I always shop at goodwill stores and usually can’t find everything I am looking for. Luckily this location provided everything I was looking for. Super nice people working there and very helpful when you need it. Thank you for a great shopping experience. I will be returning soon!

Loyalty membership is a joke, save only $5. No sporting goods section, they ship everything to flint, why? Selection is very good though otherwise and store is organized

prices are getting a little crazy considering the product is all donated and secondhand. it is rather difficult to find what you are looking for so you need to make sure you allocate enough time for your trip, especially if looking for clothing as the racks can be time consuming to get through. but all in all it is still cheaper to buy secondhand than to get new so the time is not wasted.

I like to stop here when I have a super busy work schedule but have a day off. that's because I don't like to venture too far on my day off I've got to get laundry done appointments set for my kids for different things anyhow I just like to stay close to home during my busy work seasons. so I guess what I'm saying is I'll go to this second hand store when I don't want to venture outside of Almont Imlay City.I generally just stop in to see what they have because they get New Target stock or target returns. The deals are not that great. Sometimes the price is higher than the actual sticker from Target so obviously I'm not going to buy it at that point but other times it is a decent deal. Recently I bought an item for $10 that the day before I spent $30 on Amazon -it was brand new in the box. It was definitely a right time right place because there was only one of the item. That's the thrill of secondhand shops though. It was an item that I would have bought two of on Amazon but just didn't want to spend that much money at one time.They always have games that are a really good deal.Recently they changed from a color of the week where that color would be half off to no longer doing that. but then they also switched to a flat pricing on clothing instead of one item is $4.50 another item is $12.50.I do know that they run a half off clothing day every couple of months but it used to be that anything in the store would be half off on that day but now it's only clothing.I did notice if things set for a while then they'll go and mark the price down.There are things like from the dollar section at Target that will often only be $0.29 so I like to check out those type of things but for the most part I have everything I need so really it's just the thrill of finding a cool item at a great price.If it weren't for the Target items I don't even know if I'd go to the store more than twice a year. The donated items are generally not that great compared to shopping at Salvation Army down in the Utica/ Sterling heights area.

Always clean and comfortable. Good variety of stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. One of my favorite place to "treasure hunt". One of my best finds was a Kyak storage lift still in the box for $15.00. :D

Well,we all know what a goodwill is like...this one seems to not be very organized, they want too much for their furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes it a pleasant place to shop.

Very disappointed in todays experience. They had a flood and were mopping it up, screamed at customers to not come to the back of the store, i witnessed this several times. Then in front of everyone told a cashier to keep "them" out of the back of the store like we were animals or something. I and other people didn't see the handwritten sign on white line paper in light orange marker on the front door. Store should of closed!! If open customers should of been treated tactfully, not rudely!! i drove an hour to get there, 2 hours wasted, just to be treated rudely!!

Prices are ridiculous compared to every other resale store I have been in even compared to the one on Hall Rd. Staff was pretyy rude and didn't know how to run register nor count. Disappointed in Josh. Take the time to travel to the city for better quality prices and service

Love this store. I could shop for hours looking at everything. Unfortunately at this time however... This GoodWill is not doing any type of sale color. Full price items. 😞

Just an all around AWFUL place. When my house burned down I asked goodwill at this location if they had a few things that I had needed they told me NO and that they don't work that way. What???? I wasn't asking for a freebie or help, just necessities. Then during another visit a few months later I had seen a large mirror I wanted to purchase it was VERY heavy and hard to get to, as I was struggling TWO employees passed by me and did not offer assistance there was another mirror placed in front of it so as I moved the first one it slid down as I tried to dislodge the one I wanted from behind it and it being really heavy as I lifted it it slid also onto my shins making one bleed (still not healing), and the other? I don't know but it's ugly maybe a broken bone? Bottom line: when I got the mirror to the register, I asked for a band-aid for the one that was bleeding, and was told NO. I hope others complain about this Goodwill Location, I believe they need to FIRE all current employees, and hire more mortally fit individuals.

I was there today with someone else and one of the workers roodly came up to me and said that we made a mess and that we better buy something because we made a messmess, we cleaned up all of our stuff and im not happy with how this woman treated us
