Rite Aid is awesome they were just about to close and I was sick with the flu, I needed electrolytes drink, I was frustrated with not being able to find it and the associate came right up to me with a big smile and showed me right where it was. Thanks so much for your willingness to care.

RIDICULOUSLY long wait at both the drive thru and inside. 2 lanes in the drive thru and only operate one ..... 2 registers inside and only operate one. Line extends across the store..... Genius

So incredibly irritated!!!I did an online visit on Sunday with goodRx to get a prescription refilled. I called Rite Aid on Monday at in the afternoon to see if they got it/when it would be ready. No answer. Called again on Tuesday. Same result. Then I stopped at the drive thu and waited for half an hour. Pulled up to lane 2 only to be told that that lane is for drop off only and that I would have to wait in the line again. I judt left. Walked in on Wednesday only to be told that my prescription was "on order" and they would not have it until Thursday. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Some of the staff is unkind and unprofessional. They're constantly short staffed and out of common prescriptions often. It always takes forever to get prescriptions. They dont bill prescriptions properly through insurance...Do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Only good things are that it has a drive thru and is a convenient location.

My husband and I got in line on a Saturday night 10 minutes before closing. There was 1 car infront of us at the window. They pulled away and we pulled up to the window at 6. The man at the counter, asked us if we were picking up or dropping off a script. We said picking up. He then informed us that the register was just closed and that we could pick up in the morning.The people working the pharmacy the last few months have been so rude. Why would you close a register before your closing time? Did they not notice us sitting there for ten minutes?I'll be moving my scripts and taking my business elsewhere.It's not like I live right in town.

Disgusting. Does anyone ever clean here? I'd rather go outside if I have to use the restroom here again. It's a public bathroom and should be cleaned on a daily basis yet looks like it hasn't been touched in months.

This pharmacy sucks! They tell you when your script will be ready. You go to pick it up and its been an hour after the time they told you, and its still not ready. Long waits in drive thru. The staff has no idea about anything regarding insurance. Never friendly. A very poor excuse for a pharmacy. Maybe bad management.

I went to pick up a prescription here because Almont rite aid didn't have it, they called it in .. I was givin a totally wrong percription not even close .I asked who filled it they said she was gone ...Well you think the pharmacist would of cked it ? He had to call Almont rite aid back to see what it was I needed again ! Come on .. He laughed though was funny ..Not .. will never get percriptions there again WOW!!.The girl was very friendly who waited on me only good thing about it .

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST HERE. THEY GIVE MISLEADING INFORMATION. I had a test test done on a Wednesday and Quest didn't receive it until Friday. I won't have results until SUNDAY. GO TO AN URGENT CARE. Rite aid staff either lied or gave misleading information at time of collection. When I called 24 hrs later...they said it wasn't their problem. Call Quest. Truth was they had not sent the test yet. Utter rubbish.

These ppl working the window are seriously lacking basic problem solving skills. My script is monthly and they always fill the name brand instead of the generic version. I've asked repeatedly for generic and they continue to fill name brand and tell me my coupon does not work leaving me owing $400 instead of $100. I'm over it. I'm over having to have this discussion monthly. I'm over having to wait over and over bc they have to rewrite the bill. I've never had this much issue with competency at any other pharmacy and I've never had to consistently ask for the same medication to be filled generic bc of a $300 price difference.

I was at, Rite Aid on, Thursday the 27th. A friend of mine, including myself, walked in and we were immediately greeted by the 2, cashier's. Very welcoming!! My friend and I responded by saying, " Hello ". We walked into the store did our shopping, the young lady came up to the checkout lane, she said, " I'll help you right here ". This has to be the best customer service that I ever had there!! I've been going there since, 2002. Needless to say, I love going there because I always have the ultimate best customer service since living in, Imlay City!

Disappointed lately. Getting 3 prescriptions only got 2 waited 3 days kept telling me in process. Then told me i had to come in cuz people in the store get first priority. Went in and with in 10 minutes i get my script. It should be first script in gets filled regardless of in store or drive thru. That's why i switched to rite aide for the drive thru.

Woman at checkout was not willing to add money to my debit card with bar code created on my phone's app. I informed her I had done this several times at the Marlette Rite Aid. She told me to go pick out a card to load the money. I said I was in a hurry and she didn't know which card I needed to purchase for this. When I called corporate office to ask them about it they informed me it should not be a problem and the loaded my card free of charge.

I called to see if they had a insulin in stock for my husband. I read them the mg right off the pen and they kept telling it wasn't right, but every other pharmacy I called never had an issue. They are incompetent and that is scary that they are filling scripts. So glad I will never call there again. People beware and double check the meds you get! Wouldn't trust them!

On 05-06-21 tried calling this pharmacy over 15 times. No answer until after 2:00pm. Now I have been on hold for 27 minutes with no explanation. No one has come back to the phone to apologize for the wait. Poor service is a downfall of the pharmacy industry and I think I see why Rite Aid ranks near the bottom.

Got a prescription sent here and when I arrived to pick it up they said I wasn't in the system had to call my urgent care to send it 3 times before rite aid actually got it and then sat for over an hour waiting asked how much longer was told another 20 minutes place is a joke

I was in there for over an hour trying to print pictures. They really need to invest in some new picture printers because the process was horrible. Not to mention almost all of my pictures came out with little white specks all over them. Mike was very nice and didn’t charge me but I wasted an hour for pictures that don’t look good.

I really miss Craig as the pharmacist. This place has went downhill since he left. I don't appreciate being told my medication will be ready in 2 hours then 4 hours be told it still has 25 minutes.

I went to the doctor cause I was sick and had to miss school. The doctor said I would need today (which school is over at this time) and tomarrow off. I was coughing really bad and can't breathe. So the doctor said go get your medicine at rite aid. Me and my mom went there and she said pick it up in 15 minutes so a hour later my grandama went to go there and they won't give it to her. I am supposed to get better.
