It would have been nice to know that this pharmacy was going to have an "issue" with filling out my prescription. I waited 8 DAYS to see if the medicine was ready. I heard nothing, and when I finally called, the pharmacist said that they had it in stock, but I had to call my doctor to get it authorized (AGAIN) and go through my insurance. I NEVER had any issues with Meijer filling out my medications, especially a controlled substance. I waited 8 days with no medication, thinking that CVS was going to call or text me when it was ready, and they told me this!! It would have been nice to know instead of me going 8 d*mn days without my medication!!!!!

I picked up a couple of prescriptions and the directions for the most important one were unclear. I called twice to clarify the timing of the dosage and waited on hold over 20 minutes. Then I tried to look up the general phone number vs. pharmacy to try to reach someone but on Google, only the pharmacy phone number is listed, which makes no sense. Then I called again and pressed the entry as if I were a doctor’s office and could not get past the automatic answering entry. So I took my best guess about how to take the medication as I am at work and cannot leave to go to the CVS in person. If I have a bad reaction I have advised my family to sue the heck out of CVS. This is ridiculous.

Our local CVS is a nice one.Friendly staff, nice pharmacy, good selection of random US drug store stuff.Nicer than Walgreens for sure.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ON THE PHONE FOR 15 minutes to find out if my prescription was ready & was given an attitude by the pharmacist (male) 1/19/2024 / told me he wasn't going to give me my prescription & I could go somewhere else & was very short. This is my first time going here & I will not be going back

I often have negative experiences at the CVS. The employees that work here are often grumpy and impatient. I got there and was in line at 1:27. For some reason they can’t stagger their lunch so they close from 130 to 2. They refused to give me my prescription and rudely dismissed me. I have sick kids and live 30 minutes away so it is very frustrating to sit around and wait for half an hour for them to re-open.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. When I told them I had Medicare for my child’s prescriptions they acted like I was a piece of dirt. Complete attitude change. It was horrible for my son and I to be treated like that. My son is only 9 years old, he didn’t deserve that just because we are low income. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Google said they open at 7, sign on the door says 8am. I gotta go home and come back and half hour later. Ridiculous. Fix your hours online.

I don’t know what the problem is with this particular location. I’ve never experienced such a blatantly horrible retail location. I literally cannot get my stuff! Customer service is horrible. Final straw- I just left there without my prescription because I sat, the only car in line, at the drive up window for 8 minutes without being acknowledged. I usually go in and have a hard time getting service so I figured I would try the drive up. My script is ready and paid for and literally can’t get it! I’ll gladly stick to my old pharmacy across town to avoid this place. It is horrible. And previous reviews are right- some of the staff is so rude how they talk to people. I’m done. Just writing this to warn other people before they find themselves stuck!

Shannon should NOT be shoved in the face of your customers. She is constantly rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. On more than one occasion she was blatantly annoyed with having to do her job. I don't know if she hates CVS or just children special needs. Either way customer service is not something she seems familiar with. Today was her lucky day. Of course our script wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, so we got to wait another 15 minutes and inconvenience HER again at the drive up window. May Karma find you and your Ms. Shannon. Pharmacy is god awful. They will never answer their phones and wait times are always guaranteed 40 mins or more. Today it took me 5 hours to get my daughters prescription from the time it got sent over. Had some insurance issues and the old lady told me I need to “move along” and come back later. (No specific time frame) I used to be a pharmacy tech for rite aid and know how things are generally supposed to work. I think it just comes down to lazy techs and pharmacist not willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are correct the first time around. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Worst worst worst store. This store needs to close- pharmacy pays NO attention to long lines- 5 to 6 people behind the counter just talk to each other at length for10 to 20 minutes; personal conversations with no regard for the line of customers. Want to only have self checkout even if buying $100 more plus merchandise. The many clerks have no interest in helping you; if your elderly, disabled or otherwise. Will scream from an aisle USE THE SELF CHECKOUT instead of helping out in any way. I can spend my $100 elsewhere. Nasty employees. If I have to hear one more personal conversation from the pharmacy staff amongst themselves as I wait 40 minutes for my medication; I mean you have to be kidding.

I consider myself a regular at this pharmacy. I have gone in and used drive thru. Always had very cheerful friendly staff…. Until today. The young man working the drive thru was obviously not happy to be working. He never greeted me, just asked for name etc. then opened the drawer I had no clue what he wanted me to give him… money or I.d.?? I said I don’t know how much I owe you. He then proceeded to say “ need your license and $”. I gave to him. Then he opened drawer and my license was soo far back in drawer I had to hang out my window to get it. He never said another word to me so I left. This one experience has me thinking I’m gonna try another pharmacy.

This store is seriously in need of a management overhaul. Numerous times prescription refill medications are not in stock and don't arrive when they tell you they will be stocked. Have had to go to other CVS stores to get the promised prescriptions from this store even after being notified of the available pickup date and time. The store could seriously use a good cleaning and remodel. And today the coup de gras - No label on the bottle with the prescription capsules in it. Seriously - what is going on here?

Picking up prescriptions at this location is impossible without waiting at least 25 minutes; called in days prior! One lady runs drive through and cash register inside. Both lines are ridiculous. Why wouldn't you have more help to get people there scripts in a timely manner? Half the people inside waiting are probably sick and just standing there. My time and I'm sure everyone else's is valuable to them.

Terrible experience. Staff at this location are rude to customers, they will say anything to push you away. I was having issues for 20 minutes moving from one window to another until I saw two people in front of me toss whatever they were trying to buy and said "I'm outta here!" Meanwhile, two customers in the drive-through were arguing with the attendant. At that point, I decided I'm moving my prescriptions somewhere else.**Drive through average wait is 45-1 hour any day any time.

Pat was so cheery and helpful during my checkout today, he even helped me with my coupons and had a smile on his face the whole time. He’s a great employee! Chis was also very helpful and always in a good mood. I just love couponing at this location and the wonderful people that work there!

Pretty much the rudest pharmacists you can find around. Very condescending. The only reason we came back to CVS is that Rite Aid was not carrying the medication. But they do now, b - bye.

My prescription for a controlled substance was dispensed to an unknown person. The pharmacist is slow walking the investigation of who did what! After talking to pharmacist and corporate CVS I am ready to file a police report.

Absolutely negligent people work in this pharmacy. Countless times they've given my girlfriend medications and BC she can't have due to an allergy and she has a note on her profile to indicate it. She makes frequent calls to get meds corrected or they don't have anything she can have.

Bought headphones from here, they didn't work and they forgot to put the receipt in the bag... I return them the next day and they say I can only have a store credit. I paid $35 for them and they give me $20 back saying that it used to be on sale so I get the sale price. How does that make any sense? If you want to lose a quick $15 with terrible customer service I highly recommend you go here. -1 stars.

CVS has gotten to be too expensive for most things but the one that irritates me the most are greeting cards. $7.59 is ridiculous for a folded piece of paper with no popups, no playing songs, just a picture and a few words. What ever happened to .99 cards or even 3.99 or 4.99 cards. I'm tired of being taken advantage of every time I need a holiday card on short notice. Lower your prices, you're losing customers.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. I came in around 9 pm and needed help about an item in the cosmetic section. I seen only one person taking tags off. I politely asked her for an item if they had one in the back. I didn't get her name but she was heavier set with glasses. Instead of saying we have none in the back she glared at me and rudely replied "if it's not there, then we OBVIOUSLY don't have it". I don't recommend this place. If it's after 8:30 expect rude and disrespectful employees.

I've been going here for years. But lately, like the last 1-2 years service has fallen way off. I've taken many perscriptions here only to be turned away do to them not having them in stock. They always tell me to comeback​ on "Tuesday" or "Thursday" I show up and they still don't have it. I haven't sice started going to Sam's club in Auburn Hills and have not had 1 issue. The prices are also usually cheaper then what I paid at CVS. Either way I won't be going there anymore since Sam's club seems to be happier to have my business.

RUN!!! DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE!!! They have served up an endless supply of loosing or cancelling prescriptions with no cause. This particular store is full of confusion, even over things as simple as refills. They are disorganized and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Unless endless confusion and frustration is something you enjoy... move on to somewhere else.

Honestly, not sure why I keep coming here. It takes so long just to pick up an already filled perscription. My average wait is at least 30-40 minutes everytime I pick up. This was my last one. Please hire some help for the poor woman in the cat mask.

This place is horrible. Called in a prescription and the pharmacist was rude and condescending. Zero customer service. Told her to have a nice day and she just hung up. No need for that. Can’t wait to see what happens when I actually go get the prescription!

Lost my prescription. Instead of mentioning they lost it they said it's too early to pick it up and to return tomorrow.Upon returning the next-day, they said they had no record of a refill being called in.
