Stopped in on 11/29 to kill some time,store looks like it was robbed, stuff everywhere, store employees just stand there and do nothing, the self checkout which is all they have now, was trashed and disorganized could barely check out, and the creepy skinny kid with glasses just watches the registers and still does nothing just walked behind us and stared without speaking,so creepy,guy looked like a serial killer just standing there staring at us,5 below is just a junk store anyway not worth the money!! Not going back

Really like this store. Also, i didnt realize it was closing time, and my kids were running around being silly. It was 10 minutes past closing, and the lady at the register didnt act upset or mad at all. I felt really bad that i kept her past closing. I wish i remembered her name because she was an excellent employee!

Usually fully stocked with great, affordable products. Fun and welcoming atmosphere. Clean and comfortable shopping experience. Very helpful but not annoying staff always there for any questions or assistance.

I would like to thank the two young ladies that were working at five below tonight. I had a large order for our school store. They helped me find items, checked me out as I continued to shop, and even loaded it in my car. Top notch customer service! I so appreciated this!!

Well stocked. Wide variety of items. Wish they had more Christmas wrap though. Can find gifts and stocking stuffers. Candy you can't find elsewhere.Employees were very good with social distancing requirements to their credit. Cart corral was adequately supplied with cleaner.

So many cute ideas for Christmas from stocking stuffers to standalone presents. I could have spent so much time in there. Good thing hubby was with me to direct me towards the self checkout registers! Son and girlfriend had a great time picking single candy pieces from the candy "platforms".

Come here for those random gifts you forgot about or when you don't know what to get someone! Staff is friendly and not overbearing! The store set up is nice and the candy section is awesome

Have a little bit of everything. Not as much stuff as they used to have. Most of the time, I can get the same stuff at Walmart and usually cheaper. This is a stop for quick non-expensive items.

Every checkout lane is a self checkout. Wasn't really impressed about that. Otherwise store was very clean setup really nice. Prices clearly marked and lots of items

Dude watching check out tonight was rude was scanning my item's and he just walks over and reaches in front of me with no excuse me ma'am then proceeds to tell me how to scan my item's!!!! Dude this isn't my first rodeo absolutely no manners whatsoever

They have so much stuff that you would not even think. They have craft supplies, blankets, folding chairs and much much more. If you have not been just go walk around I guarantee you end up buying something 😀

The only thing that annoys me about this place is the process to check out is inquisitive as hell. It seems as if they could write a novel by the time you leave. And they don't have any cashiers it's self check out only.

We drove almost 50 miles to get some things for our phones,and they closed that part of the store off to reorganize shelves instead of doing it after hours, they could have let us in to get the half-dozen itens we needed, how rude is that!!
