This review probably isn’t going to do a damn thing but, This dollar general is going to get robbed one day and they’re going to be real sorry.. I walk in there and most all of the time there’s no one at the register and it’s quiet with no one around with the door wide open, yes there’s a self checkout but some people don’t want to use that damn thing especially older people that may not even know how.. so you stand there and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. and come to find out they were in the office eating or just not paying attention neglecting what they are there to be doing leaving us to wait and wait and wait when we shouldn’t really have to in some cases, it’s not the end of the world.. it’s just annoying almost every time you go in there, there’s barely a person in sight it feels like

The stores are always sloppy, very difficult for the disabled, impossible to use my power chair in the store, no room in store to even park it, so it must be left outside to possibly be stolen. Every Dollar General I've been in is NOT handicap friendly, Aisles aren't wide enough for 2 grocery carts to pass side by side let alone use wheelchairs or power chairs why are they allowed to ignore people with disabilities??? All other stores have to have handicap access but Dollar General never has had to. WHY IS THAT??

The dollar general store in mio is very nice. The isles are well kept and the service seemed very friendly. Most dollar general stores are like this but I would have to say this store ranks in the top for cleanliness and organization. Way to go staff and managers and thanks for a nice experience!

Aisle aren't wide as it is, adding to that there are always always piles of boxes, items thrown on the floors and big carts full of boxes. You can barely get down an aisle let alone if someone's coming in the opposite direction. Messiest store I've ever been in.

The Mio, MI Dollar General location is just an utter MESS. There's carts of cardboard & merchandise blocking aisles and the shelves look like items were dumped on them. This location has looked like this since it opened. Obviously, the 4 star reviewers have never actually been in this store.

Usually awesome customer service. I was a part of the rearrangement. I hope everyone likes the new version better. I gotta ask why the new self checkout is not available though.

Pretty good to all their customers. If they don't have something they will tell you and tell you when it will be in if possible. Always happy to help

It's the only Dollar General I go to that is absolutely disorganized and gross. Workers are nice and helpful but your stepping over merchandise in every isle way since it opened.

I go here to quickly grab almost anything i need without the wait of a grocery store line. I can find almost amything i need. The customer service is great too!

This is in my home town. It's a nice store. For me it's layout is somewhat confusing. But the staff are nice and willing to assist you in any way they can.

They had Creme Soda Dr. Pepper And regular Dr. Pepper when so many other places have been sold out!

All the cashiers, the staff and the male manager were all very helpful and accomodating. My family and I went to this store 3 times this weekend.

They have too much stock, so it's difficult to move around the store. Aside from the clutter, it is clean, and the staff was nice

The Isles were cluttered with boxes the shelves were either not stocked or they were not organized I prefer going over to Family Dollar.
