Our invisible fence works great! Brian and Kim were wonderful to work with. They responded to us very quickly and answered all our questions thoroughly. They installed the fence as soon as possible and were very cautious not to impact any cable lines of our neighbors. Kim gave us very detailed and step by step instructions on how to train our dogs. We have one dog that caught on immediately and a very stubborn bulldog that was harder to train. Using Kim’s techniques, our dogs are trained and loving the freedom they have to play in our yard. We bought our underground dog fence from Kim and Brian just a few months ago for a little puppy. It works wonderfully. Kim and Brian went up and beyond to install it for us.It is so nice to have our 7 month old puppy be able to run around the yard and get that puppy energy out!!!!!!! Everyone knows what that is like.He still stays in our yard with no problems.I would recommend this fencing to any one with a puppy or adult dog.The training takes about 2 weeks, but you will love it.We are actually getting another puppy next year so it will be nice for the two dogs to play with each other and just run around.Thanks you so much for everything,Tom and Debi Schick

I had another dog fence company install our underground dog fence, unfortunately, their service was good, but their customer service representative was very rude. When I had to have my fence repaired, I decided to call someone else. I called Underground Dog Fence, and Bryan and Kim came to the rescue. A year later I had a split rail fence installed and my underground fence was damaged, one phone call later, Bryan showed up and repaired it. This year, hope it’s the last, I had sod installed due to damage done from a recent tree removal; and again, I had to have the underground dog fence repaired. I called Underground Dog Fence, and Bryan showed up at 8:00pm, and repaired my dog fence. Kim and Bryan are both friendly, courteous and very reliable. Overall experience was excellent. My hidden fence was not working. My dog is a “runner” so the operation of the system is essential. I needed the repair ASAP. Kim obliged by arranging an appointment immediately. They arrived within just a few minutes after the call. Brian diagnosed an underground wire break due to a “gardening incident”. Line spliced, all systems go, and the dog was in the backyard playing in a matter of minutes.

Kim and Brian at Underground Dog Fence are wonderful! Their system has changed our fur babies lives to the positive! Wish we had put this fence in ages ago. It is great to no longer worry about our guys going into an unsafe environment. I also love that Kim calls to check on us and shares all her amazing knowledge about dogs. The owner of this company was extremely rude!!! Even on Easter Sunday!! It states they were open and hours may effect Easter hours! I called and asked about a fence! She said “Do you know it’s Easter Sunday”!!!! Not professional at all!!!! I know a lot of people with dogs and I will be sure to make sure no one uses this company!!!
