The pharmacist and her staff were amazing. My son takes a important medication and another pharmacy didn't have his prescription and instead of canceling it the held it pending and I wasn't allowed to fill his script. She went above and beyond to help fill it. Even called my insurance company to resolve the issue...I am truly greatful. Im staying here for now on

Hunter and the whole pack want to send their gratitude. These guys saved the day. After Cedar Springs Meijer said they could get his life saving medicine the next day, went next day to pick it up and they say they can't get it for another 4 days. We will definitely stick with rite aid for all our prescription needs. Thanks again. You guys kept papa at home and the entire family whole.

We have very close friends who are elderly. She was able to get RSV. Vaccine free of charge. He was unable to get it for free. And of coarse they live on social security. And cannot afford. A 350 dollar vaccine. He has health issues. That make him at risk. So my wife trying to help out went online and scheduled an appointment for Friday Oct 27 at 7 PM. Everything on their website said it was free to people over 60. So they went last night. And of coarse Evan though the website. Said free. He whom is 81 years old. Was told no it was not covered. 350 out of pocket. That seems like FALSE ADVERTISING To me. Plus the fact that Rite Aid advertises how much they care about their customers health and well being. After this little episode. Seems to me they only care about. THE ALLMIGHTY DOLLAR. All of that said. The wife and I have determined, we will NEVER Set foot in another Rite Aid Store. AGAIN. And further more we will share this experience with all the people we know. Rite Aid will NEVER get a good review. From us. Thanks For Taking The Time to read this review.

I love my interactions with the pharmacists here. They leave little notes on my medication bags that cheers me up when I see them at home. I've had great conversations with the pharmacist about my medications and side effects. I'd highly recommend having your meds filled at this location.

I have been shopping regularly at this Rite Aid store for about a year. A few years ago, I was not impressed. It is now not the store it used to be. The store has been refurbished and the store staff and pharmacy staff are top notch !

I started going to Rite Aid after Fulton pharmacy closed. Because my pricriptions were transferred there. Over priced items. I only go after holidays when items are marked down on clearance. The manager who replaced long time manager Dan. Bad Attitude=Tracy=Rude

Good customer service here the other night when I visited. I was welcomed by manager when I walked in and the lady at the register was really friendly during my transaction. I even signed up for their rewards program that night because I'll be back.

The speed of the pharmacy is awesome, however when I asked to use my Plenti rewards she tried to discourage me from using it because I don’t have a copay on my non government funded insurance. She later let me but when I looked it up, I do receive points, so I think they need to be retrained on this process.

I come to this rite-aid often because it is very close to my work ( walking distance) I went in today 6/6/19 and did some shopping had 3 items and went to check out: the lady is standing there clearly sees me and doesn’t say anything. I wait a few more moments another works asks her a question and she then walks away.I left my items and am not going to waste my money at a place with horrible customer service!

Went in the other day to make a return and was treated incredibly rudely by Dan. No apology was given after he blatantly accused me of stealing - which, was not even CLOSE to the case. Thanks to the cashier that was actually working with me for her help... that's the only thing worth a star. Rude with no manners.
