This is the best clinic I have trusted to care for my pet. It is usually stressful just dealing with getting to a clinic and then waiting. Brooklyn Road was on time, friendly, thorough, and efficient. Our Golden Retriever, Esther, was treated by Dr. Schiel and Tech Mandy who genuinely have passion and gentleness. The exam, vaccine updates, ear culture, cyst aspiration, nail trimming, anal gland expression, and blood tests were all completed in one visit, with their efficiency. Esther was given a treat to lick from a pad during vaccines to keep her happy. She highly recommends Brooklyn Rd Clinic!

By far best vet I have been to!!! Dr. Clark is great and everyone in the office was extremely supportive. I brought my dog here after a pretty traumatic event and I appreciated the time they took to answer all of my questions/concerns. I never felt as though I was being overbearing or asking too many questions, which I loved!! You can really tell everyone in this office cares about the animals because of the time and care that they devote to each fur baby. Will definitely be switching to this office permanently!!

These people are pet magicians! I thought my dog would be scared of all the new people and would just bark the entire time. Boy was I wrong. She loved it. Even the vaccines didn't phase her in the slightest. The vet was so gentle she didn't even know they happened. She was so excited to see everyone and explore. I've never seen her pant so hard, just from sheer enjoyment.

My puppy is very skiddish and everyone here at Brooklyn Road Vet made him feel safe and secure. He LOVED Dr Moore immediately and had a great first experience at the vet, which is what I am told they strive for here at this office. A great first visit allows your pet to look forward to the vet rather than be traumatized from the start. I am very happy I brought my baby here!

This is the best Vet clinic and staff in this area possibly in the lower half of Michigan. Dr Sales takes the time to listen and treat each of my pets as the individuals they are! He staff is very easy to work with and accommodating in emergency’s! These are my two current fur baby’s but I have been talking all my animals to this clinic for 21 years and I highly recommend them!

My go to for Vet care. Staff is always welcoming to both pets and parents! Had to euthanize my 14 yo Maggie last year. I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff. They were supportive, compassionate and helped us through this sad time.

They saved our cat's life. Up and above that, they had a provider pay for more than half of the service. The ladies behind the counter reamed together and bought specialty food for the cat.... God bless them all!!

I was alittle upset and felt disrespected after returning home with my pets remains.The gift bag that everything was in also had a yogurt wrapper and candy wrapper in it as tho it was the trash bin. The box with the remains also had yogurt on it. That is the only reason for 3 stars. The staff did good during a difficult time.

The entire staff are knowledgeable and treat my dog like he's their own. Omen (big scary pitbull 😊) loves everyone there and gets excited the moment we get out of the car. Dr. Clark is amazing with him and has never rushed us through our appointments or made us wait days to get in with emergencies.

I appreciate all three Doctor's for their understanding and the respect that they give to our three cat's and their individual needs and personalities. I do my best to care for the medical needs of IsaBelle, Mojee, and JuJu B. to give them the best quality of life possible--and that means getting all the vaccines for one cat (that tries to get out of the house once/twice a year) but not getting them for the other two (that don't ever try)--in order to be able to afford Solensia shots, bloodwork, and all the other stuff needed to keep them happy. The Doctor's don't apply pressure to "do it all" and work with me to "do the best I can." Thank You All for your care and assistance with keeping everyone as healthy as possible! I also appreciate the rest of The Team too. The Techs are Wonderful and the Front Office Team Members are Welcoming as well! I'd like to give a Big Shout Out to Robeyn for coming out from behind the desk (when she can) to say Hi to our IsaBelle and give her extra attention when she comes in for her shot each month. Those special moments bring sunshine to our day! Thank You All for Everything You Do!

THE BEST CLINIC! They are the first veterinary office to actually take the time to pet, talk and get to know my pet....most places don't take the time. For a big dog with anxiety...this means everything. Everyone there has been so friendly and welcoming. I love it here.....very happy with them! Highly recommend!

Great service, great people.Clean and neat and stocked with pet supplies. There is a smell from urine as most vets do but much less than other veterinary which shows much effort on there part. Easy in and out and large parking lot👍

Heres 2 happy dogs of mine during boarding n we had to put our other dog down n they were very accommodating n empathetic n kind. Beautiful facility clean n best part is being able to board our boys when we travel.

Really nice clinic with compassionate staff.I don't know how I would have gotten through having my precious dog put to sleep without the deep compassion and care Dr Sayles provided. It was obvious she felt my pain and did so much to assure me I was doing the right thing and to comfort me during the process.
