place was awesome. Now that gage took over it's just another average dispensary. A lot of the eighths are so old they shouldn't be sold. Maybe don't buy so much product to sell?

Never been inside, only the curb side. The curb side has a ridiculously long wait time. Even when they are not busy. Wth is going on there that it takes so long. Today they forgot or didn't have a preroll we order. They gave us a complimentary battery because of the wait. It's nice in thought, but not something we need. Would have taken the cheapest preroll instead. Whatever. The employees are usually nice. But the curbside wait time has become ridiculous..

I visited today for the first time to any Cannabis store and Jim was really helpful. He gave me great advice to help alleviate my wife’s nausea from chemotherapy. The vape he recommended worked before dinner and she was able to eat a much larger portion than usual. Thank you so much!

Went for recreation the wait wasn't very long the receptionist was kind and helpful but that was almost the only thing I enjoyed. As I purchased 2 jars of wax neither were sealed properly like they would be if they were unopened they clearly had been tampered with $35 each as well as a Church Runtz cartridge which was another $45 I ended up spending over 20$ in taxes and leaving feeling kinda ripped off.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got some gummies and some chocolate. In Vegas I paid about the same amount for the gummies so I was happy about that but the gummies were bigger so I am hoping even though these gummies are smaller, the effect is still great quality. The chocolate tastes amazing but it is a bit pricey. I think they have some products strictly for medical purposes as well because they ask if you are there for medical or recreational and I saw some gummies on the shelf that wasn't shown to me personally. Overall a great shop to go to. Make sure to bring cash

This used to be the best spot around. Unfortunately in the last couple months the quality has completely evaporated. Their online store does not reflect their actual in store stock. If you call to ask about what's in stock you get misinformation because those who handle calls are up front and can't answer those kinds of questions. If you try to ask questions in the store most of the staff is incapable of answer most questions. Plus I've left with improper products even thought I was specifically asked questions about what I was trying to purchase.It's become a complete nightmare to shop at this location this year and I've already started shopping around for my new main shop because this place just can't handle their inventory or their customer service. I'm sure it's mainly due to the influx of customers and the inability to keep up. They really used to be the best, but now it's just bad service all around. I hope they get their act together because in the last 5-6 trips I've been there it's been one problem after another. I can't keep writing text reviews about how bad the service is after the fact. It seems to be doing nothing.

I used to enjoy this store until they stole from me. They (cashier Kimberly) charged me for a pack of edibles I didn't receive. I will not be returning and I suggest you go nextdoor to jade. Better employees doing a better job. And most importantly don't steal from you

The jetted tub was amazing and had plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly. Room was just as expected. The breakfast was the only complaint. Didnt have eggs or any meat. Just cereal and waffles. But other than was great a great experience.

Love that I can get medical from here now and they can’t say I was somehow over a limit when I don’t know how I could ever do that. Ever since gage/cookies has taken over this store is more enjoyable to come to. I remember it back when it was in other building and I first started coming that I loved the atmosphere but never could get medical but now I love the atmosphere and the freedom to get either medical or recreational and all people are always so nice. Always good when you can get one of Gods greatest gifts legally. Stay happy and High.

Caution - Check what you're purchasing! I am a repeat customer but just paid full price for a bag of shake.I am reviewing the product purchased not the service.I purchased an eight of Fruity Pebbles OG (FPOG) and was blown away at how great it was. I decided to go back and get an ounce once it was back in stock. It was busy so I waited in the parking lot and ordered an ounce online. The nice attendant took my order, brought it out, and I paid. Having been there multiple times and trusting them I did not check the ounce. On the way home I peaked in the bag and was shocked to see I got a bag of shake.I haven't felt this ripped off since buying schwag back in high school since the 80's. It was my job to check the bag but I 'assumed' I could trust that I was buying an ounce of quality flower. See the photos.This really frustrates me because the biggest bud in the bag is about the size of a pea. It is nothing at all like the previous 1/8th I purchased - let alone the photos on the site when you're ordering.The total for the ounce is around $330.00 including tax. Full disclosure I purchased this with a veterans discount of 25% - an elevated discount due to Independence Day. Never-the-less, I got a bag of shake.Needless to say, and sad to say, I will not be back. So please check your bag and verify you are purchasing quality flower.
