The employees at this location are obnoxiously rude and condescending and treat you like the scum of the earth.Highly recommend going to the Tobacco Shoppe down the street - much better employees that seem to care about their jobs, and their prices are cut in half in comparison.

This tobacco shop is great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they made sure to stock my favorite brand of smokes, even though they're not in high demand and somewhat difficult to come by. I appreciate this store because there's a few locations throughout town and they carry cartridge pens like ooze and also better ones that work great. Decent prices on the cartridge pens. Overall satisfied.

Great prices and they always have what I'm looking for. Having multiple locations means there is almost always one close by. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. If you haven't checked them out it's worth stopping by. The vape grab bags can be a real bargain!

I love this store, the employees, and the selection of products. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and laid back. If they don't have what you need they will help you find it. The prices are always good, and they run a lot of really great promotions. I sound like a plant bust seriously, this is a great business.

Helicopter sales associates. Good place to go if you know what you want to buy. If you want to browse or just look around, forget it. You will have at least one sales associate hovering the entire time. Some people find this tactic "helpful" or "friendly," others feel pressured and uncomfortable.Buyer beware, they are not above selling junk made in China. I do not recommend coming here for batteries for the delta 8 carts. I have gone through several, most last just a few days passed their 2 week return policy. Some don't even charge straight out the package. These were recommended by their sales associates, so do your own research at home first. Always keep your receipts, chances are you will be returning, they will tell you this themselves.

Being a vaper i ask for mesh coils .here i am today to open my vape and both i bought on wed mind you today is only saturday neither of my vapes are open but yet i cant exchange them for what i asked for in the first place to begin with cause im told now theres a 2day return policy mind you my reciet says 14days return.wanta always be switching the rules its ridiculus so done spending my money here after this

Went to turn in my disposal had for 1 day and tried to return because it tast burt and they wont do anything about it even though you have 2 weeks to bring it back. Dont say that you are going to do something and not follow through.. Bad reputation in my book

To the short young man with glasses, messed up hair, and a disgusting attitude, I want you to know that it is not ok to gawk at people and look at them like they are stupid just because you don't understand what they are asking for.When you don't understand what someone is politely asking for, how about asking the customer to elaborate, or ask questions before staring 15 seconds straight and to yell rudely that what I asked for made no sense. How about you gain some people skills and just do your job that you presumably get paid to do. I will never be back due to the lack of respect for customers the 'employees' consistently deliver. I only came because it was close, but I ended up driving a few miles to a much better store that actually had what I needed without all the attitude.

Smoking another lousy cigar they sold me - a Drew Estate so not cheap .. burns totally wrong. They have humidor issues they can’t seem to correct. In the last 3 months, 30% of the cigars I buy here are good..the rest burn terrible. Buy at your own risk!

So glad I found this place while looking for the closest store to use a mobile coupon. Ironically, the coupon didn't work..but I found much more with awesome, friendly staff and great deals on my smokes (as well as decent, very cheap off brand ones at $4.70 pack). Turns out that Speedway really isn't the best priced place in town for your cigarettes. And the added bonus is seeing the friendly faces when you walk in. In reference to earlier comments on the staff vaping, my comment to the owner is please, let them vape away. I hate vape personally, but I'll walk in your store all day long in exchange for the feeling of care I receive from them.

When I visited your store and I was cashing out there were four employees behind the counter talking amongst them selves and I waited like thirty seconds for someone to cash me out and didn't receive a thank you or come again! That's the reason for the rgree star rating. Just my observation. Thanks.

Walk in with my spouse, two young guys behind the counter. I recognize one because his lips are glued to a vape and it looks like he's foaming at the mouth with all the vapor coming out of his mouth. Apparently the other kid was training. They basically told me I was screwed after I paid cash for two cartons of cigarettes and then remembered I have a membership for discounts there that they never asked me about. I felt like they had no respect for us because we're obviously significantly older than the crowd that usually hangs out there. Typically I'm a very sweet lady. But their behavior disgusted me more than I could stand. I WAS a regular there, but I think I'll drive a bit further for some more respect.

Went here with the intention of buying a larger vape to quit smoking cigs, was delightfully told by employee Miriah of a number of smaller, far cheaper options for the same purpose (so I do not believe it is commission based at all). Miriah helped me choose one, and explained in detail all about it and also set it right up for me. I left the shop quite pleased (Wednesday's are 20% off as well as buy one e-liquid get one for 1$) and eager to try my new little blue Breeze machine.It's friggin marvelous!Not even harsh as I was told to possibly expect, due to high nicotine content, it taste absolutely wonderful (dragonfruit, baby!) and true to what I was told, I do not crave a cig already. If anything I am craving the vape, because I keep smacking my lips for the yummy taste now in my mouth. Excellent customer service. Excellent product. I am beyond thrilled, and do intend to return to this location for all future purchases of e-liquids, coils, ect.I raise my new little vape to these excellent employees; here's to day one of my cigarette-free future! Well done indeed!
