I'm tired of writing negative reviews when nothing changes, to keep this short there's a product that hasn't been on the shelf for over a month I always buy , but I can only get it if I order online so they can pull it from the back stock. If I ask customer service for it they say if it's not on the shelf they are sold out? But I can open the Walmart app order it and wait and someone will bring it to my vehicle that same day?? If they fix this I'll update my review.

This store is one of the cleanest stores we have ever been in and the Pet Dept even before the remodel was stocked and extremely well maintained.

Normal Walmart with a different layout then I have seen before. Hope (grocery picker) was extremely nice, I asked here about an item and she gave me directions to it. I saw her again in a few minutes and asked if I had found it, I told her I did but it was too big. She looked up the item and found smaller ones then walked with me to them. Hope is a definite standout!!

Place doesn't even deserve a star, place was in disarray, none of the employee were helpful, go to check out in self check out and got yelled for having a cart in a non cart area even though there was no signs or anything. Overall horrible experience, will not return

Being that I live so remotely, this walmart is the closest one to me and it's 90 mins away! They usually have everything I need but they are going thru some construction growing pains

I got a flat tire on our way back from Michigan. The guys in the service department were wonderful. Very courteous. They had the tire for my car and installed it within half an hour. Thanks guys. You were awesome!

This has to be the best Walmart in the country. Clean, friendly professional and very helpful people working. Especially Jessica one of the cashiers her sister is married to a guy in the Navy station in Hawaii that just kind of gives you a reference who I'm speaking about. Again The Best in the Country

What can I say, it's a Walmart, well, other than the food prices are sometimes 1/2 the price of the Florida stores! Oh, and it's always easy to find one of several non-self checkout isle's open, with plenty of English speaking employees, and... hardly no waiting to checkout! What, Walmart, very much better up this way in the upper peninsula of Michigan on the outskirts of Ironwood!

My husband was headed to Michigan to visit a friend. We decided to do a grocery pickup while there. Our order was over $500. The personal shoppers got EVERYthing on our list. Thank you Walmart shoppers. You did an amazing job. We will definitely use your location in the future for pick up.

Im giving a one. Everything is beautiful on the outside and in however, I live out in illinois, came here to do shopping for my mother while in town and my father in laws van (im using it, he has my jeep) gets broken into. Handle got broken off. Called non emergency they told us call 911, called 911 no we arent coming out because private property. Go to the service desk just to see and nope. Happy labor day I guess.

Seriously? “Complete your meal”?!?? Are you kidding?!? Management should be more aware and more conscious about what they are advertising and where they choose to put things. Make our Community healthy. Don’t pedal this kind of advertising right in artery of the store.

The staff in the Tire Center went above and beyond in fixing a tire emergency on our way home. We can't say enough on what they did for us. They proved that people are still willing to help each other. Thank you.

The store itself is messy at times and seems to be struggling with staffing constantly. I dislike the fact that the online order inventory is constantly off. I have to make physical trips into the store to get simple items that they say are sold out online but are very cleary in stock if you actually go inside and get them. Also I can't stand the constant attempts to push credit cards and warranty services upon the customer. Definitely room for improvements as a company and corporation as a whole.

Friendly workers, capable of helping you find what you need. The store has everything from groceries, to pet food, to liquor. A one stop shop is very appreciated.

Hey its Wal-Mart, so it's about what you expect. I had some good service from employees, was able to find most of what I wanted stocked. The towels were a bit mixed up, but it could have been worse. 2 registers were open. They suffer from the same staffing problems as most sweat shops. They need tip jars for the cashiers..

They had one cashier line open due to 17 people quitting within the last week and a half. I had to climb on the second shelf to get a can of Campbell's soup, and almost fell. I'm disabled and not supposed to be doing anything like that. The only thing positive I can say is that there's a very helpful, pleasant man working in the self checkout area and he helped me with a lot.

I’ll say it again. Ironwood, MI Walmart is a pit! Send a DM or a RM STAT! Fin! 4/9/24 P.S. To date, I am (pretty much) finished with the Ironwood, MI Walmart. I have just switched pharmacies yesterday. And, I will be doing my grocery shopping at another local supermarket. I will have to use Walmart occasionally, but that’s it. Going to be so much easier now. Posted 4/17/24. Attn: Pharmacy. When I went to transfer to White Cross Pharmacy, there were 3 other people, from Walmart transferring. That’s (including myself) 4 pharmacy customers in one day. With more to transferring customers to come. So sad for you.
