I got this dragon fruit drink and it was good. The first time I got it, the drink was strong of the dragon fruit flavor and it was wonderful, but the second time I got it, the drink was like just soda water.Vegetarian options: You don't have to add certain ingredients to your coffee and you can substitute milk for other natural milk options.Dietary restrictions: They got different types of milk, not just cow milk.Parking: It's a large parking lot shared by other stores.Kid-friendliness: The workers there are nice too kids and the store has a calm environment.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs just a small ramp.

I ordered a large cup of coffee with 2 shots of espresso with creamer and sugar. Literally tasted like dirty dish water after washing my coffee pot. The second cup was not much better. It is getting REAL hard to get a good cup of coffee. The more they focus on coffee milkshakes, the worst the regular coffee tastes. I guess maybe they should call them caffeinated milkshake shops, cause the coffee sucks! I may have had better luck with a gas station cup of coffee.

I love this place because they always make my drinks perfect, the drive-through is rarely busy and if it is they move through fast. They are extremely friendly and allow me to call in my order ahead of time for pick up, for when I am running late. I pass 2 Biggby‘s to get here from my home and it is the only when I go to now.

Very negative atmosphere everytime I go here! I have had to come back for missing coffees in my orders multiple times as I go get coffee for my whole work office frequently. I made the tall blonde lady at the register aware that I have had to come back for coffees so many times and she said “ then stop coming here “ VERY unprofessional and rude!

The girls here are absolute gems! They are always smiling, welcoming, and make my drinks perfect every time! It's a bonus that they love my puppy when I bring him with, and they spoil him with treats! (Rygel loves his biggby girlfriends!) This location is the absolute go-to if you want a bomb drink every time!

My mom went to this location today to get coffee for us. She ordered 5 drinks. They handed her hers frozen when she had asked for it to be hot they took the drink back and she noticed the workers whispering but honestly didn’t think anything of it. They handed her, her coffee. She didn’t check it and drove off. They must have heated it up just enough for it not to be frozen any more and put it in a hot cup. It was still cold just not frozen. To spend that much for coffee and then have yours be ruined and the girls in there to be rude when they are the ones who messed it up is not right and we will not be going back.

Soooo slow! not uncommon to sit In The drive through for 25 minutes for a coffee…. When there are 7 ladies working…. You can see them, not sure what they are doing. Other locations are much faster. Avoid this one. Also not the friendliest, act like you’re an inconvenience.

I go here daily and the coffee/bagels are good 90% of the time. All of the workers are nice and friendly. The 3 stars is for the wait time. There could be 2 or 6 cars in the drive thru and it's always a 20 min or so wait.

Went there this morning. Ordered two drinks and a bragel. The worker making the drinks was awesome and pumping the drinks out quickly, however the other two had no idea what to do with their lives. The sausage egg and cheese bragel i got, ended up being a raw bagel with just sausage and egg, no cheese or cream cheese, as well as taking half an hour to leave the store with everything i had ordered. one of the workers making the food was acting like he did not want to be there and that we (the customers) were an inconvenience. if you’re going to work where your job is largely customer service based, then you should probably put on a happy face and do that job, otherwise you are going to get a lot of bad reviews.

BIGGBY has some very nice coffee at good prices. I tend to prefer it over others like Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks. They have both a fast drive-through and a comfortable space inside.

It's normally a good place to visit but don't visit on the holidays they don't want to sell things on the menu that inconvenience them I couldn't get any bagel even though it was more the. An hour before there closing time then I had to watch them clean instead of taking care of the customers in a timely manner they need to just close on the holidays they clearly don't care about customer service

Every time I come to this location I feel as if no matter the time of day I wait for about 30 minutes minimum. Also one of the only locations I know that does not participate in the $3 Wednesday’s. Basically if I don’t want to wait until I’m in Ann Arbor to get my coffee I will come here but I can honestly say I will not be coming back to this location anymore. I will go to the other side of Jackson or near my work I’m Ann Arbor. The ladies are always lovely but the management needs to get on board too. Participate in $3 Wednesday especially if there is always a wait.

This place has really gone down hill the last few months. The coffee is so weak it's unbearable. I got a carmel marvel this morning with an extra shot, no whip and got a hot cup of milk and caramel topped with an excessive amount of whipped cream.I realize that those drinks have a lot of milk but what I received today was just disrespectful. I normally wouldn't complain but when your spending 8 bucks for a latte I want some espresso in it. This has happened every single time I've gone there in the last few months and I've definitely learned my lesson.

I love going to this location while I am in Jackson. The women here are so friendly and wonderful to see in the morning. They make the best coffees and always are smiling. It isn't easy dealing with people who haven't had their morning coffee, they make it look easy. Keep up the good work ladies.

Dettman road. Jackson Michigan. They have different people there from what I usually see at counter. I was told it is a training store. The store manager is awesome! When new employees are there alone it's like they just don't care what they were taught to do. It's like they go completely off script and do whatever they want how they want and just don't do what they should. Never as good when a regular employee is working because there's always an issue.

It was my 1st time going to Biggby Coffee, as we're on vacation and don't have them in TX. I've never been to a coffee place where whipped cream is standard on iced coffee and as she started putting it on I was saying no but she didn't before the first swirl in the top. The she went to put on a bubble top, (I bought a cup with a flat lid for the drink) and I asked her not to as I don't like them and was going to scoop the whipped cream off. I wasn't nasty about it but she was quite offended apparently and handed me my drink and said "here, and here's your straw" in a fairly nasty tone with a dour look on her face and walked away. Really shouldn't be in customer service if she's going to behave that way and ruin the customer experience.

Terrible customer service today. Waited in line through drive thru for 30 min for coffee. Not friendly at all!! They were not busy at all. And to top it off the drink I ordered was wrong!!

I love this place. Their drinks are a little pricey, but you´re paying for quality and it being a local business.I order the White Lightening without drizzle. I frequent this location so often, they already know my order. If I go through the drive thru, they already know who I am by my order.Shop local.
