I recently signed up for NOXX rewards online, but quickly realized I couldn't redeem my 20% off new customer discount until I activated in-store. Kamron helped me find all the products I was previously viewing online to complete my purchase. He was also very friendly and personable, which is super appreciated as I'm visiting from New York and not overly familiar with Michigan's various brands and policies. Not to mention, they had some great deals and range of product. I was also very happy to see Lightsky Farms flower 😍 Thank you for making me feel welcome and providing 5-star service 😁 I'll definitely be back next trip to Grand Rapids!

Made an online order and was pleasantly surprised that they had a pick up window that was super quick and easy. Jake was great and made the experience even better. It seemed like people were getting in and out quick on a Friday night. Prices are amazing as well and realized I had $35 in rewards that was easy to redeem online. Will definitely be my go to when I’m in the area.

She was great. She took the time to explain things and helped my grandma find what she needed, and we are very impressed with her knowledge and her ability to make you feel comfortable being at your store. She was very knowledgeable and we greatly appreciate her taking the time to bring a chair out to my grandma and, really making us feel you know like we were special customers in our own way

It was my first time in this establishment and I was delighted with the service from both the security guard who checked me in and with Seth. I let Seth know what I was looking for and he found me a better strand for just a little more loot. (It evened out with the first-timer’s discount.). I also just felt welcomed and accepted, which I haven’t always felt at other dispensaries. Thanks guys, I’ll be back for sure.

The bartender Jasmine at the pick up window is not friendly at all nor is she helpful. She spoke to me like I was stupid. Didn’t greet me, didn’t tell me to have a nice day, and the pathetic excuse for a security guard that is at the check-in counter was not friendly either. you’re better off going to the location on Plainfield more often than not will have a friendly helpful budtender at the pick up counter. Very uncomfortable experience here, my third time and I don’t think I could ever see myself coming back here unless it’s out of desperation or I’m in the area. Let’s hope it never gets that point because this location is a**.Hostile and ghetto environment.EDIT 4/4/2024: it’s been two weeks since this incident and a week since I sent an email to noxx in reply to their response to my negative review and have yet to receive a response back. Normally noxx is better about this and I’m really disappointed. Please work on your customer service.

I've never had a negative experience here. Everytime I visit, the employees are always nice and willing to help you find what you're looking for. Today I had Seth helping me out, I dont have the best vision and he helped me choose the product I was searching for.My experience here is always smooth, quick and painless. Excellent selection of high quality products at very decent prices. Delivery was fast and easy. I ordered about 10-11am and received it on time at the beginning of the earliest delivery window, 1:30pm. Erin was my delivery driver, and she was very quick and polite.Don't forget to tip your drivers!I like the rewards program they offer at this dispensary as well. I got some great deals and plan to order again in the future.

The security guard was more help then the woman who ran the to-go area . It just helps to be more customer friendly when you have new customers like myself who are not sure how it goes just yet. P.s if you are done with helping them before u walk away it not had to say thanks for coming by or enjoy your day , I work in retail and this is something we always do.
