Great experience love the small town grocery store feel. Friendly people. Prices are higher on things because it is a small business products are quality though. The sweet corn we ate tonight was so perfect and so good and sweet. Love the selection.

Prices are higher than competitors but convenient if you live in ithaca and don't want to travel.or deal with large volumes of people in bigger shopping centers. They occasionally have good meat sales. Rite aid is next door offering what you aren't able to get at Rics. They carry a limited amount of household supplies. Good for a quick stop for picnic or cookout supplies for a trip to a local city or county park. Easy on easy off highway access about 1/2 mile from the exit and in close proximity to an ice cream shop and liquor store.

Went to buy milk on the 18th of March the milk and the shelf was dated the 16th and the 18th you want me to drive to Walmart I'll drive to Walmart ...this is common at this store it's usually only 3 or 4 days out I've thrown away 2 gallons in 2 months

Good neighborhood grocery store. Nice but limited, selection. Prices are good on some, but a bit high on some others. But when you need it, and you don't want to go outta town, this place is it!! Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Beer, wine, bottles, milk, snacks, pop, veggie and fruit selections are great. Also has meat specials monthly, or bimonthly. Good deals

I have been a loyal customer of Ric's Food Center in Ithaca, MI, for quite some time now, and I must say, this place never fails to impress me. Despite the slightly higher prices compared to larger chain stores like Walmart, the exceptional quality and the warm atmosphere more than make up for it.

Prices may be a little higher but it has to be to stay open I shop here because the meat is fresh and the cashier's are friendly and will help you out if you are looking for something. In all its a great store

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sure they don't have the buying power the big chains have, but they do their best. Never been stopped by the so-called greeter for my receipt.

Selling burger on sale only to go home and find out they put old rotten meat in while they were grinding on top of that I call the store no refunds only exchanges for more of their fine product.

If I can give zero stars I would. Was at the counter and just asked a simple question is this on the sale to the cashier the cashier behind us took opportunity then to treat us like dirt and act like we have no idea what we are talking about or doing like us there was the worse part of her day leaving my girlfriend in tears in the car. Horrible customer service will not be back here. Had this problem before with others as well not just my self ether. Seems customer service and treatment of customers is a real problem here with one or two employees. Will not be back rather grow my own food then spend another dollar here. If you want to keep customers don’t be a extremely condescending! So if you shop here I recommend don’t ask questions at the front counter you’ll be jumped on to!!!

They don't care about the community they just want our money. Prices are double of what they are anywhere else and they know that some people have no choice but to pay it or go hungry. WISH SAVE ALOT was still in town.

Ric's is always clean pleasant store to visit, with great people who are always ready to go the extra mile to help you with any of your shopping. If you take the time and effort to compare prices and buy the "Best Choice Products" there prices are as good as the big guys. I hate to think that I would have to run to Alma to get that thing you forgot and need to have right away. Sometimes it is worth paying a little more for the convenience.

Nice clean... Organized ..local grocery store... have shoped there off and on since I was a child they have been there a long time .just west off. Of us 127 on Washington not to far for.. a quick stop in and out . Rics food center ...stop in and check it out

Was friendly staff, clean, easy access for disabled like me, greeted at the door when in extreme pain and offered the electric cart, and there was people able to help with bottles or any questions for new customers. parking was nice and easy. Prices up with Walmart. Thanks for the experience. And a lost tablet in a cart belonging to Prince Fred was returned to him by staff this morning. Charged me 6.98 for purple cabbage that retails for less then a dollar anywhere else. Staff (not a new staff )do not know how to use registers. They take advantage of their customers especially in produce. My opinion is they should go. Ithaca lacks in modern business outfits

Variety is very limited and prices are outrageous. I only go there if I absolutely need something immediately and dont want to drive to alma. Staff is always friendly though.
