This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Don’t get me wrong the people (workers are nice) but they could handle situations better. Also every time I got to this McDonald’s they always forget and item or even a whole meal! And they also mess up my order sometimes. Working at McDonald’s isn’t even a hard job! I’ve worked at a McDonald’s in the city where is more busy and they can still do better and get your stuff right. Come on do better or get better workers!

Have been to macdonalds in over 35 states and this one in Houghton Michigan is hands down the best one ever. Thank god it's now my local Mcdonalds! Time after time the food is hot, fresh, delicious and the coffee is always great!Dietary restrictions: Low carb

Great fast-food fries and burgers, and consistently good service. No longer a good value, just too expensive for what it is. Can get a bigger and better quality burger/fries at any sit down place in town for the same price or less.

So tired of Houghton's McDonald's, couple months ago I went through drive thru on lunch break, ordered a mc chicken and small fry....get all the way back to work and only thing in the bag is a small fry. Two items and they can't get it right. Said then I wouldn't go there anymore, but I wanted a Big Mac, so just get back to work, ordered a Big Mac NO onion, swear they had extra onion.... after getting all the onion off I'm left a double cheeseburger no sauce no lettuce cuz of all the onion they put on it!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Can anyone tell me why, when a LARGE combo is ordered, you're served medium drinks and large fries that aren't filled. When you try to correct it with the drinks you're told you didn't order a large and you were only charged for a medium?..uh no, we ordered a large as it says on our receipt, and that's what we paid for. It gets entered as a medium cuz the cost of the medium drinks are the same as large when they advertise ANY SIZE $1..

Rare to leave bad review. But it is raining. The drive thru gives you the wrong bag (order). I come in, through the rain, returning the wrong order, and am greeted with indifference. You could have given me a cookie or pie at the least. Missed opportunities to make customers happy.

I think in just the last month alone you guys have forgotten something out of my order at least 8 separate times and that includes group orders that I didn’t even place under my name. Starting to lose money eating there with the amount of food i pay for and don’t receive.

Big guy with a mask did not deliver the best service. I thought the customer was always right even when it says on the receipt but I guess In his eyes we were wrong. We went through the drive through twice and he was yelling at us with his whole body in our face. Very disappointed. Felt sick to my stomache as a fellow fast food worker. I hope someday he realizes he was wrong. Even workers saying sorry for his actions. Highly recommend not going to this particler location when this guy is working. :(

Good and cheap. Wish dine in was open until 11! For anyone that complains about prices, isn’t doing it right! (Mobile app, receipt, promotions inside the store are great ways to basically get half off menu price)

My chicken nuggets were full of fat which usually doesn’t happen, now I’m not sure to get nuggets again, great fries though, try dipping your fries in ranch it’s a game changer, but overall it’s either a hit or miss, also the grimace shake hits.Kid-friendliness: They have happy meal with toys obvi.

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. The workers are kind and very competent at their job. My orders are always 100% accurate, fast, and hot. Of course it's still McDonald's food, but with how fresh and hot it is when I get it, it tastes better than average.

Food is good. I mean it's the same everywhere, but I do enjoy it. Especially when they get my order right which is like only 25% of the time. Being generous... No matter how simple it is.I actually spend quite a bit of money here but my order is screwed up almost every time, and it's getting to be very irritating. Sometimes I don't get everything I paid for. Other times they are giving me extra stuff I never ordered at all. It really makes it seem like the staff has no idea what's going on at all..

Visit about once a week for quarter pounder deluxe value meal. Friendly pleasant quick service. Meals reliably fresh and tasty. Chocolate chip cookies also good. Iced tea is great. Only nit is sometimes I have to wipe crumbs off my table before sitting down.
