A few months ago I learned my Golden had early stages of kidney failure and the amazing lady wish I got her name said we can help and recommended a special dog food for her and we just had a follow up appointment and kidney functions have improved. Not only that but my Golden was a very fussy eater often would leave her food but this brand she loves and gets excited when it’s meal time. I can’t thank PetX enough. Amazing place and amazing staff that truly care ❤️❤️

I love this place for many reasons! The staff is always kind, they are the only local pet store where I can get live rats, they have essential oils for use on people and animals and they do a great job cutting my dogs nails (he hates it). These are just a few reasons why they are MY pet store!!

Everyone I have dealt with here has been very kind and helpful. Lisa however has went above and beyond many times to ensure that my dogs get what they need. She's beyond an employee, she cares so much and is the sweetest lady. I happily drive over a half hour to get my dogs food because of the care and service she and the whole team at PetX provides.I highly recommend.

Love this store! They have a wide variety of high end pet supplies and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. I started going when I had a dog with multiple allergies that caused seizures and they were able to help me choose a good that limited his symptoms. They have a great frequent buyer program for many of their foods, so that is a bonus that helps offset the higher cost of specialty foods.

I purchased an allergy/stress test online and brought them my cats results. They started going through every ingredient on every bag of food with me trying to find one with out one of her many stressors. They were so helpful and kind. And if my cat refuses to eat it, they’ll take it back, which is amazing! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your help!

I visited the store recently to stock up on food and treats for my pets. I walked in behind a customer who was not wearing a mask. Near the frontcheckout there were 2 other customers without masks. I had a fairly lengthy shopping list, but didn't feel safe being in the store any longer than necessary, so I quickly grabbed one small bag of food and headed to the checkout. The cashier was not wearing a mask. Lovely. When I asked why she wasn't wearing a mask she said "my manager said we don't . . . ." (she trailed off and I couldn't hear her response). Didn't really matter. It was obvious that management didn't care enough about their customers (or employees) health to enforce the mask mandate.I moved to the area several years ago and found your business after searching online for a local pet store that would suit my needs. Your store is a bit out of the way for me (26 miles round trip) but I was satisfied with your products so I kept coming back. It would be easier to purchase my pets supplies online (better prices, selection + free shipping), but I think it's important to support local small business owners. I wish you were as supportive and appreciative of your customers.Since you don't require masks for employees, curbside pickup is out of the question too.Taking my business elsewhere.

It's simply amazing and the greatest thing for your dogs health. Although their prices may a bit high... I love their products and all the options they have to offer!
