I have 3 pit mixes and all 3 have special needs of various kinds (physical, behavioral, etc). The ladies at Posh Pup take such good care of my babies! Their pricing is reasonable and I know they are treated well during the grooming process. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed it’s so uneven it look like a kid cut it. My daughter seen her and cried it’s horrible. I called to speak to a manager, and didn’t like the response I got I will never go back not worth my 55 dollars..........:::::::::also what was I charged for nothing was cut but her face and if her being 6 months was an issue that's should've been told me a real manager never even contact me after I asked to speak to a manger to express my concerns what happen to good customer service

I have brought my dog to the Posh Pup several times, none of which I felt wildly impressed by, but it was always just okay and out of convenience, we continued to visit.I had an incredibly disappointing experience today that will unfortunately lead me to visiting elsewhere. I called the Posh Pup to ask when my dog may be done being groomed and they replied "Oh yeah they're done. We tried calling". I stated that I have zero missed calls from them and did not receive an apology on the phone, just "Oh okay" - I know they *have* the correct number as the woman working the counter had me check before I left after dropping my dog off earlier! There are even two numbers on file, so if that were true, they could have tried the second.I brought this up again upon pick up, just expressing that I was disappointed. I was stared at, given a "sorry, thats $65". For a 12 pound dog. Previously it has always been $50. Perhaps I paid for them to babysit my dog without them even letting me know they were done. I wouldn't know as you don't get a receipt. I hate to say it, it just feels that they are careless when it comes to customer service. All around, it was quite a negative experience and we won't be back. Not like they'd care if we did.

I've been taking my dog, Harvey, here for a little over a year and am always happy with the results. He's an aussie so his fur is a lot to tackle and they always do a great job trimming him up and loving on him!

Just WONDERFUL! Thank you guys for not only taking my walk in, but also loving my very anxious big boy. You guys took such good care of him, to the point where it truly warmed my heart and made my entire week. I didn't expect the level of quality service that I received with him. I sincerely love you guys and so does my fur son. We WILL be back for more nail trimmings because I know that with this business, he is in the BEST of hands. 💜🐶

They do an amazing job with my little Hudson. I can also tell that they’re extremely patient and that they make him feel comfortable during the grooming process. When I give him baths at home now he loves them!..that was not the case before lol thank you guys!!

I used the self serve area. The advertised price on the website was $10. When I got there I was charged $15.Before I came, I tried to call to see what I needed to bring with me. No one answered the phone. Thankfully I brought shampoo and brushes. Only the room and towels are provided.

Went there with my dog about 3 weeks ago. She was supposed to have a bath and a haircut. I had written down the exactly how I wanted her haircut. She followed none of it. When I got home my husband wanted to know why they didn’t cut her hair. I called to complain. I was told I could bring her back that same day (an hour round trip) or they would give me $10 off her next grooming. That means her next visit would still be $60. She normally gets a haircut every 4 months, but already needs another one. My decision is to go elsewhere. I would highly recommend you don’t go to Posh Pups either!

I've been coming here for 5 years we have a sheltie. They do a beautiful job bathing and trimming him. The workers are very friendly. Have a love of pets that will make your animal feel comfortable

We love Posh Pet!! We bring Tar for his nails to be ground & for his weekly baths.We say, "we're going to see the girls" and he's all excited and loves hus belly rubs when we arrive.These are a great bunch of ladies and we really appreciate them being here for us!!

My dog, Maci, loves going to her grooming at Posh. Caroline is so wonderful and Maci loves her. She actually runs to get in. Everyone there is awesome

Caroline is our absolute favorite groomer! We have tried a lot of different people over the years and she is without a doubt the best. She does a fantastic job on my 7 year old dog who comes home beautiful every time. We also love that she is quick. At some groomers you can expect to leave your dog there all day, but here they take no more than 2-3 hours (at least from all our experiences)

Does a good job. Recently raised prices from 45 to 60 bucks. Should of done it in smaller increments.My dog with anxiety seems comfortable with them so I'll keep taking her there.

Took my dog here for his first experience of being groomed. I didn't realize it takes up 3-4 hours for the process. My dog came out very happy. I feel he loved it. The prices are amazing.

Posh pup squeezed my doggie in after this pandemic and she was done in no time. She was soft as a bunny and her nails were trimmed perfectly. I love this place, the groomers take care of her like she was their own. They are also a great value. The best groomer my little doggie has been to!

Went for the first time with my Silkie. He was completely at ease and happy to head in back. The only instructions I gave were to think warm thoughts and do what you think best. He came out gorgeous. Fantastic cut, soft, smelling good, really his best cut in years. Price was totally reasonable for the good work. I would also like to add that when he went in back I overhead one of the groomers ask my dog if he was a little wierdo. I found that remarkably perceptive for having only just met him.

They know my cat by name, and genuinely seem pleased to see her (and since I bring her in for getting her nails clipped, that's amazing). Posh Pup is hand's down Bowser's favorite place in the whole wide world. Bowser (our forever Rottweiler 'puppy') will get absolutely excited whenever we mention the word 'groomer' or if we say Steph; the best dog groomer ever. We know he's treated like an absolute king since he literally cannot wait to go through the doors to see all his favorite people. Posh Pup is top notch and I will never stop recommending it.

Simply the best groomer in Livonia, period. My dogs love to go there, they're affordable, and they trim nails, express glands, clean ears, and brush teeth. It's well worth it for my dogs to get that done! They're courteous, experienced, and don't hurt my dogs when they groom them, unlike Petsmart, which tortured my poor dog with arthritis. This is definitely the place to go!
