Today was our first VIP experience (my son calls it “very important poof”) and it was top notch. Clean and professional, our dog is nervous around other dogs and they catered to that need. She also looks beautiful!! They did a great job and we will be back again for sure!

Our English bulldog Nala was immediately scared. She always knows she’s about to get a bath. It took one treat and she was immediately ok. The VIP staff truly cared about her anxiety, and their magic worked. When I came back, she didn’t want to leave!!

3RD UPDATE: WE TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. My boyfriend and I called and explained our issues with the previous visit, the owner at the time was understanding. We received a text the day before our dogs appointment that the owner was canceling our appointment because of the 1 star review that was left(which was a 2 star review).My boyfriend followed up with the owner shortly after receiving this text and she stated the reason for canceling our appointment wasn't because of my 1 star review it was because my dog has tried biting the groomers.Each time we went they said our dog was great and never attempted biting during the grooming session. If they aren't transparent about the overall experience, it makes me question their integrity when they are with the dogs behind the scenes.It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional on their behalf to cancel an appointment we scheduled 2 weeks in advance.I definitely won't be giving them another chance and I hope you all will consider going to a business that treats their clients like this. I have attached screenshots of my interaction with the owner.---‐----------------------------------------------------------------------Update: I recently took my dog back, because the first time was a good visit. We have a fearful Aussie but he loves to be groomed, the first time he was groomed it took two hours! Second time it took 1 hour. We got him home and I noticed major differences, his butt wasn't groomed like it was the first time around, he was still wet, and we got a de-shedding treatment and that wasn't effective this time around. Over a course of a few days I noticed that his mane was really choppy. For the amount of money that was spent, I expected perfection. I'm not happy with my experience.Pictures of what his mane looks like. Second picture is of the first visit. Second visit his butt hair is still long trimmed maybe a quarter inch off. Consistency is very important to me and I don't think this would happen here unfortunately.---------------------------------------I took my Australian Shepherd here for the first time to get groomed, we left with a treat and a cute panda bear butt of an Aussie. This was the first visit.

Been coming here for a year and half maybe two years and absolutely would recommend this place for nail trim Guinea pigs. They do a great job on both of our Guinea pigs. Here is Coco with fresh nail cut. Thank again for everything and doing a great job!

I take my two cats here often for nail trims. They can always get me a same-day appointment and they are so quick about it! I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, which is crazy to me because my cats are so finicky!

I have 2 dogs, Bliss and Kimchi, who go in together every time. Bliss is short hair, calm, but skittish. Kimchi is long haired, free spirited, and a big love ball. They treat both dogs the same and even my skittish baby seems to be comfortable with them. They both look beautiful every single time. We’re thankful for the staff for doing an amazing job and loving our pups while they are in their care.

I have a 4 year old Golden Retriever and it was her first time. She was dirty and with tangled fur and when I went to get her she came back radiant with the hair so soft and so happy (as you can see the picture), I highly recommend this place and I'll be back for sure!!! Thank you guys!

They announced on Facebook that they raised their nail trimming fees (from $5 to $10). Fine. But to file (grind) down your dog's nails it's always been $5. When they announced the increase in price in nail trimming only, I messaged them to confirm the total would now be $15 ($10 for trim and $5 for filing). They replied it'd be $15 or $20. I said, which is it, your FB page says you raised trim fees not filing. They said $20! So I sent them a screenshot of their post. They read it then blocked me from their page. Highly unprofessional!! They also randomly close so make sure you call first. You should never have to call a business first that posts its hours everywhere saying they're open just to see if they're really open! And they don't answer the phone much of the time. They did do a nice job on my dog's nails, but I won't be disrespected by being ignored, blocked, and overcharged. As you can see in the pics below, they hadn't answered my calls (nor read my messages at first), then contradicted themselves, then read my last message but purposely didn't reply. They should have honored the $15. fee. (Before you say it's just $5, first: it's the principle of the matter, and more importantly, I'm on a fixed income. So yes, I'm going to stand up for my needs, and I'm going to not be treated like this. No one should be.)

I took my grand puppy to VIP G for me it was my 1st time, but for my son my grand puppy been goin for over 5 years he has nail spiters all through his cut and it worst than the long nails. my grand puppy was so uncomfortable and crying as I waited in the lobby for him when I call to complaint I was told it's extra for filling. the price is not a proplem it the bad clipping. That was done I feel sorry that he had to go through this 😒😒😒

We have a 4 month old puppy ( mini BerneDoodle) and he is shy around new people. It takes him a while to warm up. Josh was wonderful and was very caring and considerate towards our pup. Jackie was kind, welcoming, and even showed myself and my son the grooming area and explained the process. We drove one hour for this appointment and we will be back.

VIP grooming is the best! My cat, Patrick, had some mats and has very bad allergies and skin issues. I didn't even know how bad, even after a trip to my vet. Josh took such good care of my boy. He groomed him beautifully, even uncovered a rash we didn't know he had! I got him into a new vet right away and got him taken care of. Yay, VIP! Thank you.

Was going here consistently but they’ve cancelled my appointment on me twice now. What’s funny is that they charge you for every minute you’re late but can cancel on you last minute and didn’t even call me to reschedule. I understand that things come up but I’m not going to put in extra efforts to a place for them to have my business. Will be looking elsewhere for grooming service.

We took our girl Bristol here for the first time & they were amazing!! Josh did her grooming beautifully. Even though Bristol isn’t the easiest to groom (she’s part husky) they were still able to give us back a very pretty pup! :) We really appreciate how well they took care of our girl.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I asked that they cut our dog’s hair and brush her out and not make her look like a poodle (she’s a goldendoodle). They called within 10 minutes of me dropping her off to say they would have to shave her and she was biting. She has never bitten at a groomer before and she gets brushed out every 6 week so the matting was not bad. When they were finished I got a text that said I had to pick her up in 30 minutes or would be charged. I went over to get her right away and she was completely shaved other than a poodle haircut on the top of her head and a fluffy poodle tale. She looks awful and it was $160. They were a couple of grumpy ladies who don’t seem happy with their jobs. I would not recommend.

The staff at VIP Grooming are so wonderful and welcoming. They love your pet like they love their own. The location is so much more clean (and actually smells nice!) compared to other groomers in the area. We took our submissive and shy golden retriever there for the first time today and they immediately embraced her and tried to make her more comfortable. Love this place and will definitely be back!

I brought my 3 year old Yorkie-poo here for the first time today and I am very pleased with how the hair cut turned out. He was quite matted and overgrown when I dropped him off. He smelled and looked amazing when I got there to pick him up. My dog has been known to have an “attitude” in the past while being groomed and always seemed traumatized when I would pick him up from petco and would lay around all day when we would get home. He seemed happy when I went to get him from VIP grooming salon and has been running around playing since we walked in the door. The ladies there seemed to care about my dog as if he was their own. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!!

Josh was amazing with my cat. My cat is 14 years old and had never been to a groomer before. He was covered in matted hair and needed a sanitary trim. Josh made the decision to shave him down to ease the pulling of the mats, and I am very pleased with the results. Josh treated my cat with respect and love. I'm so glad I chose this place. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this place to any pets lover in need of a groom. I took my corgi today for the first time and after being able to schedule with them easily, I was already impressed. They were so welcoming and my dog took to the groomer quickly. My dog is small and doesn't take as much as much fluffier and/or bigger dogs, but the process wasn't as long, and my dog was HAPPY and clean and beautiful when I picked her up. The cute bandana they put on her was my favorite, and I so appreciate the care they put into grooming her today. Thank you again!

I am so pleased with the grooming VIP just did on my 6 month old Australian Labradoodle! This was her first major grooming. I wasn't sure how she would do since she has been struggling w her exposure to grooming tools at home. Not only did she do well, but she came out looking fantastic! It is a testimony to the individual approach VIP Grooming takes for each pet and their owner. Josh, Jackie and Lindsey were all fantastic. Their calm, kind, friendly and professional manner is what makes the Salon be what it is. In addition, the Salon itself is spotless, fresh smelling and very quiet. After taking my two other Labradoodles to a different groomer for over a decade, this was my first experience with VIP Grooming. It was excellent. We will definitely go back. I already have our next appointment scheduled!

Both of the ladies I see there are kind and caring with myself and my dog. I was running a little behind schedule due to a showing running late and was going to be around 11 minutes late. I called them in advance to warn them I would be late which they greatly appreciated and told me to not worry, there was no extra charge and I could keep my appointment. They take about an hour to an hour and a half to trim, bath, brush, and dry the dog. Nice ladies, great service, and my dog loves it there and seems to be treated well when I'm gone. I will continue to go here for all my dogs grooming needs. (I have a miniature golden doodle with thick curly fur so she's not an easy dog to cut either)

I adopted my cat a few years ago, and recently decided I wanted to have her groomed on a somewhat regular basis. I was nervous about how she would tolerate getting bathed & trimmed, but scheduled her anyways and let them know that if she didn’t tolerate it, I would understand. To my surprise- she LOVED it! They made sure my cat was comfortable throughout the whole process. She looks amazing, and seems even happier than usual! Will definitely be returning!

We have an older cat that can no longer groom himself. He was quite matted. Joshua gave him an amazing lion cut! I was concerned because this cat had never been groomed and I had never been to this groomer. After reading MANY online reviews for various groomers, I selected VIP Grooming. It’s not easy finding cat groomers. I sent a “concerned cat mom” email and was invited by Jackie for a meet and greet. Jackie and Joshua are both very knowledgeable, including the intricacies of an older cat. They calmed me, evaluated my cat’s grooming needs and set an appointment. Appointment went very well—I waited in my car. So IMPRESSED with this business and the staff! They also have an adorable store.

Josh did a wonderful job with my cat, I don’t think we’ve taken him anywhere and he’s come out with as smooth of a shave as he did here! Storm smells great and absolutely LOVES the toys he was sent home with. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.
