I recently had my car detailed inside & out. The job these guys did was horrendous. Sadly I didn’t notice until I drove 30 minutes home. That’s when I inspected my car to see they left it almost as I left it. I called to let them know, they said bring it back & we will fix it. The 2 older men that did the cleaning were very rude to me the second time. I do not recommend this place at all. Not to mention a few years ago there car wash shattered my windshield.

Used the auto car wash, they pre spray wash then cloth machine which I usually don't use due to scratch possibilities. Got it clean and no scratches.

Okay place their car wash is hit or miss. It doesn't seem to use much soap in the automatic wash. My truck has came out still dirty. I guess that's what you get for your money. Mechanic Cullen is awesome he deserves everything to keep the shop running efficiently and growing fluently. Very honest about anything

This place is great. They offer full automotive( where it is best to have an appointment ) or if u simply need a fluid or oil change you may pull up on the spot and typically there is no wait and they will address those issues immediately. They generally have quite a few people working at one time period and the job gets done quickly. The employees are always very professional, helpful,and polite . Also, they are open every day until 6 (except sunday) which makes it nice if you have to come from work.

I just had my Jeep’s interior detailed by Sayens. I was blown away as to how amazing it looked (and smelled). They shampooed the rugs, cleaned every surface- including the glass, conditioned the leather, and removed over seven years of dog fur (from several very furry dogs) from the carpeting! They even gave the exterior of my car a great washing! I cannot say enough as to how happy I am with the job they did! I totally give them a five star rating and two thumbs up!!!

I was not impressed when I went to go pick up my car. I asked for a premium detail, definitely did not get my money worth. Dirt and dog hair was still left on carpeting. Parts of the car were untouched by them. Dirt was on the back exterior window. I went in to tell them after I looked at it that I was not happy with their job and they sent out a small crew to do a super fast run through of everything. The back seats were drenched with some kind of liquid. Still after I left there were smudges on windows and dust on door sides. They had how many hours to do this to take their time with it, and definitely looked as if someone just rushed through it to get it done. I Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car cleaned. Not to mention, they were using foul language with each other while rushing through the clean job. Not happy with this place and will never go back.

Never ever use their soft touch car wash. Scratched both of my new cars so badly. The self serve wash is great however.

These guys saved our vacation to the Keweenaw Peninsula. We were having trouble reaching the car rental company at the airport, and were considering canceling our trip up to Hancock. Sayers rented us a Chevy Impala, set up after hours pick up and rolled with our changes as weather affected our homeward flight. They made our experience pleasurable and easy. Without them we would have vacationed somewhere else. We were very happy.

I bought a truck from here thinking it was good deal then found out it had cracked head, oil filled in coils , heater unit shot, and all ball joints and AR arms had to be replaced within 3 months of buying it for 12k. I was assured it was in great shape. Never buy anything here again...

I took my car there to get my rack and pinion swapped. Quoted $500 labor to just do the rack, power steering hose needed replacement as well so expected a little more but not $200+ more to do a hose. On top of that, my keys were returned with the key fob busted off. I definitely didn't give it to them that way.When I talked to them on one day at 10AM then said they were just starting, and at 3PM they called and said the new rack was in but a hose needed to be swapped. That's $350 for labor at the time with their service rate of $70. Then they said it took 2.5 hours to do the power steering hose. That's $175 + the $350 for the rack replacement. I don't think taxes and a $30 power steering hose make up the 200 dollar difference here. Even if it's not exact, I definitely feel like I got screwed and only went there because they had the lowest wait times, now I know why. Even when I tried telling them what I was told, the guy at the desk lied and said the mechanic had 2 full days into it.What I estimate from what I was told, it should've been around 600, not 730. I also shouldn't have been returned a broken key fob and told that it was given to them that way when it wasn't. Will never go back.

By far the worst place to get a vehicle detailed. I spent $100 to have someone just wipe down my dash. Now I wasn’t expecting anything grand but what I took home is unbelievable. I STRONGLY SUGGEST FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE FOR YOUR VEHICLE….

I've had my car serviced at Sayen's and I bought my current vehicle from them. They were very accommodating especially after having bad experiences with other car dealerships, they made sure I left happy. If you need work done to your vehicle they can usually get you in very quickly.

I primarily only stop here for an oil change. The prices for oil changes are on par with most others in the area and no appointments are needed, making most stops pretty quick. You can often get in and out in less than 10 minutes, 5 if there is no one ahead of you.

Got my oil done here on 9-01-20 right before I headed to windom MN. I've had my oil done here many times with no issues. I checked my oil before driving back to houghton after my summer job in windom ended. The oil level is ridiculously over filled. I'm surprised my car hasn't developed issues and luckily their are no bubbles in my oil.

I recommend Sayens if you ever need a loaner car. My car broke down and I was without a way to get to work. At Sayens they were very clear about every charge and fee they have to rent a car. I was not charged for anything more than what I have been told from the start. Their pricing was fair and overall my experience with Sayens was a good one.

Where I get my oil changed, and have used their Z-bart services with some vehicles. They have a decent selection of quality used vehicles. Very nice people, too.
