This park is awesome. This park is very pretty, competitively priced, and the women who runs this park is one of if not the nicest women I’ve ever met.She had such an impact on me that I still communicate with her on Facebook to this day.I’m just a Texas boy and don’t know much about nature but around 6:00-8:00 am I’d walk outside and it was the prettiest/peaceful experience ive ever had. The sounds that would come from the birds and environment echoing off the trees in the forest was an awesome experience.10/10 recommend this parkStay in this park, pay cash, and be nice to Rita!

Wonderful time camping. We have been going to the camp for years and saw it decline, so bad we did not go the last 2 years. What a difference the new owners have made! Clean and friendly, so happy to have our favorite camp ground back. Would definitely recommend now. Rita has made amazing changes for the better!😊❤️

We went there 2 years ago and it was fine. Went back this last weekend and I cannot express how absolutely fantastic the place is. Clean bathrooms, and hospitality out of this world, you really felt welcome. What a transformation. Such a peaceful setting, beautiful and peaceful. April is an absolute delight, she even loaned us her grill for the weekend because we couldn't fit ours ;) Her mission is to have folks enjoy thre total camping experience and she has achieved that wonderfully! It's now our go to, aaaaaand I feel we've made a good friend! HIGHLY recommend this family and pet friendly atmosphere.... one love! Can't wait to be back!

So I called this supposedly nice establishment to find out if they had full hookups and also to find out if they allowed RV camping during the winter for people that go hunting or snowmobiling and they can pay like a 6-month price or a yearly price so they can stay instead of renting an expensive Motel nightly. But before I could actually ask those questions or get any answers from this woman whose name was Rita! I asked her if she had availability to live at the campground during the winter in a Rv..She told me and I quote we don't allow homeless people here! And when I explained to her I wasn't homeless I had a perfectly good new RV she said well if you're living in an RV then you're homeless and you don't belong here and we don't want you here.Seriously what a nasty human being and I will post in every camping group that I belong to in Michigan and other states websites which is 16 of them about this place because of this woman. And I will warn every single person on all of these camping sites not to come to this place because of the way she speaks down to you she's demeaning she ridicules you she doesn't know your circumstances she just assumes you're homeless because you asked about winter camping sites..How sad is it that this world is coming to this and people are so judgmental and critical and nasty oh and Miss nasty Rita I could have paid for it in cash 10 times over for a complete year. I don't deal with bigots, hatred discrimination and bone deep nasty people..

I don't understand a lot of the negative reviews that I have read about enchanted acres. April was very helpful with many of the few mishaps that we had, she even offered us bedding to help us get through a cold night(after our son wet the bed), advice on where to get a sewer hose after she looked through her own inventory. Also we got to the campground late in the night and couldn't fit in the campsite that was given to us. I called her and she let us move to the one next door to our campsite. I had an excellent experience, April was very helpful and kind, this is true camping not state park camping...... Very rustic which some people love and some people don't. I have no complaints and will definitely be coming back. Thank you April for everything that you have done to help us out, Hope to see you soon!

Beautiful place to visit, very rustic feel. Great place for families they have a playground and a nice little petting zoo. Plus if you feel like going kayaking or canoeing they have them ready to go. Oh and are you tired of pulling your camper back and forth, well they offer permanent sites.

We found this hidden treasure in September of 2016 owners are awesome..... stayed there a couple nights, we had a great time.... pet friendly could ride our four wheelers right off the campsite. I don't know why someone was posting the other stuff but it's wrong it's an older Campground the bathrooms and stuff are older but clean.

New owners are cleaning the place up so nice and beautifully, the plag area has no more years worth of leaves, sticks, and rocks. The animals and there rigged up farm set up is gone and the place looks amazing

Me and my family stayed here summer 2011.first thing I noticed was in its day I'm sure (maybe in the 70s) it was a nice Campground however its 2011 so it seemed old and run down the owners kept saying things about my kids just riding bikes around the park witch by the way it was the weekend and know one was there to bother except the people in the TRAILERS! That looked like they live there all year round. I felt like I was in a trailer park. They also seemed to have a problem with my kids playing on the playground with us at our camp site rite across were we could see them. The fire pit was a old wheel and when we sat around the fire there was stuff falling from the trees some black stuff Nasty! The bathrooms were clean but old the toilet in the men's room was falling off the wall and the store had pretty much nothing. With all the stuff falling from the trees we decided not to bbq and got pizza from the bar on the corner and it was horrible. It summary I would say this campground has had better days I know we would never go back your better off at a federal or state campground don't waste your money here.

We had Good times here. Down to earth atmosphere. Comfortable accommodations. Loved staying in the Loft cabin... It has a lot of room for family and friends.

Quiet, lots of animals, many year round folks. Lots of trees bad for Satellite. Sewer hook up was iffy. Folks not in the office most of the time. Goats, rabbits, turkeys and oh yes roosters.

Very run down campground. Had been there is years past and was in better shape with much better customer service. But I guess new owners have taken over and run it into the ground. Had reservations made in advance for 25$ a night. They said that was the price from the prior owner it's now 40$ per night. I also taked with some seasonal campers that were pulling out their camper out. Said they had raised the prices even though that had already paid in advance for the year and wanted them to pay more so they were leaving. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Ug. Old and outdated, dirty. Run down old trailers throughout this "campground," make it seem more like an old mobile home park. Penned up animals they call a "petting zoo." Ask to do a drive through first.

They wanted 7$ per shower on top of lot rent. I won't go back. For a family of 4 that is 28$ per day for a shower.

Old and rundown. Several permanent trailers that haven't been cleaned outside in years. Owners complained about which entrance we used (there are several). One time was enough for us.
