Ordered a chocolate explosion parfait with a waffle cone, didn't get waffle cone, and instead of hot fudge they used hershy syrup so I'm pretty let down. I want my hot fudge!

Soft serve ice cream was decent. The taller young man working the window was less than helpful more like down right rude! I asked what flavors of Dole Whip they have he said "what are you talking about"? I told him the sign out front says they have soft serve Dole whip. His response was along the lines of that's not my problem what the sign says we don't have it! I wasn't complaining that they didn't have it I was simply answering his question. So I ordered a medium twist which came out more like an extra small kiddie cone honestly the ice cream was maybe an inch above the top of the cone. I guess that's what you get for asking a question!

Always love driving through here. DQ style ice cream, hot food, friendly staff. Their flurries are well stocked with ‘stuff’, not just a cup of ice cream with a sprinkling. They’re busy…because they deserve to be!

A great variety of food for low prices. Best (and least expensive) last minute dinner if you’ve spent too long on Platte River. Everyone ordered with their eyes bigger than their stomachs (5 people) and we left paying under $40

Used to be our favorite spot but must be new owners or they stopped caring because the place, food, ice cream and service have gone way down!! I sent my friends from downstate there for food and not only were they out of most things, half of what they got was not even ate because it was made wrong and disgusting!! And when they went back today to say something about it the boy was rude and just said” I don’t know what you want me to do about it! We’ll do better next time!”Most of the workers are super rude and seem to be completely untrained!! Hopefully whoever runs/owns this place will figure it out soon because as of now we have no reason to go back!!

Amazing portions for the price. Great variety and the drive through was easy to access with the menu listed before the window. Ice cream tasted great. My girlfriend had the brownie parfait and I had the strawberry cheesecake flurry. Both were excellent. The girl working was very quick and the service was great.

Gone twice this summer, each time waited at the drive through for 20-30 minutes with three cars in front of us. Food and ice cream is what you'd expect. Service was good, just too slow.

The kids are trying so hard. But nobody has trained them. They cook one hamburger at a time. The wait at the window to give your order is 20 minutes and another 20 to receive your order one item at a time. Ok burgers and fries, the rest not up to par. Most of our party walked out. We spent $35 and took it all home to the dog . So sad the place had Potential and is being totally mismanaged.

Wonderful place stop if ice cream! So many choices! Hand dipped ice cream, root beer floats, flurries and so much more! Loved the picnic tables for adults and little ones. Close to Platte River recreation area and parks.

We stopped here after hiking and ordered the doggy sundae- it was only 2.00 so I expected just a little vanilla cup, but my doggy was thrilled to get a caramel and sprinkle topped sundae with 2 dog treats. Best doggy sundae he's ever had!

2022 has been nothing but 20-30 minute waits and forgotten ingredients. After waiting thru the ridiculous lines my cookie dough flurry had maybe 10 pieces of cookie dough and was so plain it was wasted, my husbands turtle sundae had no caramel and was completely melted into soup from all the hot fudge, and our pup cups only had 1 biscuit (advertised with 2). Frustrating and will be finding a new local dessert spot.

This is one of our favorite places to stop in during the summer.I would say there's always a wait, they have never seemed fully staffed but you are always met with a smile still.Unfortunately this last visit tonight the 2 girls did not seem happy, they looked miserable and there was a very long line both drive through and window ordering. I felt horrible for them. They definitely needed help for a Saturday night rush. Also, one of our ice cream choices tasted sour like it had gone bad and unfortunately made the person who consumed it sick. I'm not sure what's going on there, but its sad to say the least.

Ice cream was great, nice there's a drive thru, but parking was difficult. We parked in designated spots, & vehicles just pulled up behind & parked. Difficult to get out when you wanted to leave.

Came here yesterday to order something to eat end up get chili fry’s and 2 Ruben sandwiches they were cold take it back up there to let them know the youngster boy was rude has can be and said what you want me to do about when you ask for a manager he tells you there isn’t one available and walk away … worst place to go to for and type of food ….

Awfully disappointing! Used to come here when we camped at Platte River every fall for ice cream. Came on a week night fairly early in September no other customers 1 person "working." Spiders all over and webs above under the awning you stand under to place your order, tons of them! Never got waited on after 1o minutes the person just ignored us. We won't ever return. No excuse for that rudeness or not at least taking a broom to clear away some of those spiders and webs. It was creepy and hung way down!

Had 4 young people working with no supervision they were cooking one burger at a time for an order of 3 on same ticket obviously no training food was marginal should stick to ice cream

Staff seemed quite overwhelmed with the amount of customers, and acted a bit rudely. Malts were given inconsistently with some full and others only half full, when we inquired we were met with no response or remedy, just a stare. The exterior is also COVERED in spiders that are not very nice to be standing under while ordering or to be looking at while eating. It is however the closest ice cream place to Esch beach, and convenient if willing to wait.
