This is No fault of the store I just watched the person ahead of me drive a Dually thru the carwash hitting the equipment 😲 there's a reason the sign says "Dullys prohibited" I was afraid to go through with the Wash I paid for at the pump after seeing him banging into everything trying it squeeze through. Some people shouldn't have a DL!!! Just a suggestion better protection of the carwash from people that can't/won't Read. Maybe a way to shut the carwash down before the enter maybe a way to refuse the transaction? Cameras and AI are powerful tools an employee could be alerted to someone like this so they can decide. Just a suggestion so other vehicles are not at risk of damage due to a previous customer.

Nice and clean, inside and out! 9 semitrucks spots, 2 diesel and DEF pumps.They have hot and cold food.Not sure if they have any showers.

I am not someone who posts negative feed back but they leave me no choice. Love the friendly staff the building is beautiful. I have attempted to purchase a breakfast sandwich three times out of the five times I have been there. All three times I only had about 3 choices. First one was very tasty, second and third one's were dry and the croissant was hard around the edges. Including this morning at 6:30 am prime breakfast time. Very disappointing. I have been to tons of other quik trips and never had any hot food issues. Hope we can do better soon.

I love my Kwik Trips!!!! Was on a beer run. It's actually 50 cents cheaper than back home. Until you ad the deposit lol. I forgot about that part. But yes, excellent service and great selection.

Staff is friendly my only headache is every day when I go in for roller bites or pretzel sticks, the nacho cheese dispenser is ALWAYS empty. I'm tired of asking for it to be changed only to find out I'd have to wait 20 minutes for the new bag to heat up. Not that hard to check....

Waited 20 mins for a mobile pick up order and had to pick it myself. Waste of time. There are other gas stations.

Always supplied with a variety of needs and wants. Always clean. Always very friendly and kind.Btw, it is many of their workers x-mas holiday. Nothing else in town was open. They were, and every employee was in good spirits even though they had to work on their holiday, so the people could get their wants and needs. They were bombarded non stop with customers, and still just patient and kind.

I love the atmosphere and the friendly employees!ONLY reason I can't give it a 5 star is because the hotspot isn't upkept.MANY times I go in HOPING for mini tacos and or Mac and cheese, but unless I'm there around lunch, I have to travel to the one 13 miles-ish away in Bessemer

Had an experience with Gabriel and when I tell you his customer service is top notch I mean it I have been in customer service for years and this guy is one of the best. He needs a promotion or a raise. At least some store level recognition. Keep up the amazing work young man.

This is by Far the Best Kwik Trip I've been to, and I've been to many. Courteous and nice staff. Very clean. And the wait in line shouldn't even be called a wait in line there. Definitely will be coming back over and over again.

This store just opened today 9-13-2022 and Kwik Trip knocked it out of the park with this store. So many fresh food and beverage options. They even have a separate buidling for botttle returns. Welcome to Ironwood Kwik Trip!

Really? 💀 complaining about greasy gas station breakfast sandwiches. Staff here is nothing but kind, if you didn’t like the breakfast sandwich the first time, why come back 🤷‍♂️
