Nice little store. Smaller, but had most everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful if overworked. About 10% more expensive than larger stores.

Nice small grocery store with a less overwhelming selection of items. Has a cozier feel than the big box stores. The meat selections looked great. The deli had hot and cold food selections. There was a large selection of wine, liquor, with various beer choices. The produce looked good and the displays were nice.

Made the trip for the sale items in their flyer ... and they were out of all of them. Shelves were bare in a number of places. Disappointing.Seems like a nice "hometown" market, and the produce was fresh, so we'll try again some other time.Too bad their stock of items isn't posted on line or at least listed as "out of stock" when it happens.

Spoilage in every department! These good reviews are fake! My first experience there yesterday had me back an hour later for a refund. My pot roast was rancid but not expired. My yogurt was rancid but not expired. My prepackaged grapes were 8 days expired. My bag of oranges were SO OLD they were internally liquefied! I'm shocked because my first impression was that the store seemed very clean and cared for. The "manager" must be the owner, he didn't have a name tag and was far too casual about the amount of spoiled food I was returning. I called ahead about the pot roast and his demeanor was unpleasant despite my friendly approach. Then i realised i had even more bad food from there. I brought along my husband to make the return and suddenly he's a feeble old man who can't hear and is so sorry. If you scroll far enough through these reviews you will see several other customers have posted that this store sells expired food. The only thing I don't have a picture of is the nasty discolored meat at the butchers counter. I went specifically for a roast. The butcher said they were bad! Then guided me to a refrigerated section where he said he just packaged those cuts. THE ROAST I BOUGHT WAS FROM THE SAME BEEF AND WAS JUST AS SPOILED.

Nice little store. Very clean and well stocked. Stop there quite often because how convient it is on my way home from work. Wish they offered more a variety of buns and bread. I stopped in hoping to get potato hamburger buns and they had plenty of regular white buns but no other types. Recommend if you need to get in and out quickly.

It's a good place if you need only a few food items and want to avoid driving to Lapeer or Oxford. The staff is also very helpful and courteous. The downside is grocery items are pricier here if they are not on sale. Also, check expiration dates before you buy.

Fantastic store, always neat, clean, and shelves are ALWAYS well-stocked (unlike a certain big-box store in north Oxford). Prices are pretty reasonable, too.

I was real happy with their bakery department. She did great customer service to go above and beyond in preparing my son's birthday cake and cupcakes for class. They looked and tasted great.

First walking in you get hit with the smell of mold, they need to refinish the floors they look as old as the 43 year old building. The workers that have worked their for many many years don't greet you with a smile or ask if you found everything instead be mean to people returning unopened products with a receipt. Not fun!

Really nice local small market! Although it appears their main revenue is Spirits (liqueur, wine & beer) they have a well stocked deli, nice bakery, butcher shop & pre packaged meats. Plus all the stuff you would shop for locally. Decent prices & friendly helpful staff. Although I was surprised by the extreme staff replacement.

I think I live here sometimes but they have lots of goodies in the deli and nice country store. The folks that work here pretty nice too!! It's on the way home and convenient place to shop.

This was my first time here. We were camped nearby and needed to pick up a few groceries. They had everything we needed and more. Very clean store. Pleasant employees. Large parking lot. Not crowded. Great location at the corner of Dryden Rd and M-24.

First time in on Monday evening, spent around 100$ on food, was pleased with the deals on meat and the atmosphere of the store however when I got home I was not so pleased. First my baby carrots where slimy and stinky, then my mock chicken was rotting, then both the pasta and potato salad we're old and sour. Not going back, not sure how the meat I put in the freezer will be, fingers crossed. This place needs to keep a better eye on selling rotting food.

Now that I am 73 years old, I have had the tradition of Kowalski holiday fresh kielbasa at our Christmas breakfast ,since I was a baby. And when I had a hard time finding it, I remembered metamora market, and the day before Christmas Eve I called that evening ,and a very kind young lady took the last package put my name on it ,and put it in the meat cooler. The next day I talked to the butcher, and told him please do not let go of that 5 lb package of sausage for our tradition ,and he was very kind also. Making sure that it was there for us .It made our breakfast special ,as usual thank you. You have a fabulous group of people working for you.They took the extra step for us Happy New Year

Lovely small country market! I could smell the fried chicken in the parking lot. Great wine selection! If I lived in the are Metamora Market would be a regular stop.

Slim pickins on fresh veggies among other things too long to list. Owner should take notes on how to run a better market worth shopping at. Very Disappointing. We just go to Bryan's.

Nice little home town store with a decent selection of groceries. The deli was a stand out for me; thank you for spoiling my granddaughter with a sample of the Oreo fluff. You really know how to treat customers!
