A real gem with treasures at every turn. I lost count of floors & rooms, but there's plenty to see! Great variety of items to fit any budget. The gentlemen running the place were helpful & professional. Fun place to explore & will be a definite stop when traveling through there again.

Wow, really large facility with lots of booths offering quitting array of antiques to choose from..We had a limited time so we'll have to definitely come back when we and spend more time.A lot of the booths had discounts, which helped with making decisions on our purchases.

The owner was welcoming and friendly, o.g. guy, has values, works very hard...but I just cannot wrap my head around his prices, I mean I was completely shocked 🤯 when my total was given to me, I didn't know because nothing is priced and I kept asking and he would simply say that I was getting a bundle type deal...I really enjoyed his company and would have been shopping there continuously, however I was going to buy one pair of earrings, an old small paint bucket, a tiny coin purse, and a belt buckle, his total was almost $135.and change, I wish I would have taken pictures to tell the story....now I researched the Internet for exactly the same items and earrings were $5, paint bucket $5, belt buckle $14.99 and the coin šŸ‘› I could not find the exact but the similar ones were around $5.99 to 7.99 because of being "vintage"...I'm not one to argue about prices when they r fair but I just can't see anything else for sale being fair priced so no offense to the owner but I will not be a return customer sadly...

Great selection of proper antiques at fair prices, fun memorabilia + blasts from the pieces, and a few quality ā€œjunkā€ items that you totally want to have! You can spend hours in here so get in early.I bought two film cameras from the camera booth at very fair prices — especially considering what eBay or bigger photography stores want for them. They gave me a small discount for paying with cash which I readily did. Overall, very fun shop and lovely owners.

I entered the store and immediately knew something was going to happen. I had eyes on me like I was going to steal something. I had my 4 kids with me the older girls were looking around and I was with my boys. We were approached and said we don't take kindly to kids not with their parents, however I noticed other kids away from their parents. I immediately left and took my money to the other antique store in Jackson, where they were super nice to my family. I urge you to not waste your time or hard earned money here. Maybe then they will learn a little hospitality goes along way

I Highly do not recommend this place based off of the owner. My husband & I just left upset over the way that we were treated but thankfully this man saved a lot of money. We collect antiques and visited with our daughter who has a cough. He approached us with a box of Kleenex and said in an annoyed voice this is for your little one, for her sneezing. I politely said thank you, she’s not sneezing nor does she have any boogers, it’s just a cough. Again, I was super mellow when I said this. He raised his voice and said I do not care, this is my store and I will not have her coughing all over it. That was our cue to leave, and my cue to let everyone know how weird this man is and to stay away!!!!! He lost potential life long customers today.

Huge, and I mean HUGE selection of stuff. It's a little disordered, and due to the sheer size, it's also a little overwhelming. I liked looking at all the little knick knacks, but my favorite spot was downstairs in the book area. They're also only open till 5:45, kind of an odd time. The woman at the front counter was very friendly, while the man seemed a bit irritated; his personality didn't come off as friendly. It seemed like he only interacted with the customers because he had somewhere else to be. The woman on the other hand portrayed the opposite, willing to chat, etc. She also let me and my boyfriend's mom keep our books on the checkout counter so we could walk around the store without having to carry them around. 3/22/19

Yeah they have tons of stuff but the two owners, an old man and and old woman are the absolute meanest, most rude and inconsiderate people I've ever came in contact with.I had called twenty minutes prior to closing and asked if they had any rhinestone necklesses as I lost place of mine and needed one for a very special night, the old woman responded snarky with " oh you have to come in here and look I'm not going to look there's too much" and I politely told her that I'd arrive close to closing and if so, would they be ok to stay open a couple extra minutes as I wasn't browsing, I was looking for a certain thing and she yelled at me! Told me they've been in business over 30 years and not changing their hours. So I sped to get there before they closed and the doors were locked and my friend knew the old man Tom I believe his name is and got him to open the door only to tell us No, they closed the door and said they wouldn't let us shop even though we we there before closing. And he shut the door in our face and has the ugliest look on his face. Will never recommend that place to anyone

You can find all kinds of stuff at Jackson Antique Mall...from very old to new. Records, clothing items, knick knacks...you name it. There's like 4 floors of 'Stuff' galore. You could spend a whole day in there & not see everything. I Love coming in here, even if it's just to browse around & look at all the old cool things.

Why do I always find what I am looking for here? I could get lost for hours in here! Some of the deals are amazing! Like this vintage swag lamp I bought for $20!

Excellent place. You could easily spend all day here. There are so many hidden rooms and levels. It's not just the first floor like it appears from the street. There are multiple floors.

Nice, clean mall. Three floors of merchandise, many items encased behind glass. Older books are on the lowest floor. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because there is no public bathroom and the 2 personnel there said we should trek up the hill to the library 2 blocks away. Overall a 5 star facility.

We had ten minutes left before leaving and the old white man found us and barked at us to leave then we walked to the door while the only thing being said was me saying "you have nice stuff" once we got to the door it was already locked and I said "we have like 5 more minutes" he just stopped unlocking the door and stared at me. I didn't say anything else because I was scared he wouldn't unlock it. He did end up unlocking it, We walked out without any more words and I did flip him off, very very ride

I adore this store. My only complaint is the owner. He is rude and has a strong attitude that leaves the customer feeling belittled. Would love to leave a pleasant review if i was treated respectfully and politely. (the lady working is always extremely nice and helpful )

Sorry, no bathroom? I'm a coffee drinker! Won't return. Want a destination with great antiques AND restrooms? Drive up to Lake Odessa. It's worth the drive and you will spend a good part of your day browsing.

These people were so rude ! Unbelievable they are in business with the bald man at the counter treating the customers awful like her didn’t need anyone’s business almost walked out but I wanted the dress in the window. He needs to work in a factory where he doesn’t need to interact with customers. I’ll never go back. Someone needs to put him in his place, antique stores have it bad enough with booth renters trying to sell having someone like him certainly doesn’t help them. I’ve been a business owner for 20 years and always treat all my customers so nice and accommodate them in anyway. Unlike this place. Sorry for anyone that has to encounter this rude man I would go elsewhere folks and not give this place a dime of business.

Be prepared to spend the better part of a day in this 3-level building (and basement) There are almost too many things to see in one day. I always find something fantastic, and I love to bring new people here for the first time for their reactions of: "it just keeps going!"

Lord this place is HUGE. I honestly didn't have time to explore all the areas. Prices were quite nice also. Reasonable. Would go again if I ever went back to Jackson (live in Seattle)

The wife and I was in here this morning, and meet Tim. Tim was great, went out of his way to help us. They have an EXCELLENT selection of almost anything antique you might be looking for..

Very large antique mall... but no bathroom! Decided to visit Jackson on Sunday and walk around, and went into the antique store. Signs everywhere stating "No public bathroom", hard to shop in such a large antique store when there is no bathroom. Not every customer that visits this store lives close by.

Visited yesterday. Friendly staff and beautiful selection of vintage, collectible and antique items. Prices are reasonable, although they do not offer discounts/percentages off like some other malls do. The mall is clean and it is easy to navigate. Really nice experience and a relaxing afternoon.

Very well kept antique stores. Many antique malls can be cluttered, with overflowing booths. This store does not have that issue. Although the twists and turns of interesting layout can be confusing, everything seems pretty organized still. Most vendors prices are reasonable and I’m always able to find at least something to take home. Plus the staff is super friendly.

Talk about a gem! When you walk in it is deceiving because of the vintage layout of small rooms, but what you will find is 3 stories of awesome!! We even had the pleasure of talking with the owner who make the experience even better. If you are looking for a fun walk down memory lane and missing those items from your youth - make the journey!!

I hate to trash any local business but I strongly suggest avoiding the Jackson Antique Mall at Jackson St and Pearl St in downtown Jackson. And I say this having spent some real money in there at times, including on the Bertoia side chair right behind me, a beautiful C Curtis Jere type wire wall hanging with geese at The Shack, and the elegant MCM cabinet that is the first thing you see upon entering our condo here at Nelson Towers. So today Lisa and I go in to look around, and find a couple of things to get, really almost out of sympathy, including a goofy old Spiro Agnew wastebasket with a price tag of $17.50, a St. Patrick’s Day postcard for $2.50, and a beat to hell volume of Escher drawings from the basement for a dollar. $21.00, just over the (why?) $20 limit to use a debit card. Dude rings me up and says like $34.17 and I’m like uh here is price tag for $17.50 inside the basket, apparently I had not noticed original price and he had not noticed it was on sale. No problem right? Well his next response is ā€˜we don’t do cards on sale items’. I asked a couple questions got ā€˜well this is our policy etc’. Deciding not to be the male Karen today we just walk out without saying a word. Never to return. Never.

Love it!!! Did not realize how big it was you go from one room to another room upstairs and downstairs full of amazing history. It's clean. Friendly people who works there. Or should I say owns it. Lol. I was very surprised on the prices. They were very reasonable.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, and they have vinyl records at unbeatable prices. Better than Saint Vincent's! But, buyer beware, they keep the records stacked instead of neatly filed, which means that some of those records are broken. There are others that don't have sleeves, and one of the ones that I got used to belong to a matched set.

Always love walking thru this store. This was the first time my husband got to go. Its said to be haunted. That in it's early days the town held dances on the second floor. It is said that is where you can hear the music playing and movement on the floors. I would highly recommend this store for any one looking for a unique gift. I know I'll be back.
