We had an active termite infestation that had caused significant damage over 3 - 5 year period before we purchased our home. Billy, out salesman was so knowledgeable and communicative. His professionalism put us at ease. We had an appointment for abatement within a week. Our technician was here promptly at 8 am. He answered all our questions and stayed fully engaged in his work for 7 hours. I highly recommend Orkin.

I'm very unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to anybody. The outside of my house, and my yard has been overtaken by Box Elder bugs. I would try spraying them myself with chemicals and Dawn dish soap. But the next day, they would come back twice as strong. I recently decided to pay the $320. To have Orkin come out and take care of the bugs. They assured me that if the bugs came back after they sprayed. That they would come right back and take care of them again. Well, 1 week later, after they performed their service, the bugs came back really strong. So I called and explained to them that the bugs are really bad again. And they told me it'd be at least 7 more days before they would come back out.

Thus far, I think their service is good. They are prompt on the window time and I appreciate knowing when their coming and arrive. Since receiving the service, I haven't seen any house spiders which was one of the problems we have. Also, I'm not seeing as much stink bugs which was daily. I saw one last week as far as I could see. So, I would say it's affective. The person who does it is respectable of our home which I appreciate. Good job!

We find the Orkin service less than satisfactory. The report left in the door gave no real indication as to what was encountered. The semi annual inspections are really never on time and the interior inspection that was to take place last September has never been completed. Service is certainly not professional nor is communication.

Everyone who had helped us were reassuring and efficient! I was extremely upset finding termite tunnels in our bathroom in a new home we just purchased five months ago. I spoke to Jacob who was extremely quick to get us scheduled in. The inspector, Billy, came out same day, did a thorough look around even though the evidence was very clear and told us what to expect, answered all of our questions and was very kind. Our exterminator, Jeff, came out three days later (due to the weekend) and took the time to answer more questions we had, left a clean work space and was courteous, knowledgeable and polite.Termites are never a good thing to find but we are extremely happy with the service we received from this team. Now we will see in a few weeks if our unwelcome visitors are continuing to make problems. I feel very comfortable coming to them again should another issue arise!

I was told that my first appointment they were going to fill any holes and caulk. My first appointment the guy was there for 5 minutes sprayed the kitchen and left, its been 3 months of using Orkin and my insect problem is worse then when i first called them. When i call to try and talk to someone they say someone will call back but they never do. Waste of my money. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Every employee that has come out to our home has been kind and professional. Tim(hope I remembered his name) has been out many times and we finally met this last time. What a stand up young man!We had carpenter ants treated early summer up in our finished attic as well and it worked! It was a seamless and easy.

Had Orkin come out twice for flea control. Still have fleas TWO MONTHS LATER and they NEVER followed up despite is signing something that we would have an ongoing treatment plan for a year. They also say it's guaranteed or you won't have to pay and that is not true. Save your money and go elsewhere!

terrible service. the tech sent out, Dan, missed our scheduled time of 2-4pm. called the office since Dan wouldn't answer his phone. they got ahold of him right away and he ended up arriving at 4:40pm. he was rushing around the whole time here like we were an inconvenience. he said he's been doing this for 11 years which is shocking. Dan tried to leave before even spraying the outside perimeter of our home, stating rudely "it's raining." okay? what's that matter? he was in a raincoat. we paid for this service and it was extremely lousy. he was extremely rude to me and combative when I asked him to do the outside. my husband had to coax him and he swiftly did it. absolutely not continuing any service with them. becky, at the main office is wonderful however. so shout out to her.

Michael was fantastic. I assumed I had either drain flies or fruit flies. I showed him my sticky trap and he said he doesn't think it's either, and that he could confirm by investigating the property outside. He took pictures and sent me pictures of moss buildup and told me we had fungal flies. Not only did he spray around my building, he sprayed around the entire condo building and recommended I contact my condo association and show them pictures and request they do a power wash. So he not only treated for my current problem, but also helped advise how to eliminate the root cause. He was very friendly as well.

Dan was here on time for his appointment. He was friendly and talked me through what he was going to do. Then, he set about his work. He sprayed around the house, inside and out. We had him treat for bugs and then mosquitos specifically. He was very professional and overall a nice guy. He told me what the next steps would be and then he departed. Great experience overall.
