Nicky was not only super helpful but timely and professional! My husband was out of town on his birthday in Grand Rapids and she put together the most beautiful and classy arrangement for him. Tasteful and delivered at the perfect time (she doesn't even offer delivery service right now!) She went over and above to make him feel loved while he was away on his special day! I have stopped in for simple arrangements to set on my desk or table at home, gifts for friends or family gifts and I leave every time with a huge smile on my face! Her flowers are not only unique, fresh and beautiful, but I have never had fresh flowers last as long as J's. I prefer mostly greens and the owner of the shop works magic as she continues to create arrangements I couldn't ever imagine...she is so talented! I love the shop itself too. Its clean, fresh, organized and has a wonderful comfortable vibe. If you haven't stopped in yet, do yourself (or someone you love) a favor!!

This place is so overpriced. I recently bought a dozen roses for my daughter and it was $85!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Eastern Floral or Ball Park Floral. They have beautiful flowers and are really affordable.

I had the best experience with J's Fresh Flower Market! We had a small wedding and they provided the bridal bouquet, centerpieces, grooms boutonniere and a flower piece for our dog. Everything was fresh and beautiful. The flowers were ready on time and everyone was very personable. I would highly recommend anyone get their flowers from J's.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!We were in the area and needed some flowers. I saw that this place had a good review, so we thought we'd check it out. It is SUCH a cute shop!! Miss J herself helped us and she was so nice. She let me use my own vase and helped us pick out some stems and then arranged them for us.I can't really say much about the pricing because I don't buy fresh flowers that often. The bouquet we put together ended up being $12 which I thought was decent. I will go back again if I need more flowers!

I love J's Fresh Flower Market. I have been stopping in the store for years. Last week, after a loss of a dear friends daughter, I planned to stop and just get flowers and make my own design, but it was overwhelming and I explained things to Nicky and she took the time to make up arrangements for me. I stopped into J's on a whim that the shop would have what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a fresh potted arrangement (pine and eucalyptus), unique hanging succulent (to be given as a gift), and a stick and eucalyptus wreath. I enjoyed working with Sarah there... very pleasant experience!

Very disappointed! They cancelled my initial consultation and have yet to reschedule with me after numerous calls and emails on my end without any explanation. I know they do a great job but it seems that they don't want my business or just don't have the time for new customers as I have been trying to get in with them for months. With their clear lack of communication this early in the planning process I fear what they would be like as the actual wedding day approaches. I am saddened to say that I will NOT be using them for this reason.

Got my flowers from them for my wedding. We were doing them myself, arrive to pick up my flowers and one set of flowers were the wrong ones. The venue had ran out of the ones I wanted, but they did not give me a heads up. Thankfully they were ableTo solve the issue I just feel it would have been better if I had been informed sooner rather than the day before my wedding.

I came in today to get flowers for a friend having a rough week, looked at single flowers and then found a bunch I really liked. She took the time to clean it up for me and even replaced the couple bending over, and cut them all and wrapped them for me. The extra 110% for the customer. Great service. THANKS

I called and scheduled and appointment with a design consultant. I received a call from Polina couple of days ahead to confirm the timing.Polina arrived right on time and complete all required measurements in timely manner.She provided the quote right away and applied a good discount since I was a recurring customer with 3day blinds.I would highly recommend 3day blinds and Polina if you have any project to install shutters or blinds for your home.
