Very helpful service! They walked me to every item on my list, making it an in and out 5 minute visit. Down side is the higher prices compared to big box stores. I paid almost double for quick connect plumbing items.But the convince and supporting local biz helps offset the higher prices. Of course I'll be back, thanks!

Friendly people, very helpful. They pack a huge selection into a relatively small space. We are consistent customers as we work on our older home, and I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for, and they are always willing to point me in the right direction if I need help.

I bought my Stihl battery mower from Bryan’s. It was a model that was not available many places but the manager found what I wanted at another store and brought it back for me. About 3 months after buying the mower the battery charger just stopped working. The store replaced it with no questions asked. I purposely shop local when I can and Bryan’s is a perfect example of a store that makes it worth my time.

Don and Holly and their staff really make the place our favorite. We live local and have been renovating our house since we moved here 6 years ago. That means trip after trip for the odds and ends we need. We are here so often that they know us and our kiddo by name and she gives hugs when we leave. I am so thankful for all the help they have given each time we need a quick tool, part, fix, etc. When hubby was out of town and our lawn mower broke, they got it back up and running the next day for me. This year we got a pool and Don's pool experience has been invaluable as I learn all things pool maintenance.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at Bryan's. The manager and associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unlike big box stores you get personal one-to-one service. They even sharpen your mower blades and service chain saws. Only missing a soda bar and donuts.

Overcharged us by $20, gave us the wrong blade cover for the saw.. and we’re extremely unprofessional. Disappointed and will not be back.

They are rearranging the store.Instead of just closing and getting it done, they are trying to reorganize while they are open and while custoners are trying to shop. The signs go one way for the aisles and the aisles go the opposite direction. And I felt like I was in the way of them doing their work instead of me trying to get some assistance so I could get out of their way.

Costomer service was terrible. They had no knowledge of the store or what underground irrigation supplies were. They told me i should have asked for sprinkler parts....lol. Then, they wanted to charge me $1 a foot for irrigation pipe. The stuff is less than $ .20 a foot anywhere else. Maybe because i was wearing a mask they where intimidated, i was the only one wearing one....yuk...
