Pharmacy needs help. Not friendly. Slow. Don’t know what they are doing. No management. Just moved from Wyoming. The store on Burlingame was great! They said this was a good store. Not seeing it. Line out the door. So far 3 out of 4 girls aloof.Omg! I just left. Almost to my car. They forgot my other prescription really!! Now back in line. Same un- friendly people.

I showed up for an appointment for a Covid shot that I had scheduled three days prior. After having me fill out the paperwork and wait, I was told that I was going to have to go to CVS because “they had no way of billing it“. I am not sure why I was able to, keep this appointment scheduled if that was going to be a problem without ever being notified. Thank you for wasting my time.

This location has consistently printed off centered photos/cropped too much to one side. It does not match what is shown on the app or even on the order photo slip that comes with them. In this order it is cropped too much on the left on photo #1 and photo #2 the bottom is cropped too much. I have in the past gone back to the app and re-ordered my photo thinking the issue must have been on my end, nope.

Pharmacist (male) extremely rude and terrible customer service. Express prescription for post-op took them 3 hours to fill and the pharmacist was extremely rude. This is the worst pharmacy in town-- the wait is always extremely long and this specific male pharmacists should reconsider his day job if he doesn't understand customer service.

Customers service has plummeted over the last year or so. Have come here for years, but am now transferring elsewhere as I have lost count of how many times my script has been forgotten the notification never came. Last straw came when I stopped in 4 days after my script was sent as I never heard a THING from them and they "put it back" because I hadn't picked it up, but now they were out. How am I supposed to know to pick it up if you never tell me it's there to begin with!? Has happened many times. Would recommend ANYWHERE but here.

If you are able to go somewhere else for your prescriptions, do so. This pharmacy is consistently screwing up accounts, not filling medications on time, or at all; customer service skills are highly lacking in most employees in the pharmacy and it can be very stressful speaking with them. I think Dawn is the only one that seems to care and Dominic needs to be outright replaced, for incompetence. He called me the night before to ask a question about my meds and we had a very specific conversation about said meds. He did not follow through, or his techs like to pass the Buck. Either way they really need to get it together. I love that Walgreens is convenient to walk to and I visit the store regularly with zero issues, in the front. All the employees up there are friendly enough and respectful. Back of the house needs work.

If you get a pickup order from here, make sure to check it with the employee still with you. Picked up my order today and 1 thing was missing. Went in to let them know and it was heavily implied by the lady that “packed my order” and the manager that I was lying and they were sure she packed it. I just wanted to get what I paid for, I don’t need to try to steal a thing of sunscreen 🙄

Oh my!! Male pharmacy tech with the arm tattoos was SO rude! He acts like he is bothered by people in general and don't you dare ask a question or he'll be offended. My client's nurse was on the phone with us and told us to ask to speak with the pharmacist. The tech did not like that and immediately raised his voice. How are you in an industry "helping" people when you don't even know how to speak to customers? What a joke!! This pharmacy location is known for this...check out the other reviews for yourself. Don't go here!

After picking up from here for a while, they've given me issues with every single rx I try to pick up. I've never had this be my experience w any other pharmacies. I will be transferring because I cannot do it anymore, my health cannot do it anymore. The only consistency in this place is their remarkable ability to create problem after problem. If you need your medicine, go anywhere but here.

Update: after everything I described below, after the pharmacy said they could not fill my prescription and I had to transfer it myself, they still decided to put in a claim with my insurance which I had to dispute in order to get it filled somewhere else. Not only could they not fill the prescription, they tried to take money from my insurance anyway. Stay far away from this place.Old review:This pharmacy sat on a prescription for at least 3 hours despite telling me it would be ready later in the day nearly 2 hours earlier because they didn’t have enough to fill it. They then offered to fill it partially if I could get a new prescription for it. I told them I could and to fill it partially, then they immediately backtracked and said they couldn’t fill it despite having enough medication to give it a partial fill, they couldn’t fill it because then they wouldn’t have anymore in stock. Then why offer it the first place if you can’t even do a partial fill? Then one of the pharmacists told me to my face they didn’t have time to deal with it, so I’d have to call another pharmacy to call them to transfer the prescription to a new pharmacy.Are you kidding me? What an absolute joke and failure of communication and service. I guess my wife gets to be in pain another night because this pharmacy can’t muster up even 20 seconds to leave a voicemail or do the absolute bare minimum to ensure this medication gets to another pharmacy. I spent more time trying to figure out this failure of communication with the pharmacist than it would have taken for them to pick up the phone and get the prescription transferred to a pharmacy that can actually do it’s job.Don’t go here if you need medication. They’ll screw it up and won’t tell you until you show up to pick it up.

Rude and unhelpful pharmacy. I called to see if my medication was in stock at this store (it’s out of stock in a lot of places) and after the technician told me they didn’t have it, I asked if she could look in the database if other local Walgreens had the prescription. She promptly told me “no” and that I would need to call around myself. I called the Walgreens on Michigan & Fuller and while they also did not have my medication, they took the time to check the system and find me a location that did have it in stock. The technician told me this was standard practice and not difficult to do. While I understand the technician at this store might have just been having an off day, there was no reason to be rude and flat out lie about her ability to check the database. Will not be filling prescriptions here in the future.

I try not to leave bad reviews, so if I do you better believe it was deserved. I showed up to this location and got to the front locked door at 9:54. Now let’s be clear I am never that guy that shows up last minute to do a carts worth of shopping. I needed 1 thing…literally 1 item. The worker unlocked the door for me just to tell me “we’re closed you can’t come in”. I said “I’m sorry I’m not trying to keep you I only need one thing” he said “sorry were are closed”. At that time I look over and see a long line checking out. I said “I can be done getting what I need before they are done checking out” he said “I said we are closed” and shut the door.Now again I try to be the polite nice person and not go somewhere right before close. But in all fairness I HAD 6 minutes. And I know what time it was because I held my phone up to him. Im pretty disappointed in this location for this. The chances of me going back are pretty slim. I hope getting out the additional minute maybe minute and a half earlier was worth loosing a customer over.

Pharmacy is tragically understaffed, and have taken it out on customers. They should really be required to tell patients when they dispense the incorrect meds, even if it’s ‘all they have’. And then hang up in me.These meds are not interchangeable for me and now I can’t afford to replace them. For 3 months. Thanks for the side effects, my chronic conditions will be thrilled.Prescription pickup expect to wait minimum 10 minutes.

Normally they do a great job. Today I was not impressed. The girl had an EXTREME attitude with me, didn't have my meds ready (which my doctor said were FILLED yesterday) or in stock, said she had to order them and they wouldn't be in until Wed or Thurs. She then SCREAMED, yes, screamed at me as I was driving away. When I arrived home, I received a text that my script was ready to pick up. I called to make sure, and she was, once again rude. I didn't bother to ask about how they suddenly had my meds in stock. She was trashy, and I am NOT impressed. Let the other girls handle it honey...you are not up to par on your knowledge or social interactions.

Was trying to get covid booster but they were all filled about hour later pharmacist calls had 2 no shows so saved the doses for me and my husband. When we arrived he had all the paperwork ready. Great service.

Don’t try and get a Covid test here. Filled out online appointment forms twice just to pull up to the drive thru and even though I have a screenshot of the appointment with their address, date and time it wasn’t confirmation enough? Then they tell me to fill it out again. Go inside to fill out a paper form because obviously online didn’t work just for them to tell me I can’t and I have to do it online. By the end I had to spend $26 on at home test because they can’t get their system right? So just buy the test I guess.

Do not use their pharmacy. The communication system is terrible at letting you know when prescriptions are ready or delayed. Auto-refills hardly ever go through, they've told me prescriptions are ready when they're not, and lost my insurance information. Just recently, I had to wait for them to get approval to refill a medication, which is fine, but they later said it was denied. I contacted my doctor's office and they said they'd never received a request. By this point, Walgreens' slow system and lack of communication caused me to go without my meds for several days and the person I talked to in the pharmacy didn't care and simply said there was "nothing they could do about it."

The pharmacy here is absolutely wonderful. Had a prescription filled a few days ago, and today received a call from the pharmacist asking how I was feeling. I have been using Meijer until recently and will never go back. It feels very nice to have someone care enough to call . Thank you 😊

First told no way are they going to call my insurance company today, that I would have to wait until Monday. This was a Friday afternoon. Then when I asked what his name was for reference, he HUNG up on me?! This was a male who I’m guessing was the pharmacist because he made it clear to me that he was in charge. I immediately transferred my prescriptions over to Meijer and will never use the Alpine/Leonard Walgreens pharmacy again. (I feel bad for the other pharmacists and techs because they were the utmost professional).

I go here for my prescriptions. They’re understaffed so sometimes things run a little slower than I’d prefer, but it’s nobody’s fault. Everyone here does a great job. If you’re going to use this as your pharmacy, allot yourself more time than you think it’d take to pick up a script, and be patient. They’re doing the best they can.

All reviews on hear saying positive things about this place are all fake reviews. This place is the worst along with 80% of the businesses on Leonard. They deliberately switched around the number on my script so that it would cost more money. Called my insurance the next day and they told me it was their wrong doing. Go back the next day to sit at the window for 15 minutes while the guy is “figuring out the issue” and am getting harassed by 6+ people behind me for taking to long when the guy took 15 mins just to say to tell me to call my insurance. Place is a joke, save yourself the time and go to a different pharmacy, they are a mess.

The store is always clean, and well stocked. The 2 stars is for the pharmacy. I consistently have to wait 15-20mins for a prescription. Yesterday, when I FINALLY got up to the window, the person said, “Walgreens. Be right back.”… they were not right back. In fact, I ended up pulling away after waiting another 10ish mins. I’m back today, and still sitting in line after 15 mins.

My doctor called my prescription in. I called before I arrived just to verify but no one picked up. It just kept ringing and ringing. I get there and there are literally 9 people in front of me. And only 1 person working up front. I finally get to the front of the line kid you not 30 minutes later. Just to find out that my prescription was called in (5 hours ago) but not filled yet. So I wait. 20 minutes go by and people are being called up for their prescriptions before me even though I’ve been sitting down longer. I finally get called up just to find out that they don’t even have my prescription available and I’ll have to another visit another branch to get the prescription. I wasted 50 minutes just to find out that they don’t even have my prescription?? Never coming back here again!!! I’ve never had a prescription take longer than 10 minutes any where else.

This is my Walgreens. I love Walgreens because you can find items here you can't get anywhere else. I buy a lot of all natural skin and hair products. I also had to return something and it was easy with no problems. The staff is excellent!!! The pharmacy is excellent!!! Thank you, Walgreens

I find myself stopping here probably more than I should but it's the perfect place. Always clean and staff is very friendly. I also use their pharmacy which is great. Pharmacy staff are always polite and keep wait times down even though they are usually always busy!
