One of the better Ice Cream places around!! They aren't that cheap but also not too expensive. Its located right near the falls and a bunch of trails and walking paths. The staff is very nice and helpful with answering questions. It's always a nice time when we stop here!

Love this place! They have large portions. High-quality food, drinks, and ice cream. I also watched a young woman drop her ice cream cone, and she asked for napkins, and they replaced her ice cream without her asking. That is not something a regular place would do. They went above and beyond, and I hope they thrive as a business!

when i went to visit michigan i had some local friends take me to this ice cream place at this park, i really love ice cream so they recommended it. i was very impressed and surprised when i was handed the ice cream, because i ordered i believe either a small or medium chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles on top. the whole ice cream was covered in sprinkles, i loved it, the ice cream was great and the size was great for what it was supposed to be. i’d definitely come here again next time i go to michigan.

Best ice cream in Jackson! Hands down! The Staff are always friendly. The owners work hard to ensure items are stocked. And I can't recall a time when I ordered and they said "sorry we don't have that." Love this business;!❤️

They give you the best portions on ice cream. I ordered a Banana split and boy I tell you it was well worth the price! Enough for two people to eat honestly lol

This place is great the kids that work here are very friendly very accommodating. The ice cream is fantastic and if you're from Jackson they have the Dome malts that are really good.

I always love getting chocolate shakes from Cascades. Good price for what you get. My only gripe is how long the drive thru takes. I tried it once and will never do it again unless I go when nobody else is there. Walk up to order is so much better.

We love going to the park and then visiting the ice cream co on the way home. They were even super accommodating when my daughter wanted a different kind of cone. They remade the entire thing without charging us. The workers are so friendly and fast. It’s a wonderful little place.

The wife and I ending of our Day Date, treated ourselves to Ice Cream and a drive thru Cascade Park, it's been a while since we have had ice cream from, I asked for a small Mint Chocolate chip cone and I got , far from small and very inexpensive 👍🏾

A solid Jackson tradition joining Hinckley's, Andy's, The Roxy etc as a must visit. They still make the Dome Malt from the old Eastside.

The drive thru is usually long a nice days but it's worth it. The flurries are generously portioned so you really only need a small... But get a medium and you'll have plenty!

We've always loved this placed since the brother's opened it! They bowled with my Daddy out on East Michigan Ave behind the old Wonder Bread day old bread store. So I love going out know that one of the sons of the brother's Carrie's on the tradition! I'd love to see how long they can keep this wonderful shop in the family, it sure does bring in the buisness!

Love that they have 40 flavors of hardpack icecream and at least 5 flavors of softserve to choose from! Also have sorbet and sugar-free options.They menu also includes food items AND the Dome’s famous Frosted Malt...Friendly, fast service too.

I had a tooth pulled this day and needed something cold soft and with protein. So probably not my best choice but the peanut butter sundae hit the spot till my daughter got out of work and was able to pick up my groceries while I slept off the pain meds, lol.

Cascades ice cream is always fun because it's usually combined with a trip to the park, splash pad, or Cascades waterfalls. But, even if it didn't have any of those things it would be worth the trip all by itself! Whenever I go I keep it simple and have a twist with a chocolate shell😛 my wife always gets hard pack ice cream with a sugar cone. Every flavor she gets is better than the last.

This ice cream shop in the park features a walk-up window, and a drive through window. They offer a big selection of softserve ice cream (5 flavors) and various sundae, shake, and specialty creations.My favorite is the "Almond Joeys" which are almond, and coconut on vanilla ice cream balls, dipped in chocolate shell. You get a box of 5 for a very reasonable price.

Cascades Ice Cream has the best ice cream in town! It's a shame they're only open during the summer months, but the ice cream is definitely worth it! The fact that it's not available year-round makes it a little more special during the summer months as well.
