Went and looked at RV at local camper show. Found one we liked. Explained we could not finance at that time as we needed to wait until our home refinance was complete. They suggested we put a $500 deposit down. We did just that, but then we found out that we would not be able to afford the camper due to credit issues. They now refuse to give our deposit back. They stated it was non refundable. We were not told that and we also told them that we could no finance at that time. I have contacted them multiple times to get my $500 back and they refused. It’s not right to keep people money when they can’t purchase an RV. Be careful with dealing with this company!Update: why would I want to purchase from parts store when I don’t have an RV. Sold ours thinking we could buy new but our finances will not allow it!

My husband and I recently purchased a cute lil camper from Terrytown USA.We were more than pleased with the service we received there. Each employee we encountered was courteous and professional.Even Xander, a young man with a bright future, whom was responsible for showing us the basic mechanics of our tiny home on wheels. He had held it together through the heat and humidity of that Friday afternoon, and I sensed he was ready for the weekend as I learned we were his 9th and final appt. of the day.Finally, Caleb, our sales rep, demonstrated how to attach the THOW to the hitch, and we were off!Thanks to all at Terrytown USA!

I contacted TerryTown in Grand Rapids Mi, I spoke to Gabrielle Selvius and told her I have 20 grand cash and am looking for a used toy hauler, she said she would find me something and I never heard from her again, if you can’t get financed this company will blow you off even if you have cash !!! Thankfully I found my toy hauler at Camping World, their customer service is much better than this Terry Town joke of a company

Went there to pick up a vehicle for my job. It is a sharp looking place and the museum of old vehicles there is awesome. And they have a game room for customers and employees too. On the way to the restroom area.

Within 6 mos of the purchase of a 2015 Jayco Precept there have been several issues, mostly minor and one that was completely unavoidable. Now have experienced a total failure of the electrical system, discovered 3 weeks ahead of a much anticipated, booked adventure. Extended warranty purchased for 6000. We are waiting upon a resolution of this in time for the anticipated departure date.Wanted to follow up and say that the problem was resolved. The folks at TerryTown RV remained in contact until a resolution was reached and the get-away is now a go!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I wish there was a "0" star option. I am not one to leave reviews, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership at delivery and still now. Ryan (the salesperson) was very easy to deal with from the start so we bought the Heartland Cyclone from Terrytown in August (spent $125k) and paid to have the camper delivered to NY. Upon arrival, it took over 3 hours to get it to level. We had to call several people to trouble shoot the problem to find out wires were installed backwards so there was no way it was tested and they charged us extra money to make sure the camper was inspected and in working condition. The list goes on from there: toilet pedal stuck and overflowed the back of the RV with toilet water, washer flooded the kitchen, brackets for the kind bed slide are installed backwards so the slide wont go in all the way, screen doors missing latches, some lights do not work along with many many more things wrong. We were also missing 2 TVS. We contacted the dealer and they offered for us to have it repaired and they would arrange transport or (since there were so many major issues) we could swap it out for a similar model but we would have to pay to have it transported ($3,000). In addition, the only similar model they could offer us was $2,500 more so we would have to pay that as well. This has been a nightmare, we have hired a lawyer to just get them to take it back and give us our money back but they will not allow that as an option. We also missed out on camping the rest of the summer because we could not use it the way it is. This is still not resolved, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This was a very big investment for us and we definitely did not get what we paid for!!!

What a great buying experience. I live in Georgia, but it was like I was buying locally when dealing with Evan at Motor homes 2 Go. We did the majority of our deal via text and email and I had no problems picking a motor home, placing our order, or negotiating the terms. Even traveling to Grand Rapids to take delivery was a breeze. I plan to keep my coach for a while, but when I decide to trade again, I'll be going back to see Evan and motor homes 2 go again. They have a large showroom with about 10 coaches on display, plus the ones on the lot if you'd rather stop by and look at the coaches. We decided to order a coach from the Factory, since we knew exactly what we wanted and the experience couldn't have been better.

This is service related! We drove over 2 hours to purchase a particular RV that I found online and our salesman Evan was great! BUT, we have had to bring our Jayco Greyhawk in for warranty repairs and other service issues many, many times! And I'm over it!!! I don't recommend their service department, we feel that we have gotten the run around and we have to take time off from work to drive the 2 hrs there and then take time off work when its ready for pick-up!! We've waited over 4 months for parts to repair the Equalizer Stabilizer jack system and I got no where when speaking or emailing the service dept. then today my husband calls and guess what the parts are in and I wasn't notified and NOW have to WAIT 18 more days to get it in for the repair!!!!!!! when I've already mentioned to service that we have begun our spring camping and have our big 2 week trip starting May 27th!! URGHH, FRUSTRATED!!!!

We recently bought a 2016 Georgetown 364TS from Motorhomes 2 Go. Evan was with us every step of the way, and made the whole process easy and stress free. We have been looking for a coach for almost a year, and could not find a better deal than here. They repeatedly told us that finding the perfect coach was the hard part, and they would make the rest work.On pick up, everything was seamless. The inspection/walkthrough was informative and thorough, as was the test drive. We plan to get many miles out of our new motorhome. And, when we're due for a new one, we'll definitely go back to Motorhomes 2 go!

Our experience at MHS2Go could not have been more pleasant or efficient. Bob Wells in sales spent as much time as we needed on the phone explaining the qualities of Entegra coaches the process of purchase and how they would go about introducing us to our new Motorhome. He was well informed on even fine details of the rig so that we understood exactly what we were getting and he ensured that the coach would be set up properly. Bob was not at all the "pushy salesman", rather he spent most of the time educating me about Entegra, which sold us on the product, then we had a short give and take on price and the deal was done. The day of delivery arrived and the coach was gleaming. We spent an entire day with Jim (service dept.) who knows these rigs inside and out. He could recite from memory the position of every switch, the content of every nook and cranny and the workings of all the systems. We took copious notes but still asked many questions, some repeatedly. He took on us novices with great patience. After a morning session, we broke for lunch and Jim spent that time troubleshooting a balky inverter. After lunch we had another session on operating and maintenance of the coach. We spent a relatively short time on the necessary paperwork with Michael and then Jim took us on our first test drive. I thought he must have nerves of steel but he was quite relaxed as I drove 45 feet of motorcoach for the first time. Everyone at MHS2Go was great to work with. At the end of the day we still had a problem with one of the inverters and even though the service department is normally closed on weekends, Jim came in on Saturday and "borrowed" an inverter from another Entegra Coach and replaced the malfunctioning unit so we could get on our way. They all really took good care of us. We returned this past week (3 weeks after purchase) to get some minor issues taken care of and to get our Jeep Grand Cherokee ready for towing. Jim again fixed all our coach's problems and Troy did an expert job of installing and explaining the tow package. We can strongly recommend this dealership. Even though we live 215 miles from Grand Rapids, we will continue to return our coach here for service.

We purchased a new 2017 Forest River Berkshire 38A from MHS2GO last August. We worked extensively with Evan Shepard to find the right model. When Evan wasn't available Tim jumped in. Mike VanderBrink, Sales Manager was a pleasure to work with. Our PDI was done with Jim Main. I can't imagine anyone knowing more about motor homes than Jim. Gene Haywood and Trip in service were great. We brought our coach back this week for a number of small punch list items and the service team took great care and even fixed a few things we hadn't noticed yet. This dealership is all about service at a very fair price. They are always accessible and willing to dig in and research things if necessary. You can't go wrong with MHS2GO.

I recently purchased a 2017 Forest River Class C from Motorhomes 2 Go. I was treated with respect throughout my experience. My sales person, Tim, was fantastic. He was informative and mentioned many things about RV’s (being that this was my first experience) that I had not heard from other RV dealers. He was patient with my inexperience. He took the time to figure out what was the best RV ‘fit’ for me. He did not just try to sell me something to get a sale. He kept focus on what I needed and what I would also be comfortable with. He was attentive and always patient and caring. I also have to say that Tripp, the service department manager, was also fabulous and patient. He did not ever put me off but worked with me on several occasions and many questions that I had. He helped to explain some things to me about my new RV. The service on my new RV was efficient and thorough.I have been very pleased with Motorhomes 2 Go both on the sale level and the service level. I was in search of an RV to rent for a family vacation this past summer, but quickly learned that it would be difficult to find something to meet our needs on such short notice.I called Motorhomes 2 go and after speaking with Evan Shepard, decided that maybe I would like to purchase an RV. He was extremely knowledgeable and not your typical pushy salesman. He was very professional, helpful and willing to listen to our needs.He even took it upon himself to drive an RV that we had spoke of over the phone out to my house in Belding for us to see.We ended up loving the RV and closed on it the next day and headed up to Marquette that evening!I am a single mom and never thought that I would be comfortable driving my girls across the state in an RV. The staff was very helpful in teaching me how everything worked and even taking me for a test drive until I was very confident in my drIving abilities.It was a great experience over all doing business with Motorhomes 2 go. They made it enjoyable and painless!Evan never fails to answer my phone calls and walk me through anything I need help with. We purchased a Forest River Berkshire 38A from Motorhomes 2 Go (MHS2Go). The team at MHS2Go made the purchasing experience very smooth and very pleasurable. Their website has great, detailed pictures of each coach, making it very easy to see the interior, exterior, and storage compartments.Our salesperson was Evan Shepard, and he was fantastic. He answered all of our questions promptly and professionally, providing exceptional level of detail to ensure we were fully educated about the coach. Evan was always available throughout the process. We travelled from Virginia to purchase our coach and used the Fly and Buy program. It could not have been easier. Evan met us at Grand Rapids airport, and within 20 minutes we were at the dealership looking at our new coach.Once at the dealership, we met the service team for our coach orientation session. The service team is superb. They are very knowledgeable and explained every detail of our new coach. We walked around the coach and discussed every feature of the exterior and then did the same for the interior. We worked with Gene, Tripp, and Troy in service and they could not have been better. They all understand motorhomes inside-and-out and are very trustworthy. We stayed for two nights at a campground in Grand Rapids to get comfortable with our coach; if we had any questions or needed anything, it was nice to know the dealership was just across town.I highly recommend MHS2Go. The entire team at MHS2Go puts the customer first, and it shows. They work hard to ensure the customer has a great experience and is properly educated throughout the process from first call to after-sale service.

I am very satisfied with my RV purchase from MHS2GO. Mike Fleser was our sales person. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had(alot). Patience with my fear of comment(2 years). Best pricing, no games. Mike even picked the husband and I from the airport during a pandemic. Thanks to Dave Peck from the service area for answering more questions on day of pick up. It has been 7 weeks since purchase day and I have only good thoughts about Mike and the rest of the MHS2GO team.
