Came in here to ask about buying some straw for making stray cat shelters & the guy working was super polite. He let me get some extra scrap straw that had fallen off the bales instead of having to buy a whole bale. Very polite employees & will be back for future needs!

I buy my animal feed here.They have a huge variety and the quality is alot better than the regular stores.Alot of people I know are struggling with there chickens laying well I have no issues my chickens they lay wonderful with marshall feed.I know this because if I switch to another store my chickens will come close to not laying at all.The prices are great I save money by buying here and most importantly the feed is better for my animals.I call in my order and they get it ready and load it all for me.The staff is amazing I just can't say enough good things about marshall feed and grain or there staff.

I have been a consistent customer buying cattle feed @ Marshall Feed & Grain for quite awhile. I typically like to do business there. But occasionally being so busy minor mistakes can be made to your feed order. Which even though minor add up to many dollars over time. On the few occasions when I have brought them to the owners attention. He refuses to acknowledge the error or even attempt to apologize for the error. He comes across that you don't know what your talking about. Let alone make any attempt to make it right. He would prefer you just keep doing your business and keep your opinions to yourself. My last order appeared to be a little short. Upon picking up the order I told the owner when I walked in the order looked light sitting on the dock. His response was the corn is heavier. So I get home and unload the feed into my containers and the feed did not fill my containers as full as they normally would. I call the owner and explain something didn't seem right. the mixture even seemed different. which falls upon deaf ears. He repeats the corn is heavier. So my typical order is 725lbs. I'm calling 5 days after I picked up my order to then have to place another order for pickup two days later exactly 7 days after the last pickup. On my way to pickup my order I call to ask to have two mineral tubs added to the order and I tell the owner that I believed that it was possibly the Molasses that were short in the order based on the way the mixture looked and again he takes no responsibility, Molasses only make up 25lbs of my order but add quite a bit of filler to the order. But he feels the need to then hang up on me. I'm a consistently good customer and the few times this has happened have occurred over the last 5 years. While we all have bad days and mistakes will be made. So Bob the owner knows I'm only a few minutes away and makes sure he isn't in the office to wait on me and his employee at the counter makes sure to sarcastically be polite and the mineral tubs I asked for are not added on the bill. So they were good with not selling me an additional $250 of product. There loss.. I'm not 100% sure what was wrong with the previous order but I calculate I was a couple bags short of feed on the previous order and from the way Bob has handled things in the past and after being hung up on. I felt that I needed to share my experiences. I'm sure that that the owner will not care or miss my business.
