We stayed here for one night on a Saturday in a king bed bedroom. The room was clean but older and basic. It didn’t include a mini fridge which I could have checked online but I thought all rooms just include that. We were on the 12th floor and it was quiet. The air conditioner/heater made a loud noise and so did the bathroom fan so that was annoying. We ate at the steakhouse for dinner which was good and enjoyed the casino. It was pretty busy at times but a good variety of slot machines. It was a good size casino a little on the smaller side and a couple different food options open until 1 am. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Included in the hotel stay you can go to the adults only pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room which is open until 1 am. The pool was salt water which was nice but the hot tub could be bigger it was full the whole time we were down there. Overall we had a great stay and would visit again!

Sadly we were very dissatisfied with our experience here. We booked online which is the way I go 98% of the time and haven't ever had issues. We were given our room key and went there to find the room not even clean and possibly being occupied. Went back to the desk and were sent to manager who wasn't very friendly and told basically I don't know how u even booked this room. Notbour fault if ur system doesn't work. And they weren't even sure if the room was vacant or not. They seemed to not even care if we would have left. Gave us another option for another room not the type we wanted. Had booked a whirlpool room for my bfs bday. Thought for all our troubles just giving us a weeknight rate was suffice. Needless to say I haven't ever been this disappointed in customer service at a hotel casino that we enjoy and won't return. If we wouldn't have drove a Lil over 3 hrs we would have just left. 😌😌😌

Stayed in the hotel part that they just built. It was nice only problem is the toilet. If your short like me bring a step stool otherwise you will not be able to properly wipe when you go because the toilet is for tall people. Otherwise the hotel room was very nice. Upper management just should have thought about getting stools in the bathrooms for short people. Also when checking out the staff member did not ask how the stay was when in times past they have always asked about the stay.

I am truly amazed everytime I come here. The staff are kind and courteous. You offer such a variety of entertainment and meal options that we ran out of time during our last stay! I love the fact that you can check-in and never have to leave again until check-out. Can't wait to visit again!P.S. we had a beautiful sunset view from our room the night we checked in. Special bonus!

Horrible customer service. If you plan on visiting on Monday or Tuesday, all restaurants will be closed except “The Reef” AKA the cafeteria. Our room stunk horribly of body oder. Like serious truck stop BO my whole wardrobe now smells like must and I will have to get it dry cleaned. Was moved to a new room and still same nasty musty smell. When I spoke to the hotel manager Debbie she offered no type of compensation for all of the issues with stay and proceeded to blame me. I will never stay at this establishment ever again. It’s time for an update! Clean up this mess of an establishment. This place gravely fails at conducting a business properly at every level possible. Let’s not get started on tables where pit boss informed players we were aloud to use phones as long as cards were not in play, later was scolded several times for using phone.

Stayed several days and nights on our cross country trip, northern route. Used it as a base camp to visit local attractions and experience the area.In early November the parking lot is unusually empty but the weekend is crowded. The park is compact, two areas, but one has a shower house. Gas, laundry, clinic and "weed" 🤔 at the adjacent gas station. Water was off but power was fine. Filled our tank at the shower house, so no issues, Front desk at the hotel was very accommodating as we kept changing our stay due to weather and RV issues. Thank you!We enjoyed the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, lovely... The faster food and sports bar on the first floor were fine. One of the quieter casinos we've visited but varied and exciting. Friday and Saturday saw a huge crowd. Not gamblers ourselves but those who were, seemed to be having a great time. If you're traveling in the off season in UP we'd really recommend this RV park 😉.

Nice hotel, we stayed on the south side. I heard the rooms on the north side are nicer, so you may want to request to be over there, but the ones we had were fine. We ate at the steak house, it was adequate, not great. The staff was great, and everyone was friendly. The band was awesome, and the music venue was roomy with a good amount of seating. Casino was fun.

Only cater to bus groups? Very disappointed.Drove here 4 hours for our 10 year wedding anniversary to stay overnight and play Roulette overall very unfriendly atmosphere.Table was full last night so we went in the morning at 10am to request the table (as advertised)And was told nope despite 3 people just standing there.

This is a very fun place to go if you like gambling or just getting away to do something different. It is especially good for golfers during the right season. The only downside is the area can be pretty otherwise boring. Beautiful lake views are nearby within 20 minutes of Lake Michigan, and about an hour to Lake Superior. There are a lot of outdoorsy things to do within an hour, especially if you like snow. And, the historic House of Luddington is 20 minutes away on Lake Michigan in the cute little town of Escananba. This area is also a great place if you like legal recreational cannabis.

We have been there twice and enjoy going. The staff is really good, and everything is clean and nice. The foods at the restaurants are delicious and reasonably priced. The spa is just beautiful. The gambling was fun too and the views are gorgeous, especially in the fall. The loyalty program allows for free nights and bonus cash to gamble with or to use for meals. My bed was super lumpy and sunken in on one side this last time, which is my only complaint. Still, I’d go back in a New York minute!

Clean large room. Hard beds. No refrigerator, or microwave. Sheets not fitted, so they bunched up when you moved. Pillows smelled like body odor. Glad I brought my own. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurants have limited options for those with dietary restrictions. Will go to Escanaba to eat, cheaper and more options for gluten free. Adult pool nice, could be a little warmer. Hot tub full of drunken obnoxious loud men. They should not allow alcohol in pool area. Steam room cold. Sauna wonderful. Would not pay full price for room, we had a voucher for a discounted room. They do give good comps.

Outdated but not horrible rooms. Food is decent and concert venue is nice. The most obnoxious part is the waterpark has to be paid for seperate, it's not included in the price of the room and that is not communicated when you purchase, plus it sells out. So we were left with a 4 year old in the middle of nowhere who could see the waterpark but not go in it on a vacation. Some staff were lovely but front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. There were a few older gentlemen at guest services who were so sweet.
